    I had 4 consults total before choosing Dr Basile. I felt like he truly listened to what outcome I was looking for and told me what he needed to do to achieve that. He was the most confident and made me feel the most comfortable. Other doctors would have done what I asked but I wouldnā€™t have gotten the outcome I was looking for. Dr Basile was the only one to really tell me what I needed to feel my best. I am so appreciative of his advice because I have the most amazing results. I had a breast augmentation and abdominalplasty. My confidence after 3 kids is amazing. Iā€™m wearing a two piece bikini and crop tops now. Iā€™ve never felt better. My posture is better and my workouts are more effective. His whole team and office is amazing. I love his staff. Itā€™s nice to go out and feel good in anything I wear and not need to change outfits several times. I highly recommend seeing him and his team

    I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Basile and I am SO happy with my results! I have been self conscious about my breasts my whole life, especially after 3 babies.     Dr Basile and his staff are top notch and so wonderful! I have had procedures done in the past and I was referred to Dr. Basile because I was looking to do a revision to my first thigh lift and I wanted my arms done. I lost a lot of weight and was dealing with loose skin issues. Dr Basile has a lot of experience with weight loss skin surgeries. He is so professional and kind, he made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. My surgery went perfectly. I am so happy with the results. I had no complications and listened to all the post op instructions. The nurses and staff are so nice and make you feel so comfortable. The offices are clean and inviting. I highly recommend Dr Basile and his staff. They are truly amazing!!

    Hard to put into words how truly amazing my experience has been with Dr. Basile and ENTIRE team! After significant weight loss (almost 150lbs over 3 years) I had an abdominoplasty and breast augmentation with built-in lift in May 2024. From the first phone call to book a consultation (Kimber is an angel!), until the post-op appointment (every single nurse is also the sweetest!) I have been treated with the absolute best care. I did a lot of research on surgeons in Jacksonville and knew my results with Dr. Basile would be great, but didnā€™t expect them to be THIS great. Life changing experience, life changing results, and I canā€™t recommend this practice enough. ZERO regrets!

    Procedure: I had a breast lift and gummy implants. Dr. Basile was recommended by a few people in our community. His staff are all beautiful, natural and smart! He was very professional, kind and honest (incredibly smart also). He knows his stuff, I have minimal scaring considering the procedure. He dialed in the size I wanted via photos I showed him and he and his staff did a wonderful job. I regret nothing and will recommend him and his staff for any cosmetic needs. They offer a full range of cosmetic procedures, please visit his site to see what is offered, I only had a breast augmentation but know if they treated me this good for my procedure, I am sure yours will be worth it.     The best experience I have had by far. I have talked to Dr. Basile and the rest of his team several times never felt rushed and always feel like a priority when I visit. This specific visit, I worked with nurse practitioner, Hope. She did an amazing job when injecting into my lip. I felt barely a pinch during my lip flip and I have a needle phobia! I will definitely be a frequent customer:).

    Dr.Basile and his team were all very welcoming and explained/answered anything I had to ask even the small silly questions!I am 5ft flat and lost 56lbs and was stuck with a lot of loose skin on my belly. I just had a tummy tuck, muscle repair and lipo to flanks done Monday May 20,2024. (Im on day #3 of recovery) And things have been going very well! Pains been manageable and my 1st follow up went good! I cant wait to see how flat I am once the swelling subsides!! I will recommend Dr.Basile to anyone whos looking for cosmetic work done!!     I got a breast augmentation 6 years ago and still love them. Doctor Basile made sure to ask great questions (working out, plan to hav kids etc.) . He also made me feel confident in what size to get to make me proportionate and look natural. My recovery was awesome, and all these years later I can workout how I want with no restrictions.     This has truly been a life changing experience. I wish I had done this sooner. Dr. Basile was recommended to me from another surgeon who didnt take my insurance. I came to see him for a breast reduction. I started the process early as I knew it might take a while with insurance to have the procedure covered.     I had an amazing experience with Dr. Basiles office from the consultation to my final post-op appointment. The office is so inviting and has a high end spa feel to it. They offer a wide range of plastic surgery procedures as well as aesthetic treatments. I had implants that needed revision after having them for 10+ years and they had developed scar tissue/capsular contracture. I didnt realize how badly they needed correcting until my consultation with Dr. Basile. He came highly recommended by a friend. His quote for revision was much cheaper than another office in the area and his office even offers an implant brand that has a guarantee that if you develop capsular contracture within a certain time frame, the implant manufacturer will replace the implant for free and provide money toward a revision surgery. Being that I was concerned I would develop capsular contracture again after this revision, this guarantee gave me peace of mind for undergoing the procedure. Dr. Basile is very engaging, polite and to the point without being pushy or sales-y. His office staff is also extremely polite and helpful with any questions. I had the surgery in January and have been extremely pleased with the results. This experience was stellar! I will definitely return to his office should I ever need anything in the future.

    Dr.Basil did my Breast augmentation two weeks ago and I have had such an amazing experience since day one with him and his staff.     I cannot rave enough about the knowledge and professionalism shown by Linda during my coolsculpting visits. She is A1, and I have to say my results have been phenomenal thus far! I went about my regular day after the procedure and had a little discomfort and a small amount of bruising, all which is normal. I knew this because Linda prepared me beforehand.     I absolutely love this office and staff. I came to him with several friends who had used him and recommended him. I do not trust often but he earned my trust over as well as the ARPN Hope. He made sure I got all of my concerns eased before my surgery and that I did not feel any pressure. He is very calming in his demeanor and you can ask him anything he does not care. Hope is also so amazing. My whole experience there with her is nothing short of comfort and fun with her. She is the only other person I trust to do anything they need too to me along with Dr. Basile. I recommend them to the moon and back. I researched doctors and the procedure I wanted for over a year and always came back to his office. I price shopped, I asked questions to tell competency, there was never an ounce of judgement or no clarity. There is very few doctors I would recommend but I can say he is one of them and if any of my family members every need anything they will go to him because of the level of trust I have in him.     I had to have prophylactic double mastectomy with reconstruction. Ive been all over google and decided my fate early on that my chest was never going to look normal again based on the pictures of other women whove been down the same path. I honestly couldnt be more wrong! Dr. Basiles work is nothing short of AMAZING! You cannot even tell that Ive had breast reconstruction! He certainly has an eye for perfection!     Amazing! I met with Linda and the staff last November 2021 for a CoolSculpting consultation. Not only was she very professional, Linda showed genuine concern and enthusiasm for what CoolSculpting could do for me. I had CoolSculpting about 5 years ago without much result. Linda assured me that the technology has improved greatly and I would not be disappointed. She also advised that due to the advancement with CoolSculpting I could have my neck done. (I come from a family of big necks, unfortunately). I was prepared for some soreness, which lasted about four weeks but the outcome is astonishing! SHE WAS RIGHT! I am so happy with the result and I have the pictures to show for it. The office has continued to follow up to check on my result (that never happened with the previous office I had worked with).I have also seen Karen and Hope for facial consultations for my other concerns. Each of them took their time to address each one with care and authenticity. More importantly, these three ladies have been so genuinely kind and supportive to me personally. This has meant the world to me, especially when I had a mini melt-down at one of my appointments for an unrelated stress in my life.I read the article of Linda Evangelistaā€™s unfortunate experience with CoolSculpting. There is a risk for any procedure. According to the information in the article, she was one of the 1% that experienced a negative outcome. The CoolSculpting company appropriately offered to pay for the corrective surgery. Sadly, she continues to struggle with her bodyā€™s response and this is an indeed a terrible situation for her.If this is a concern for you, consider a consultation. I know the staff at Patrick L. Basileā€™s will walk you through all of your questions, concerns, and offer options. I currently have a small sample of filler in my arm to review over the next FEW MONTHS for any reactions. I appreciate the conservative approach due to my other health concerns, namely, allergic reactions. Really, I cannot say enough about their staff and CoolScupting!     I started seeing Linda at Dr. Basiles about a year ago and I couldnt be more pleased with my results! I am a Type 1 diabetic so I was looking for a non-surgical way to smooth out and reduce some of the fat pockets that I just couldnt seem to get rid of, no matter how much I tried. I was a little worried that they would try to sell me something that I didnt want, but Linda was amazing!     Staff and office are warm and welcome. He is a bit steep on pricing. After gathering 4 other quotes around town, he was definitely the highest by couple thousand (not hundred) even with a multiple procedures discount. I inquired about a lift, implants, and BBL, all to be done at a single surgery. In short, if you really liked your consult and are willing to over-pay for the Jacksonville area, go for it! I have nothing really bad to say. Only I work really hard for my money :) - we all do! Maybe thats why the office wasnt willing to work with me on the quote either.
