I have been very happy with First Coast Dermatology for the 7 years I have been in Florida. My Physician has always been Dr Chelsea Marty. Dr Marty is pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. The First Coast office personal is just as professional and courteous My hat is off to Sara in the front office. However, this practice was just purchased by another entity and one never knows how a new owner will try and change the working day to day operation and how those changes will effect patient care. I hope it goes well.

Had a good experience at Suncoast Skin Solutions, formerly First Coast Dermatology. I had a minor procedure to remove a basal cell nodule. I was nervous and Dr. Lutz and Katie made it less scary for me as well as having an awesome bedside manner. I would definitely recommend them.

She was very informative and 100 % complete doing my skin check. Very friendly very nice personality. Very professional but not stuffy. . She was Abe to identify a couple of spots I have and tell me how to make them go away. I have asked 3 pother doctors about then and they just said it’s nothing to worry about but they would not remove or tell me how to remove them. She also was very understanding about my aversion to liquid nitrogen in removing a SK. She also laughed at a couple comments. That’s always nice. I highly recommend Dr Danielle Reimer for your skin care needs.

Dr. Danielle Reimer was quite a breath of fresh air! The appointment was great. I was only there to renew a prescription for skin medication but from the time the assistant took me back, I can’t remember her name (Shasta, Sierra?) I’m probably way off, I felt seen and heard. The assistant was very professional and her eye contact made me feel like I wasn’t just a number or 15 min appointment to get done. Dr. Danielle Reimer was amazing and easy to talk to. This was the first time I’ve seen her and it was a breath of fresh air. She took time to ask important probing questions about my skin issues and gave recommendations on future self-care as well. It did not feel rushed…even though I was 10 min late. She actually touched my hands to get a better look, no one has ever done that. It’s amazing how that simple gesture can make you feel like you’re ok and not different. Excellent bedside manner and easy to talk to. The staff was great and the young lady at checkout was pleasant and very patient while I took an important call that couldn’t wait. Thank you all for your time and care today.
