    I first found Milan Laser through a Google search when I moved to the city. I was actually looking for waxing places near me when I was reminded of my desire to try laser treatment instead. It was like it was a sign. When I went to the website and found out that I could get a free consultation it was like a confirmation that I was supposed to go. And I was not disappointed. From the start everyone on the team was so friendly and kind. I could tell that they loved their jobs because they help so many people feel comfortable and confident with their bodies for an affordable cost. I’m a few treatments in and every time I go to Milan Laser the team is so accommodating and respectful. It’s such a welcoming environment. I haven’t thought about waxing since, except to think that I’m happy I don’t get it done anymore.

    This is the best Milan I have ever been too. With traveling alot for work, I have been to many locations- the staff here at the Jacksonville clinic is the friendliest, sweetest, and most caring.     I just had my first session of laser done here for my face as part of the feminization procedures I am having done. Very comfortable environment, I felt very safe and the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. I had a very traumatic experience previously at a different facility a couple years ago which scared me from continuing laser until recently. I 10/10 recommended this facility for any women for any type of laser hair removal.

    Not only is the location welcoming and neat but the front desk and staff are really nice. They all were friendly, and welcoming. I had my consult with Alicia and she understood my concerns and was able to go over the process and answer all my questions. Very patient!     I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this location, staff and services! I was SUPER nervous the first time i ever tried laser hair removal especially since i have dark skin, but The ladies always make me feel like a superstar. We laugh the entire time which seriously makes the pain 100x more bearable! I came for the hair removal but I stay for the service and have even added more areas and referred my friends bc they are top notch! (I rarely leave reviews, but I literally tell everyone I know about this location if they mention they want to tey laser treatments!)

    I love my results! I am an African American woman AND ladies if you are wondering if it’ works, it does!! RUN DON’T WALK! It worked after my first treatment! After the second treatment, I was seeing 50%-60% less hair. The hair just stopped growing. I am glad I started my laser journey here and no where else! They are very accommodating with appointments also! I had to reschedule a couple times due to vehicles issues and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday! Wow!

    Milan Laser has been amazing so far! I’m 4 treatments in and couldn’t be happier. During my consultation Alicia walked through each of the laser options and explained the removal process and how everything works.     Start to finish, service is excellent. I’ve had laser before at a different establishment so I knew what I was walking into. Howver, I have never had a consultation as thorough as Alicia’s! She took me step by step, I learned about other lasers, WHY and HOW laser works, she took me through the whole journey. Alexia did my treatment and she was an hoot!     I looked into laser hair removal for a long time and finally decided to do it. I had a consultation at a few places but ended up loving the atmosphere at Milan and the unlimited treatments appealed to me the most. My consultation was very thorough and the entire staff is great, including the front desk girl. I didn’t think I’d see a difference after just one treatment, but they definitely have advanced technology considering I’ve seen a huge difference only after one treatment (I’ve now had two) and I’m excited to see the end result.     I am not new to laser hair removal but Milan at Town Center has quickly become top tier for me! Not only is the entire staff exceedingly welcoming, but they’re all very knowledgeable and make me feel so comfortable at all times.     Where do I begin? This experience has left me wondering why haven’t I done this sooner. I have only completed my second session and I’m already seeing results in my bikini and under arm areas. The staff is excellent and so friendly. Alexia, is who performs my laser treatments. She keeps me laughing the whole time which I appreciate as it takes away from the awkwardness. At this point, I wholeheartedly recommend Milan Laser Hair Removal.

    This place is amazing, the woman here are so thoughtful and sweet. They will make you feel right home.     I have only been to milan once so far but I am already in love !
