    I have gone to the Ideal Image in Orange Park/Fleming Island for my Lazer hair removal and I had the best experience. It worked very well and everyone there was very knowledgeable and gentle. It was perfect.I also have gone to the Jacksonville location to get my Botox treatment and I had nothing but the best experience there as well. I cant wait to go back and get my filler done!! Super excited and cant wait. Prices are fair. Love how they use Alle. And I would recommend all their locations to family, friends (which I have and they have also went there and got treatment) or anyone else that would ask me. 😃 😊

    I’ve had a really great experience with laser hair removal here. The ladies helping are always so nice and so professional. My leg hair used to destroy my bedsheets because of how thick and wiry it was, but now I’ve found everything to be so much more manageable. Consistency is key but it was so worth it. 🥰❤️

    Ideal Image is the best if you are looking for laser hair removal! Very professional and knowledgeable. All their technicians are NP or higher level. Great to work with and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend using them over a mom and pop med spa, who typically have way less options for the lasers and less effective options. Well worth the drive to Jax if you do not live in the area.

    I have been going to this Ideal Image for awhile now, and I just love how welcoming the staff is. They are super friendly, and always on time for my appointment. My treatment was paid off before I was even half way through, and I love how fast my appointments fly by. They make it very easy and time efficient to get the hair removal you have always wanted. There have been several occasions when I have needed to reschedule my appointment and they always find a way to fit me in. My hair barely grows back anymore in between treatments, and I have just stopped shaving as its not really noticeable. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking hair removal.

    If you ever thought about getting laser hair removal, stop wasting time and DO IT. Best investment I ever made in life. I dealt with hair on my face for years and tried everything and was still extremely insecure about it. Just off one treatment I saw extreme results. I know everyone is different but I was very pleased just after my first treatment, no more insecurities or trying to hide parts of my face or excessive makeup to coverup.     Highly recommend Ideal Image! I started getting my treatments when I lived in Massachusetts then when I moved to Jacksonville. The ladies here are so sweet and it was an easy transition. They are very helpful and know what they are doing. This place is highly professional and clean. Yes it is an investment but totally worth it!I cannot express how much this has made my life easier. I am 6ft tall Spanish woman and shaving my legs was the worst. To not have to worry about shaving my legs everyday has me saving so much time and actually having smooth legs (no areas missed).I have done full Brazilian, full legs and underarms laser removed. I have been done with my treatments but I still go back like once a year for touch ups. My hair is barely there when it does grow back. No more itchy legs when I haven’t shaved in a few days. No letting it grow out so you can get it waxed. The prices look like a lot but trust me it’s worth it! INVEST IN YOURSELF!!

    I’ve gotten my hair removed at Ideal Imagine, my first session was in 2016. I did 9 sessions, then an additional one. I went in for a touch up today, 5 years later. So I’d say the results are pretty great. I understand that hair growth happens with different stages in life/when harmonies change. Having my hair removed permanently is a confidence booster for me and saves time long term. I love it! And recommend for anyone who doesn’t want to have hairy areas.

    I’ve never had a bad technician at this location and I’ve been coming here for 5 Years. The front desk staff has always been welcoming and warm. I feel much more at ease knowing that this company has been around for many years and is in several locations, some others that offer these services may be cheaper but they aren’t offering the full package and can’t offer lifetime service. The results were amazing for me and I only come once a year for touch up. Not shaving has been a great experience alone.

    I’ve been going to Ideal for over a year for a multi phase laser treatment. I have seen amazing results. It was an expense but I just paid it off over time and now that I’m going on my final treatment, I can say that it was always convenient and the place and staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve learned more about hair follicles than I ever wanted to know!! I am glad I took the plunge because now I’ll never have to wax which was always painful and humiliating and time consuming.     UPDATE:Once I posted the review below, I got a call from Ideal Image to come in for a follow up consult. I wish I can remember the name of the woman that called, but I appreciated the fact that I was reached out to!I came in for the consult and I’m not going to lie, my guns were blazing. Alex, who spoke with me, felt my vibe though and really did an amazing job of explaining things to me and she really came off as understanding where I was coming from and the frustration I had.I was not aware that I had an option to come in for a “re-evaluation” which is what I believe is in the works now.For the time being, I’m content. I will continue to come for “touch ups” and seeing how this re-evaluation will go for me.Over all I am pleased with Alex and my visit. However, I really think this should be discussed with patients in the very beginning so that they don’t end up like me—bitter at the service. Patients should also really need to be explained the contract that they sign so that they know what is available to them should they find themselves in my position.ORIGINAL:I had a laser hair removal service done here a few years ago and all the hair has come back. I have the perfect complexion (fair skin/dark hair), and it did not last AT ALL. Also, I remember some of the ladies not really knowing what to do. One accidentally lasered over a space that she wasn’t supposed to, which made me pretty nervous. I would just make sure you do your research long and hard before choosing this place because it is a lifelong commitment to pay them to keep up the services. I went back to waxing—less pain, too.

    I am a furry little woman who has been a client with Ideal Image for years. Before I found Ideal Image I tried permanent hair removal with a different company, which produced 0 results. Ive gotten multiple areas treated with Ideal Image, and it did take many treatments (remember Im fuzzy), but with visual improvements after each visit, I am very pleased. Some areas have completely stopped hair growth, and the newer areas Ive began are showing great results already. The hair growth comes back thinner to none after treatment. I recommend for anyone whose had to deal with unwanted bothersome hair growth. It is well worth the money. For me...it was priceless. I had a lot of dark facial hair growth mostly above my lip, chin, jawline which isnt attractive at all 4 a female! Now I have much more confidence as I dont feel that I have to hide my face behind my hairdo. Ive referred others as well even my daughter has started treatments in which shes just as pleased. And the staff is ALWAYS awesome! I have never had a bad or even mediocre experience here. Always extraordinary from the service they provide to the staff, location, cleanliness, décor...everything about this place, just a really cool vibe.

The price is fair, considering what youre receiving, especially if youre available to do a BOGO or some sort of sale event. Even if I am unsure regarding certain payment plans etc someone is there to help clarify things for me. Prompt with appointments and if Ive had to reschedule or cancel last minute due to my hectic work schedule they are understanding. Very professional and kind ladies working here. The treatments Ive had done several years ago have held up and Ive only had touch-ups donetwice, which can happen with laser hair removal.

They offer convenient payment plans to fit any persons budget. Dont listen to the negative reviews who say that they over charge thousands of dollars. You sign paperwork and a contract that explains there is ONLY interest if you dont pay it off on time or miss your payments, just like with any other credit card or financing. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They have actual nurse practitioners do the treatments who are medically educated to answer any concerns or questions!! So worth the money! Would recommend to anyone out there who wants laser hair removal that actually works.

    Ideal image in town center is the only place I been to. I have Had so many different areas done in the pass 5 years! Check them out , their always nice and has line of credit if you want hair remove. It last because I have finish up 2 areas with no hair growth coming back. If hair does come back its only 25 dollars. But I have yet to pay 25 dollars and I been getting different areas done over 5.

    The staff is always kind and helpful when I go in. I had my under arm area treated when I lived in Ocala by Ideal Image, and I am now having my bikini line treated by the Ideal Image in Jacksonville. I am always pleased with their service and their ability to make a somewhat uncomfortable procedure fly by. I have never had to wait for my appointment longer than a few minutes, and my appointments are quick as well.

    At first I only went in to ask for prices, ended up signing up that same day. It is expensive and a painful but their work is guaranteed and they have been very careful with my skin so far. Since I have never gotten this done before I freaked out couple times at first, because of not really knowing what to expect but they have been very patient with all my questions and concerns. I just went in for my 6th underarm treatment (out of 9) and havent had any problems so far.

    Overall, great place! The staff is very professional. Due to COVID, the checking in process has changed causing intermittent delays. Checked in for my 1130 appointment at 1120. I didn’t actually get into the building until 12. Once inside, they take your temperature, give you hand sanitizer, and ask you a covid questionnaire. After that, I was in an out. Overall, great place!

    Not only is the service worth every penny, but the people there are super friendly! I was initially terrified of not only the pain, but exposing myself for a full Brazilian and they are the most professional treatment providers/nurse practitioners and I have never been uncomfortable once. PLUS, the pain was NOTHING like I was imagining and I definitely recommend the numbing cream to save yourself some pain even if you do have a high tolerance.     Alex Budd literally made my laugh lines disappear with 1 syringe of Juvederm filler. The best injectable experience I have ever had. I have been to a couple different plastic surgeons and had injectables over the years, this was by far the most caring and well executed injectable visit that I have ever had!! I’m glad I decided to give them a try because I will definitely not be going to anybody besides Alex from this point forward. The Jacksonville manager, Adelis is also an amazing and caring woman and made my visit very welcoming. Had it not been for her, I don’t know that I would have been as excited today! So thank you Alex for being the best injectable nurse practitioner that I have ever come across, hands down you are better than my plastic surgeon, and thank you for Adelis for running such an amazing place!!

    I love this place! I think its important to mention that I am a Black female with tan skin who was extremely afraid of the outcome of laser hair removal. My main concern was hyperpigmentation so I started with one treatment area about 1 year ago. Everything is going great, no hypermentation or extreme irritation and the hairs that were concerning me at almost non existant. I feel more confident and smooth and relieved that there are no hair bumps from shaving or scars from plucking. If you are hesitant, do it! You wont be sorry!
