    I love CMA! The staff are the sweetest and I leave feeling great every time. I had microplaning done today and Jackie is the best. I have had several laser treatments done here (mostly for hyperpigmentation and melasma) and Iā€™ve had great success! Dr Schallen and her team are professional and not at all pushy. They really listen to what I want and help me find whatā€™s the best treatment for my skin. Highly recommend!

    Iā€™m 4 sessions in with Dr.Grippa and Tempest Jones doing laser hair removal and they have both been so accommodating! I am a big baby with this kind of stuff and they get me in and out within 20 minutes and theyā€™re very professional, kind, easy to talk to! The facility is also beautiful!

Tempest is also wonderful and obviously very experienced with injections and fillers.     Iā€™ve been coming here for years! I always feel welcome and know Iā€™m in good hands. I see Jackie regularly for hydrafacials and other procedures and always leave glowing. Dr. Grippa is a perfectionist with toxin/fillers. Natural but BETTER! I try to take advantage of their monthly deals which actually can save you a lot of money. I love their San Marco location which is small and easy to accessšŸ’•.

    Iā€™ve been coming here for about five years now and Iā€™ll never go anywhere else. Dr. Schallen is literally the best of the best as she is the medical director of Candela! Right here in Jacksonville!! How lucky we are to have such a highly-trained and skilled physician who travels the world training other doctors on lasers and the latest advancements in skincare. (I just found this out & am shookā€”in a good way!) Plus Tempest, the PA, is so professional and skilled in Botox (and Iā€™m sure fillers, too, though I havenā€™t braved that territory yet,) Lisa is a highly-skilled laser nurse as well. The entire staff is very friendly, professional, and very experienced. If you want the best of the best, go here! I guarantee thereā€™s no one more educated in lasers in Florida than Dr. Schallen. 10/10!

    I was recommended CMA by my dermatologist and I am so grateful! I have visited multiple aesthetics laser centers in the area but never felt confident in their skill set treating darker skin complexions. My consultation with Tempestt was by far the most knowledgeable Ive had in regards to will this work for MY skin. It is also comforting knowing professionals of color are part of my treatment plan. I left there feeling that I was in the best hands.I currently dont have reviews for my results as I am just starting treatment with them, but Ill be back to update.

    I recently had laser work done to my face and neck. I let Dr Schallen use her expertise on what she thought I needed and she use a mixture of lasers and fillers .     Outstanding. Beat all my expectations. I knew Dr Grippa, one of the physicians at CMA, for years - our kids went to the same school. Itā€™s a rather long story, but in her role as an ER doctor, Dr. Grippa saved my motherā€™s life twice, seeing things that other physicians did not. Without a doubt, I got 3 more years with my beloved mom because Dr. Grippa is an amazing doctor.So, I already trusted her professionally.I went in to see her and CMA for a consultation, thinking I would try micro needlingā€¦ but this practice operates at 12 levels up, with procedures and machines and lasers that combined heat on needles that are too fine to leave marks, with injected medicine to make your body make collagen over a year ā€¦ stuff like that. šŸ¤ÆThe team has a growth mindset; theyā€™re interested in whatā€™s possible.     I prefer a medical day spa to any other setting for my skincare. I booked an appointment and was able to choose the most convenient time for my service. I received the Hydra Facial and could not have been more pleased. I have large pores that hold onto EVERYTHING! After my service I noticed visibly smaller pores and beautiful glowing skin. CMA is offering a special on their chemical peels and I signed up for mine! Front desk staff is professional and friendly and my aesthetition was superb and knowledgeable.     LOVE THE SKINTEGRITY!!I must start this by saying that I never leave reviews , even when I intend to I never do, but after my experiences at CMA, I couldnā€™t keep this a secret!I am a 47 year old female with a young in spirit heart.In my younger years, SPF wasnā€™t really a thing so the baby oil or Hawaiian Tropic was the go to not having any idea of what I was doing to harm my 47 yo skin.In my late 30s I began to notice the texture of my skin was drastically changing. I noticed my pores changed, it wasnā€™t as smooth and of coarse I saw the beginning stages of wrinkles.I put off any type of fillers or lasers because I was afraid that my body would react negatively and honestly I didnā€™t want to look like a surprised muppet.Fast Forward to right now !!I was referred to CMA, Dr. Schallen by numerous friends and family and decided to make an appointment.I was a bit nervous because sometimes these type places can be intimidating.All of the anxiety instantly melted away when I walked in and was greeted by Tiffany at the desk.I was quickly taken back by Alex and she was so friendly and seemed excited for me because she knew that this journey was going to be incredible. She gave me some amazing facial cleanser, a fresh towel and cloth head wrap to wash my face.Alex took me into a room where she took photos of my face chest and neck from every angle.She explained that in order to provide the most thorough treatments, an analysis of my face neck and chest would be examined by using the Janus Pro. The Janus Pro showed all of the sun damage I had accumulated over the years. I was shocked to see the damage that can not be seen with the naked eye.I met with Dr. Schallen, and I instantly was relieved to hear her explain to me what the Janus Pro showed. I used the word SKINTEGRITY because She reassured me that none of the markings appeared to be cancerous and that she would help me formulate a plan that I was comfortable with to eliminate the existing damage.She made suggestions and explained that any procedures that I chose should be to rebuild my bodyā€™s natural collagen and gradually enhance its appearance.That was so reassuring to me because I was anxious about the possibility of being pressured to purchase procedures that I was unsure of.It was just the opposite!Dr. Schallen took the time to walk me through the process of the Picoway and IPL laser.She explained the tremendous benefits of both and showed me numerous before and after pictures of her patients that were similar in age and I was excited.Lexi came in and applied a numbing cream to my face and allowed it to completely process before starting the IPL laser treatment.Dr. Schallen began the procedure and throughly explained everything that she was doing prior to beginning.There was no pain or discomfort and this is coming from someone that has zero pain tolerance of anything expected.When the procedure was finished, Dr. Schallen explained the importance of protecting my skin from UV rays and developing a skin care routine that worked best for my time and budget. She gave me a sample of a tinted SPF moisturizer and a mild face wash.There was no pressure to purchase products, however, I loved the samples that she gave me so much, I visited the office to purchase them.I have since been back to CMA several times for my IPL laser treatment follow up as well as for Picoway laser spot treatments, Dysport/Botox and Kybella with Korrie, luxurious Hydrafacials with Jackie and their AMAZING skin care products.I love that every procedure that I have ever received at CMA never altered the appearance or shape of my face. The texture and fullness of my skin is back on track and I am more confident while wearing less makeup. That is something that I never thought I would say.I could go on and on about the amazing staff and excitingly knowledgeable medical team at CMA, but to see just what I mean, and start your own SKINTEGRITY journey, you need to make an appointment and experience it for yourself!THANK YOU CMA FAMILY!

    I made an appointment for a skin care consultation. I was unfortunately unable to be seen when I came in. However the physician, when she was notified that I wasnā€™t seen, called me immediately, apologized, and did a tele-consultation. She rescheduled me for another appointment to be formally seen. I really appreciated how caring Dr Schallen is, giving her time and personal attention to me as a patient, ensuring that my needs were heard and working with me to formulate a treatment plan.

She has a great attitude always laughing at my jokes and does not rush me out the office. She wants me to make sure I understand everything.     My NEW GO TO! I love the staff here. Everyone is super nice and sweet in person and over the phone. You get what you pay for here. I also love that they are willing to work with you regarding payment plans for your higher dollar amount services. I also loved after my first hydra facial they gave me a sample of a recommended product that they used during my service. Higher end products cost a lot and can definitely add up over time. I like the try before you buy aspect. Did I also mention how incredibly clean the office was. It made me comfortable and confident getting services here.

I have been going here for tattoo removal and laser resurfacing for about a year now and Iā€™ve never been happier. The girls here are AMAZING. They never treat you like a client, only like FAMILY. Lisa has been treating me and she is such a sweetheart! She always has my best interest at heart and goes above and beyond with every treatment. Everyone here is extremely honest and always look to give you the best result, not whatever can be sold. Lisa knows so much about what she does and the services she provides, youā€™ll never be unsure about anything! Iā€™ve been to several spas/clinics and always left broke and disappointed. However every time I see her, along with all the other girls, I always feel loved and welcomed. I recently went to Korrie for under eye filler (belotero) and was super nervous going in.
