I have been taking my Granddaughter to Gloss for about 2 months. She gets acrylic nails and a pedicure every other time. Jason does her nails and he is the BEST!!! I have included pics of his work. Kenny does her pedicures and he is Great!!I have not had one issue her. The entire staff is helpful and very friendly. 😃

This is my fourth time here and I’ve had 3 different artist and they have all been amazing! Joshua and Drake have been my favorite giving a very warm welcome and going above and beyond what I want done with my nails. They ask if you’d like a beverage and sometimes give you a pillow for your back for the chairs which is very generous of them! I just had Drake for the first time today and I will most likely be getting my nails done by him from now on! They are all super amazing and very talented artist. It’s rare to find a shop that holds all good artists and not just one or two. And their prices are VERY CHEAP! My Christmas set cost me $73 including 6 different designs altogether which I’ve paid hundreds for sets like this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLOSS NAIL LOUNGE

I have come to Gloss multiple times and these nails NEVER disappoint. I have had three different techs, Monica, Jason, and Tiffany, and they are all super sweet, make sure you love your nails, and they truly look incredible every 👏🏼 time 👏🏼They take walk-ins too which is super convenient with my schedule! 10/10 recommend. You can tell how hard they work and the customer service is top notch.

My wife and I are regulars here. We have been coming here for over 8 years. My wife always gets her nails done here and I come with her every couple months to get a pedicure. We have never once had a bad experience(about 200 visits total). The staff is always so friendly and today was no different. Today I was helped by Jasmin and my wife had Jacki. The chairs are so comfy and they always ask if we need a refreshment.Great experience. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve had both acrylic fills and manicures here, and it’s hands down the best nail experience I’ve ever had! The salon is spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed. The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in. I’ll be recommending them to everyone. My nails look absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier!

My nails have never looked more perfect! Julie did an amazing job putting on this full set of acrylics. She was fast and knowledgeable. She picked the perfect color for my skin tone based on an inspiration picture I showed her. I cannot recommend her enough and will be going back! So happy with how my nails look.

Gloss is the best salon in Jacksonville! The front desk is always very personable and kind! Jackie always does an incredible job with my nails! Every time I come in to the salon she takes her time and makes sure my nails look perfect! She does a great job with every design I have asked for! I got my birthday set at this salon with Drake! He is amazing!! Such a sweet person , and he’s so creative! He does such an incredible work with his hands , I truly recommend his work! This place is a hidden gem! I was suggested this place by a coworker and omg I am happy I came! Very clean very classy! I initially wanted a red but I couldnt find one that I liked so I settled on green. Tiffany my nail tech noticed I was looking at red and suggested a chrome red color and omg I fell in LOVE! It is sooooooo pretty! The have definitely gained a new customer!!!

Just moved to Jacksonville and a friend recommended this place. I went in for a manicure three weeks ago and I’ve been back every weekend since! Great aesthetic and overall vibe, the staff are super courteous and friendly and I love any place that gives me a free Diet Coke!I decided to write a review because this past Saturday I decided to get something a little bolder than usual and Tiffany took the BEST care of me, not only did she have great ideas and recommendations, she did an absolutely beautiful job on my nails, so much so, the woman sitting next to me during my service decided to get the exact same thing.I’ll definitely be coming back and I will definitely be booking specifically with Tiffany!

I absolutely love Gloss! Everyone is extremely friendly. My person is Jacky and she is the BEST! She listened to what I wanted and made sure what she did was exactly what I wanted. Every two weeks I get my nails done by her and I have zero complaints. I absolutely adore her. I’m moving and I am still going to make the hour drive to see her. Jaelyn does my pedicure every three weeks and she is the sweetest and she takes her time. You need a good aura go see Jimmy…he is EXTREMELY PATIENT and he takes his time. All three of them are good at what they do and they make you feel special and not just a customer. You simply can’t go wrong with Gloss!

I have been seeing Jackie for 3 years now. She takes her time, is efficient and I can always enjoy my time with her. She is someone who other technicians seek to ask questions to and she plays a leadership role without being asked to do so. 1st off Gloss Nail Salon is absolutely gorgeous, this place is my favorite color it’s “Pink”, my husband and I drove 1 hour & 44 minutes and let me tell you it we love it here. All around great experience, minus one employee (JAZZY) this establishment is spanking good. They are very attentive to detail, shoutout to Tiffany, and very willfully ready to work with your needs and ideas.I originally was assigned to the before mentioned Jazzy, which unfortunately did not workout. Girl approached me very abrasively and just off putting. I am usually calm and patient but her demeanor was so unamusing and downright disrespectful. I actually decided to not get my nails done after she thought she could talk to me anyway. Keep that in mind next time you see her here. If you want someone willing to work with you with patience and proper conversation.Otherwise, the rest of my experience was great. I was approached by the friendly man at the front desk he asked me what the issue with the previous girl was. After explaining and telling her directly “we are not going to work” he redirected me to a professional technician who happily assisted me with my nails. Very great customer service on their end to resolve an issue. He even apologized for her which honestly they did nothing wrong. But anyho pictures show just how amazing miss Tiffany is, check her and this place out !

Martin did my fill in today. He was absolutely amazing. I have small nail beds and he knew how to make my nails look natural. Every place I’ve gone to before makes them thick and they looked bubbled. They always respond with well your nails are small I don’t know what to do. He did a thin layer and polished perfectly, he knew exactly how to work with my small fingers and nails with no complaints! First visit with Riley who did my fill-in and it was well worth the wait! Perfect shape and fill. Pleasant young lady, I will be back.My only CON was during checkout the cashier/host gave us our total and proceeded to ask how much of a tip were we going to give to all 3 techs since I enjoyed the service received. Both my husband and I received pedicures and I also received a nail fill-in. I don’t have a problem tipping but I did feel like it was a requirement in addition to the service charge. Tipping is an option not a requirement.

I moved here a year ago and have my share fare of bad nail technicians. I found my shop and my lady. I arrived seeking a specific color I had been looking for; for months.I arrived after stopping in at 3 other nail salons and Gabby @ the front desk was so amazing, she was hands on assisting me with finding the color.I not only found my color but 3 different variations of it. ( probably could of been found at other locations but they were so rude about me searching for the color).My nail tech Riley gave me a hand and foot message that I have never experienced. I got a simple paint because my natural nails are so short now due to lack of care. However, she did a good job with the paint.Once I grow my nails out further with help of her care I will be allowing her to give me a brush dip in my favorite color in an Ombré design. I’m so excited because it’s hard to find a good nail tech , especially one that can massage your hands and feet like that.Thank you Gabby and Riley! Tell the owner of manager they have found rare jewels and at the same location is so very rare! 🔥

Best gel manicure I have had in Jacksonville! Thomas is fantastic - he is so professional and fun, really enjoys his craft - I had such a great time at my appointment with him. So many times previously, I have been to a salon asking for a manicure with the rounded shape but end up with square... I came in to Gloss hoping to get the look I was imagining and got better than that! I spoke with the nail tech and Thomas recommended oval since I have long thin fingers and am in love with this look!
