    I moved to Jacksonville last year and found this shop. Everyone is wonderful from being greeted at the door by the beautiful Taylor and getting the perfect set by my lovely Tiffany. Prices reasonable, service professional- I LOVE IT HERE

    This was my first visit today & I was impressed. All the staff was friendly & welcoming. They were having fun & in good spirits which is rare to see anymore. I booked with Son based off of other reviews in saw for him & he didnt disappoint. He was very particular with shaping & the designs which ensured a seamlessly flawless set. Price was fair for what all what done.

    Huey did my nails and he was very quick but meticulous. I appreciated him taking time to clean up the back of my dip powder nails. It was $65 for spa manicure, tips, SNS, and cat eye design

    I recently visited Glitz & Glam Nail Salon while in Jacksonville for work, and I couldnt be happier with my experience! They managed to get me in right away, which was a huge relief since I didnt have much time. The staff was attentive and took their time to ensure I was completely satisfied with my nails.The only advice I’d give is to avoid going during your lunch break, as they don’t rush the process and focus on delivering quality service. If you want beautiful nails and a relaxing experience, this is the place to go!

    I am OBSESSED!! I just moved to town and I have officially found my go to nail place! I got a pedicure and fill in and I’m in love. Amazing atmosphere and the nail techs actually talk and listen to you. They also have a great variety of colors and services. Very happy with my experience!

    I absolutely love this place! I always go in as a walk in without an appointment and they seated me promptly even though I could tell they were short staffed. To get my pedicure done! Don provided an excellent service! Lilly did my nails she was fast and asked me all along if I liked what she was doing! Imane did my daughters nails and she was on point the size, design and color left me speechless an amazing outstanding job! Will definitely keep coming back here! 👍🏽🤩💯

    Ive been going here for a few years now and every time I go I’m obsessed with how they do my nails!! They always do such a great job and they’re so friendly there! My two favorite artists are Beatriz and Huey! Love them!

    Peter is great, and has a great sense of humor!!! My S&S nails are a perfect almond shape and the chrome keeps them shiny and like new for about 4 weeks!After several painful mani pedi experiences elsewhere, I tried Glitz and Glam and will stay with Peter! His wife Sue does my waxing and the first time I happened to mention sensitivity to the hot wax. She brought her boss back to the room, and they explained that they now had a wax for sensitive skin. They offered to try it on me, and I wish I had known there was such a thing! No more red blistery skin.The staff are all friendly and helpful. When I forgot to mention I had received a coupon by text, the receptionist told me she’d applied the discount I had earned. I was so grateful bc i forgot and had only 2 days left to apply it!Quite a few of my friends and neighbors have switched to this salon. No more bleeding cuticles or blotchy red skin. Trust me, if it’s happened to you, then you understand and will try Glitz and Glam.beverages are offered. 😝They also have a Jax location. Very professional.

    Christina is the BEST!!! I’ve been coming to this salon since 2019 & I’m never disappointed. All of the techs are so nice & patient. Christina is my fave. Love her so much. They always have drinks available for you. The salon environment is so calm & relaxing.

    First time visit. When I first entered, I was greeted, offered a cold drink, and they seated me right away for my pedicure while they started soaking my hands at the same time. I was there 2.5 hrs but it was so relaxing and I’ll definitely be back!

    Previous to Glitz & Glam, I was struggling to find a decent nail tech in Jacksonville that’s a reasonable price. I was recommended this location by 2 friends. I’ve been coming to this salon for about 6 months now and see Tiffany. She does a wonderful job shaping and designing acrylic nails. My nails last 4 weeks without lifting every time; only until my natural nail grows out too far do I have to get them redone. She has a wide range of different designs, techniques, finishing powders, and nails stickers if you want that.The rest of the staff are friendly and offer complimentary drinks during your service. Facility is clean and has one of the best color selections of DND gels.

    Glitz and glam is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to!! The staff is super friendly and owner is amazing and they provide quick service and they always slay their nail designs! It is very clean and organized here and they have many different options for colors, services, and techniques. Definitely the best nail salon in the area.     HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I went here on a whim on a Saturday morning and they fit me right in without an appointment. I was met with a friendly greeting, offered a beverage, and seen right away. My pedicure was so relaxing and soothing. The products they used smelled nice but weren’t too strong! And everyone has such a kind personality and bantered with me. I really enjoyed my experience and this will 100% be my new spot!

    I was able to make a last minute appointment with Jessica. She was a little late finishing up with the customer before me, but was super kind and apologetic. I didn’t feel like she rushed or compromised the quality of her work even though I was her last client before closing. This was my first time visiting, and I’ll be coming back 😊

    Great customer service, great selection of products and colors, the team is so talented, very professional and always willing to help out & stay as long as you are happy with the final results then they’re happy!!     After a five day trip to Miami, then Gainesville and back to Jacksonville, my legs and feet weren’t so much pain. After a pedicure massage, paraffin, and gel polish in a massage chair. I left looking great and my feet and legs felt amazing. this salon never disappoints.

    I stopped doing my nails for a while, and I decided to start doing them again. This place still holds the beauty it always has, amazing service, and friendly atmosphere. The only thing thats changed, is theyve gotten better, which of course happens over time (: it doesnt feel like I ever skipped a beat seeing Linny! Still goes above and beyond (: and pricing is just as good as its always been. Recommend finding your next nail tech friend here!

    All the staff at Glitz n Glam are great! Today my daughter and I had Linda and Fong, they did a great job on our July 4th nails! We go there every two weeks and never have a been experience. It is super clean and everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend!

    Walking in, Glitz & Glam is stylish,clean, and spacious. I was greeted when I came in. I got signed in and in less than 5 minuets I was ushered to a massage chair for my pedicure ( Monday afternoon around 12/1 o’clock ) and offered a beverage. I chose the cucumber pedicure and it was heavenly! The gentleman that did my pedicure ( I believe his name is Jess) was attentive, kind, and thorough! He massaged and pampered my feet and calves; He did an amazing job! I had to leave shortly after my pedicure,so I made an appointment for later. The whole process was easy. When I returned, they promptly seated me with a nail technician. I didn’t catch his name but he is a perfectionist and an artist. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he gave me exactly what I asked for! I also got my brows waxed which was also great. The atmosphere there is professional and calm and they play up to date music. Everything is tailored for the customers satisfaction. They raise the bar for nail salons and spas. It’s a bit pricey but right for what you get. They have many treatments to pamper you... I’ll be back to try more! Thank you Glitz&Glam!

    New to the area and was looking for a spot to get my nails done and I think I may have found my new nail tech (Peter, I call him Pete Pete 🤭). One nail is just a tad bit sloppy but I did pop up at closing and they took me so I wont complain about it. It will rub off eventually.Very clean spot and is in a great location.     I had my nails done for my wedding. I brought a picture for reference and all I can say is WOW! Tina, my tech was amazing. Shes an artist. She nailed the ombre (no pun intended) and made my vision a reality. She did a beautiful job.

    The place is very relaxed with a great ample atmosphere. Tracy did a great job with deep powder manicure and spa pedicure. I will be going back.I went back to see Tracy and had the dip powder manicure and wax on eye brows and chin and again she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect.     I love Glitz and Glam St Augustine! It is always very clean and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I have had my nails done by Lee and Mia. Both were extremely gentle and thorough. Both asked me if I was happy with my nails and patiently answered all my questions. Both times my nails looked beautiful!! I would 100% recommend Glitz and Glam St Augustine.

    I checked out this nail salon twice and Leo did my nails both times. He is amazing and did a wonderful job! Everyone is friendly and it’s very clean.     The whole experience experience was a 10 out of 10!1) I was running late for my appointment and I called and let them know and they sat me as soon as a got there regardless (about 15 minutes late)2) my nail tech Bebe did an AMAZING job, and held great conversation the whole time without it feeling like she hated talking to me3) I’m very indecisive and Bebe talked me through the whole thing to decide the shape and style that would be best for my events!I will definitely be booking again and recommending here because it’s run laps around the other places I’ve tried 🫶

    Beatrice was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable the entire time my nails turned out glorious my toes turned out glorious someone else did my eyebrow and lip wax but they also did a great job making me feel comfortable and like I was a priority I would absolutely recommend this nail salon and I will be back! 10 out of 10 my new go to.

    I flew into the city late the night before and it crossed my mind to get a nail fixed the next day. After running errands all day, I realized it was after 430pm and most nail salons were already booked for the evening. I saw this particular nail salon on Yelp twice earlier in the day so I took a chance and I’m glad I did. Very nice staff and very welcoming when I walked in. I was able to get my old set removed and get a nice ombré French manicure. I will be coming back again when I visit home! Very pleasant experience! I wish they would’ve taken a photo of the set—I did my best ☺️

    I went to their new St. Augustine location. Pheong Nguyen did a great pedicure and amazing colors on my nails. Tips with powered almond shape. Everyone is very welcoming! My niece loved her manicure/pedicure gel change colors nail polish! I am very happy I have them a chance! I will definitely return.

    I have been coming here for about 3 months and I have nothing but good things to say! The atmosphere is very relaxed and I feel so pampered. Miss Lynn is an amazing nail tech and she goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied. However, she does NOT apply full sets of acrylic nails because of her health or so much with acrylic nails, so if you’re going to go to her it should be for gel or dip. She has helped me go from using acrylics to now my own long and natural nails with dip powder which have made them so strong! And if you want your toes done tight, Miss Lily is great for pedicures.

    Don gave me an awesome pedicure. I had a broken big toe nail when I came in so i was a little nervous and sensitive and he checked on me to be sure I was ok along the way! He Even talked me out of an upgrade/repairs saying it would grow out in a Couple of weeks and to save my money! I will be back!

    I’m new to the Jacksonville area and my sister took me here for what is now our standing “Girl’s Night” The service here is like NO OTHER PLACE IVE EVER BEEN!     My first time here. Did a walk in with no appointment I was getting a pedicure. I had Ulina. I have severe arthritis in my feet she was able to cut them with no problem. I have had problems with other people cutting my toenails because my toes are so whittled with the arthritis. I definitely will come back to see her. My only issue she was on her Bluetooth the whole time. But she was very good very professional and very caring I have taken her name and I will definitely come back and see her every time I need a pedicure. The place was very clean.

    Love coming here! Love the atmosphere and love how friendly all the staff are. I was introduced to this salon a year ago by a friend and she recommended me to see Huey, after the first time he did my nails I was sold! Huey pays such great attention to detail and I never have any complaints about his work, he is always so polite and always asks me if there is anything I want to do differently. I used to get gel manicures but I upgraded to SNS when I wanted to grow my nails out and he does them perfectly every time! He makes me so welcomed every time I come to the salon. Huey also does the best pedicures, and works really hard on making sure my feet are baby smooth. Highly recommend this salon and Huey!

    Tina is the best! I wish I had this nail spa where I’m from (California). The place was so nice and clean, the owner was so friendly. I can see how they have great clientele with how they treat each other.Tina did a gel manicure for me and oh my gosh it’s better than what I get in California. She cleaned my cuticles perfectly, I have never had so much detail and attention to them like this. My polish looks so good and she listened to exactly what I wanted in terms of shape.I didn’t make an appointment, I had about a 20 minute wait and with the service I got, I didn’t mind the wait at all.Highly recommend!

    Long story short I took a chance on a nail salon closer to my job when I normally go to one by my house and I’m glad I did. I booked a same day appointment online. Very simple and easy. Nancy was my nail tech she took her time on my nails making sure the shape and style was what I wanted. Everyone was very kind even the receptionist greeted me with a smile. I will definitely be back.

    Came in for a mani/pedi my mother gifted me for my birthday. I got the extended massage which is a deluxe pedi with 15 extra minutes of calf and foot massage. I have to say, Lee did a great job. My manicure was nicely done too.I left very happy and will continue to come back.

    Tiff put so much love into my nails!! Ive had them done once before at a different location and And I wasnt very satisfied with them. They kind of looked like press on nails . I came here and explained to them and what had happened and what I was looking for for antiphony tried a few different colors with me and took a lot of time out.     Very big so you don’t have the typical smell of smaller establishments with the chemicals, polishes etc. Very clean, neat and positive energy. The pedicure from Lynn has absolutely almost 100% fixed and grown toenails on both feet that I’ve had an issue with for multiple years where other places in the area just made it worse. Amazing place wouldn’t go anywhere else

    I was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon. Asked for a pedi and was seater in minutes. No wait. I am picky about my results, and I stated that to the tech.Pros:- Best looking nail salon Ive been to in Jacksonville (looks like a place of beauty, not a money laundering establishment)- Very hygienic (one time use tools, pedi-bowl covers neat and clean supplies, clean floors and surfaces, etc)- Most (if not all) techs speak English well- Price is fair for the atmosphere- Most techs were professionally or nicely dressed (I dislike overly casual dress-code at such places as it makes it feel like youre intruding on someones day off, rather than getting a professional service.)- Pedi had a decent amount of massage of good pressure and the experience was relaxing.- Decent job on cuticle clean-up.Cons:- Polish result were sloppy, which I would say is the most important partI would come back, but would try a different tech.

    This is a friendly Salon. I was greeted when I entered. My first time here staff were friendly and welcoming, lead me through the check-in process. I called ahead but had no reservation. The salon was clean and well organized with nice music playing. My technician was very capable with a relaxing touch. My French pedicure is lovely and she waxed my eyebrows just the way I like.     OMG, first time coming here, I made an appointment that morning, and even though they had a bridal party, the second I walked through the door they took me back! I never get acrylics cause the nail tech always messes them up, but even without reference photos my girl Tiffany NAILED IT, took her time talking to me and figuring out what I wanted, added gold flakes that I didn’t even think off, took her time shaping the nail and filing it underneath for that perfect C curve so they wouldn’t be to bulky, and this whole set???     This is the third place Ive been to in the area and Im happy to say that I will be going back. I can tell that they have high standards when it comes to not just quality of work but longevity of your actual nails. They take pride in their work. Manicure was done very well, clean edges and sharp lines. Pedicure required some nail repair which the tech did confidently. Both were very attentive, and displayed extensive experience and confidence.

    The best full set I’ve gotten in years. They actually pushed my cuticles back and compared the nails so they were even lengths on both hands. The tech did some amazing nail art for me even though I made it way too complicated because I’m old and don’t know how all these new colored powders and fancy things work.     Went to this salon for the first time earlier this week with one of my friends. We both got acrylic nails with gel polish. My nail tech, Ryan, was phenomenal! He took his time, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, he made sure the shape of my nails on each hand matched the corresponding nail on the other hand. So all of my nails were even. Loved that! (When my nails are misshaped and mismatched it drives me crazy!!) He checked with me a couple times to make sure I still liked how he was doing my nails. He was very patient with me choosing my color as I am very impatient and it took me consulting my friend for the entire time leading up to him painting them.If this review was just based on him it would be 5 stars. No doubt about that. However, my friends nail tech was extremely cold. She said she did a good job over all but went super quick and didn’t say a word to her. Which in the grand scheme isn’t a really bad thing because her nails still looked really good.These are my nails that Ryan did, they still look great 6 days later!

    Le is absolutely the best!! I literally will not let anyone else do my nails except him. His work is flawless and he can do anything! I swear he should be doing celebrities nails, he’s that good!

    I love this salon. It’s beautiful and clean, all of the staff does great work on nails and waxing. The owner has done a great job making it a laid back comfortable experience, you can tell her staff enjoy her as do I, she is kind and hilarious.

    Friendly, clean, professional. So far I have had 2 different ladies do my nails and I have NOT been disappointed. Prices are reasonable and they even give out coupons occasionally. Never felt out of place and have always felt welcomed!
