    I’ve been going to Unique Nails for almost a decade. I love the friendly atmosphere and highly reccomend Sarah! I like to change up my nails with different shapes (almond, square, etc.) and different styles (French, SNS, chrome, etc.). Sarah always gets exactly what I envision and has great suggestions when I am unsure what I want! I can be picky with my nails, so I am glad to have found her ☺️

    I love coming here! The girls here are so welcoming and friendly. Sara is my favorite nail tech! She always a pleasure to be around! Literally I always have a good time with the girls there! Always fun and laughter! Honestly ever since I’ve been going on my natural nail journey Sara has made my nails super strong and healthy now! I love it!

    We had a large bridal party, unfortunately things change when you have that many people, Unique Nails Salon took a walk in group first thing in the morning when it wasn’t as busy. The staff are super nice, professional and very talented with designs. I will strongly recommend them! The place is clean and the smell inside is not as strong as other salons. They are great at multitasking us and moving all 10 of us around from pedicure to nails 💅 A++++. Very good spot too to walk afterwards

    They are amazing. We had a party of 7 which they fit us in asap on a Saturday morning. They are super amazing and so funny. I had Sara for my nails and her design skills are so spot on. Everyone one else is very satisfied with their choices as well they all did pedicures and manicures. Their reviews are pending as well :)

    I have recently switched over to this nail salon and have only been coming here for a short amount of time and in the times that I’ve came here my expectations were well exceeded! Sarah has been taking care of me and she has been doing such a phenomenal job! She’s very attentive, pays close attention to detail and always make sure you’re happy with her work before you walk out that door. Whether it’s getting a pedicure, a full set or even doing eyebrows, she really takes the time to make sure it all looks great! All of the other ladies there are also very sweet! Great atmosphere! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    I have been coming to unique nails for almost a year and always leave feeling great. The service , cleanliness, and the nail design / care is all of the best quality.My favorite is Rina and my Little has a favorite with Kathy who is always gentle and kind for her small tender hand .Thank Julie and team for offering a nice place for us to care for our hands and feet.

I have been to many nail salons and to give you some background I am an extremely picky client expecting the best results working in a cosmetic field myself.     After a series of unfortunate events trying to get an entire bridal party into a salon and spa can be challenging. We called Unique and they accommodated all 6 of us and were extremely professional. We had a great time and the service was excellent! As you can see from the pic my nails were stunning!🤩

    Recently moved to Jax and needed a good nail salon . So glad I gave Unique a try . Lyda became my fav on the first visit . My nails were pretty banged up from the moving boxes and I had to cut down and restart . My nails have grown so nice and healthy and I know it’s from the good service Lyda provides at Unique . Overall the salon staff is so nice and polite so it makes it a comfortable atmosphere to get pampered and relax .

    If you have been looking for a nail salon where you walk in and feel like you’re appreciated come here. They do STUNNING nails and have great communication with you. I have struggled so many times with artists not listening to what I want and doing whatever they need and this salon is the first one ever that listens and when done wants to make sure it’s what you wanted before walking out. Absolutely go to them!!!

    I got my gel pedicure done today on my visit of Jacksonville. I chose Unique based on great reviews and I wasnt disappointed. Kathy did a great job, she was very precised and detailed. Prices are also great, basic pedi with gel is $45!

    Come see Sara!!! I have NEVER laughed so hard in my life with a nail tech. And she did exactly what I asked for. I like super short nails and she did just that. I’ve been to places where it’s a sin to ask for short nails. Nah….my girl Sara delivered! The place is clean, and everyone has good energy.     They were very friendly, cooperative, and Julie is so sweet and she listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. She knew it was my first time and even helped me understand where parking was. I even asked for a thin dip nail and she filed it down thin just like I wanted. I would definitely come again!

    Ive been a regular customer at Unique Nails Salon the past several years. I drive from Fleming Island Florida to San Marco because their services are just that good. I am never disappointed with the products or services that have been provided to me. The new owner Julie is exceptional. She makes sure that I am happy with my results from whomever I am assigned to for my gel manicures. On my last visit I was in a hurry so both Kathy and Sasa worked as a team to get me out of the chair on time with a perfect result. I remain a loyal and happy customer. Theres no other nail place like this and definitely worth the drive.

    I called on a Friday afternoon right after work and arrived 10 min. later to a very clean establishment. There were a few other clients and I just had to wait about 5 minutes. I got a gel pedicure and dip with tips almond shape full set done by Dana. She was absolutely wonderful, very detailed , and did a great job. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures this time but I was voy happy and they lasted about 3-4 weeks. They are in my top 2 best nail salon/spa in the Jacksonville area. I will definitely be back!!

    Friendly staff and technicians. Making an appointment was easy and I was very satisfied with their services. My polish was dinged while my technician was putting on my sandals post pedicure. Applied more polish, but was ultimately dissatisfied so she took the whole thing off of that toe and reapplied without me having to say anything. Obviously this is a technician who scrutinizes her work and takes great pride in it . I love that she didnt just slap more polish on it and try to get me out of the chair . The massage chairs were wonderful and my services were excellent and relaxing. I will definitely come here again.

    I have been going here for about a year on and off. They always do a great job (you will have to speak up if you don’t like something), but the customer service is hit or miss based on how busy they are. Overall, if you are good with great nails but okay customer service, come here! They’re still friendly, but treat some people better than others.

    I’m a hairstylist and typically avoid pink/white nails because of staining by hair color. Well 2 weeks ago I needed to get my nails done for my sisters wedding. I called and they were able to get me in and gave me beautiful nails! I was so impressed that I didn’t need an appointment for weeks out! I received wonderful, quality nails and I called 15 mins before I walked in! I won’t do this every time… but it’s nice that they were able and willing to accommodate. It’s been 2 weeks and I have no lifting and minimal staining.

    I’m from Virginia, currently working in Jacksonville and decided to give this salon a try. I arrived shortly before closing unsure if I would be turned away, to my surprise they accepted me. My pedicure was totally worth every penny spent!! The staff provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Thank You for allowing me to wait inside the salon after closing for my Uber!!

    I got a Spa Mani and Pedi for the first time here and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and VERY clean. They clean and wipe down the seats, tables, etc between each person and the technicians wash their hands constantly.My nails looked beautiful after as well. After not getting my nails done for months and going out west to hike mountains, my nails looked awful. I recommend this place!

    I love this place, and not just because I live in the neighborhood. If and when I move, I will still drive her. Monique does a great job on my gel manicure, and shes so friendly. I was a walk in the first time I went here and they were so helpful and sweet (I was crying over a bad experience Id just had at another salon) that I kept going, but now I always make an appointment. I think they prefer appointments now that covid has cursed us with its presence, but they would probably try to work in a walk in. Theyre great!

    Definitely the best nail salon Ive ever been to! Not only in Jacksonville, but of all places I have been to. The service is great, the place is lovely, and they can do nails phenomenally! I had a pedicure done on Valentines Day and its passed St. Patricks day and they arent chipped or anything!! Aside from my nails growing out, the polish has remained completely intact. I have a very heavy foot and hand so typically the polish only lasts two weeks, so I was astonished to see that even after a month they are still going strong! 10/10 would recommend!!

    Truly the best nail salon in Jacksonville. I know the nail technicians by name. They greet me warmly every time I visit and do a phenomenal job! They are all very experienced and maintain a high quality work standard that keeps clients like me coming back.     I have been coming to Unique Nails for just over a year. Its a friendly environment where they greet returning customers by name. Dana has been doing my mani/pedis and does a wonderful job. Julie has also done them when Dana was out and is great, too. I book appointments and have seldom had to wait. Love the atmosphere ay my neighborhood nail salon (I would drive here even of I didnt live close). Love my nails and always recieve compliments on them. Highly recommend!

They have grown so much, and they’re much stronger than they have been historically.     I would be tempted to do a 3.5 if it was an option - BUT my nail technician did a very good job and she worked as speedily as she could as I let her know I was trying to make it back on my lunch hour.This was my first time at the location and I called and made a lunch appointment at 11:00 am. I dont appreciate if these businesses offer appointments if they are not going to stick to the time. I arrived promptly at 11 am and I wasnt seen until 11:20. While I understand that 20 minutes isnt too terribly long when it comes to nail salons - I was trying to squeeze this into my 1 hour lunch break - and if I had started at 11 she would have finished in time for me to get back to work mmmmaayybbe 5 minutes late - but the additional 20 minutes over my appointment caused me to be 30 minutes late.The quality seems very nice though.

    Sigh of relief!!! I’ve finally found my nail salon home! I don’t mind the wait others mentioned although I have yet to experience it because I have the luxury of being able to go early on a weekday. I can be particular in what I like and they understand and explain things. Excellent communication. Top quality experience. My nails last longer here than anywhere else. I’m a nurse and constantly washing my hands. Over 3 weeks in. Perfection. No chip. I’ll never go anywhere else.

    Sophia was awesome! My nails turned out WONDERFULLY! I needed to soak off awful acrylics and a manicure to clean up what nails would be left. The only reason this review lost a star was the gentleman answering the phone to make appointments was less than friendly and the first nail technician set me in acetone and then took another client. If Sophia wasn’t so wonderful it would have lost a couple more stars...

    I love this place. I used to be so sceptic about getting any type of beauty service done in San Marco because its considered to be an area where things are a bit pricey. But even Unique Nails beats the prices of several nail salons in Jax. Theyre very professional, clean and friendly. They want to make sure you are satisfied with the services you choose. Ive been getting my nails done by Sophea. Shes awesome! I only get gel nail polish which lasts me 3-4 weeks and costs $30! Thats a deal in itself. Many places that I have been to charge more and the gel starts to chip within the week. I havent had that issue at all. I highly recommend this place. Also, if youre looking for a toenail polish change, they charge $11. Basically $41 for nearly a months worth of services!

    I have never been able to wear polish on my nails for more than a week tops. UNTIL I went to Unique! I am going on THREE weeks and my nails still look great. I got the gel polish and the tech did three coats. Most places do one and then clear. I was amazed Unique used so much, but I now know why - it lasts much longer. My nails are lengthening and hardening as well. Kudos to Unique!

    I found this place on Google when I wasnt able to make it to my normal guy, who is much farther away from me than Unique Nails. After one visit, I now go here for my nail services and have been very happy. Its much closer to my house and they are half the cost, so Im able to get more for my money without sacrificing quality. Win-win.

    I love this place! Jenny and the others are awesome. Ive been having Jenny do my gel manicures since I moved to Jacksonville and I wouldnt trade her for the world. She listened to exactly what I was trying to do with my nails (I was a severe nail biter and was wanting to no longer use acrylics). In the past, other salons would file down the nail so much and everytime I tried to go without acrylic nails but my nails were so thin that they would tear off. Jenny, on the other hand, listened. I have not worn acrylics now for almost 3 months. I can see and feel the thickness growing in.But the icing on the cake happened yesterday. My father-in-laws wedding was today. My daughter and her family was driving down from VA. I called and made an appt for me with Jenny and my daughter needed her nails done too. Our husbands decided it was time for pedis for them. Well, as it happens, my daughter and her family were running late, but Jenny and her team saw to it that we all got pedis and my daughter and I got our nails done. They even included my granddaughter (a two year old) and painted her fingernails and toes. They were awesome and ended up staying late for us. I cant sing thier praises enough! There is so much I can rave about this shop. They are professional, accommodating, very clean, they speak English very well (and know I am not the only one whos been frustrated by/with communication issues). I know that I will never go anywhere else!
