    I would recommend Quan to get your sns dip nails done here. He does a great job!!I’m not sure if it’s the technique or the quality of work. But this was the first time my nails don’t chip or crack after 3 weeks. I came back for seconds to try a neon look. Quan did it again.I also really liked the friendly vibe they carry between each other. Everyone treats each other with kindness and respect. I appreciate being in a very friendly environment.The 1 less star is due to my pedicure. Not sure who did my pedicure, but it was not a good experience. It took 3 hrs long and honestly I was uncomfortable watching the nail tech reuse unsanitary tools. 😳I did say something, coming back to give it a 2nd chance on the pedicure.

    Bella Diva was an AMAZING experience and I will always go here now that i have found them! After a longish wait (the day before Christmas Eve so they were busier than anticipated) the pedicure was so relaxing and one of the longest foot massages Ive ever received. When getting my fill in and new art done, the techs did a lot of rotating but they each have individual strengths and i appreciated that they were honest about their skills after being disappointed by so many nail techs in Jax. The level of professionalism and kindness all the nail techs show here is amazing and Ive found my forever salon! Thank you Bella Diva 🥰

    Always a wait, but ALWAYS worth it! They are friendly and have great prices. They also do an amazing job with nail art. This is the only place in town I can go with an idea or image of what I want and never get it turned down. They are always willing to try to make it work even if they are unsure about being able to make it work out perfectly!😍

    I recently started getting acrylic on my nails again, and have had a very hard time finding someone who can do a decent job. My friend gets her nails done by Phillip and swore by him so I went in today and I am in love with my nails. They have never looked this good ever! I will be seeing Phillip from now on for every fill in I get done!

    I love Bella Diva; I’ve been going to this salon for a few years now- I even drove 2.5 hours on the weekends to come when I lived in Beaufort, SC. I always ask for Mr. Lee to do my nails. He is such an amazing person and I love his conversation. He is like my grandpa away from home. And he ALWAYS does my nails perfectly. I couldn’t ask for a better manicure.

    Uyen did an amazing job on my set. I didnt feel rushed or like she was rushing through my set which was a plus. She had great attention to detail but finished them in a VERY reasonable time! Happy customer here! 10/10 recommend

    Great customer service! I like the set up of the salon and the cleanliness. I needed to soak off my acrylic and was able to do so as I waited for a tech. My tech,ChitChat, took great care of me and was gentle with my sensitive nails. I live on the Westside, but will travel the distance to get my nails serviced.

    They did a great job! Three of us went in for pedicures and one got a sns dip manicure. All nails came out beautiful. Nice selection of colors. Deluxe pedicures were awesome. Wide massage chairs with an abundance of settings, long massage, hot stones, wax wrap, and great service. Wonderful pricing! We will be back. My mom said she would ask for Andy every time. They were all great!

    One of the best salons I’ve ever been to. The hot stone pedis are wonderful. Philip’s work with old school acrylic is amazing. Nyugen’s nail art is stunning.

    This is a very nice establishment. It was very busy and I was a walk-in. The nail technician had a lot of work cut out for him because the last place I went to did an awful job. He did a great job and my feet and legs feel wonderful. The toenails look great too.

    Be prepared to wait when you get there, even with an appointment but it busy place means that it is well worth the wait so I suggest you go anyway. Im super picky about my nails and they did an amazing job, ask for Uyen if you want acrylic

    I have fell in love with Bella Diva Nails! I get my nails done regularly and have tried so many places around Jacksonville and the Beaches. I get annoyed because I was finding myself needing to go every two weeks when I was going to other locations and decided to give Bella a try. Im SO glad I did! I now have beautiful nails that last a whole month, and my real nails are finally GROWING! Soon I wont have to add tips, because I finally have growth. Quan is amazing! I also had others help me here, but Im so sorry I didnt catch their names. The man who runs the desk is SO sweet! I have been meaning to go give a review, I have been about 3 times now and am looking forward to changing my nail design out to fall colors in a couple weeks! Trust me when i say Im rough on my nails, I have a problem biting my nails when Im stressed, so its a miracle when they have the skills to keep someone like me with a full gorgeous looking set for a month at a time! Plus, their prices are so good! - Trust me, I have only good things to say.

    This salon was recommended to me from several friends who all spoke highly of it. I went today for a pedicure and gel manicure for my wedding on Friday and my expectations were greatly exceeded! This is the best nail salon Ive been to, hands down. They take time on your nails, give thorough massages and are VERY reasonably priced. Normally I feel like getting my nails done is just money down the drain, but let me tell you, this was money well spent!! I immediately called my sister to tell her how much I enjoyed this place and will continue to recommend it to everyone! Thank you Bella Diva!

    Luv this nail salon!! They are always very friendly, fit u in the schedule no matter how busy they are, and do a beautifully professional job. If you go in as a walking, the wait is not very long at all, even if they look slammed they somehow manage to keep you happy and in a chair quick!!I couldnt go back to get a fill in for a month due to some unforseen family financial issues. My nails still looked decent WHEN I was finally able to go and thats only in part to the great job they did to start with. Very happy with Bella Diva salon and will not go anywhere else to get my nails done!!

    Great pedicures, very hygienic with each basin wrapped in its own plastic wrapper before water is added. Each customer gets single use lotions, scrubs etc on their legs and feet. Personnel are nice overall, skilled, prices are $35+. Be prepared to wait, schedule an appointment.

    I really like this place, but the last time I went, I made an appt with someone and someone else did my nails with no explanation of any kind. I brought it up, and the lady acted as if she didn’t know and barely acknowledged. That’s not ok. Why make an appt to have someone other than who you asked for do your nails with no explanation.

    Services are good. Had both manicure and pedicure multiple times - even did our wedding party there. Staff is friendly and courteous. Highly recommended for artwork on your nails.

    I cannot speak highly enough about this place. It’s a family business and a well-oiled machine. I have had so many different people do my nails and toes when I come in and can’t complain about a single one of them. These guys give you the full experience and don’t cut corners. It’s often very busy but they insist on providing the best service possibly regardless. I recommend calling ahead. The staff is friendly and will chat it up with you if you like or will allow you a quiet relaxing experience. I won’t go anywhere else.

    I love going there with two of my sisters. The ladies that do the Pedicures are so friendly and they do a great job on my feet. You even get a little shoulder message while my toes are drying lol. Very clean place.

    Love this salon!! I have been three times so far and my gel manicures last longer than anywhere else I have ever been. I went three weeks without changing it once and NONE of my nails chipped. Since the salon is so awesome (& has great prices for being by town center) it is busy. If youre in a hurry then this probably isnt the place for you as it is always packed. I recommend this salon to everyone :)

    Tried multiple top rated nail salons including ones recommended by friends for their design work and this was the only one where the final product came out just as good if not better then the picture I showed my nail tech. If your looking for any kind of design that you saw online or social media that you want recreated this is the best place to go by far. And the prices were very reasonable considering that I payed the least here out of all the nail salons I tried, and revived the best service and results.

    This nail salon is amazing. I got a gel manicure for $25 and a pedicure for $28. The customer service here is amazing I felt like royalty. They offered me water when I coughed and even if I needed to charged my phone even though it was just being buggy. I got massages all through out my visit from my feet to hands to even a small shoulder rub at the end. The manicure was around 20 minutes but the pedicure was a lot longer. This is great so if you just need to get your nails done quick you can but they dont rush you spa pedicure which is when you want to actually sit and relax. This place is great from the paraffin wax they did to my feet to the amazing colors they have for your nails. This place is like no other. I highly suggest going here and no where else. NOTE: They are closed on Sundays and Mondays to give their hard working employees time off but they have late hours on the weekdays.

    Omggg loved the waxing specialist. I normally don’t rate salons but I really liked my experience at Bella Diva. Linh was very friendly and I loved the way she shaped my eyebrows. A brow and lip service couldn’t have been more than 5 minutes when I went in there. Love that I could get my waxing stuff done at the same place as my nails so that I don’t have to make runs to a bunch of places. I have no tears or rips in my skin and she gave me a bunch of helpful tips for skincare so I have zero complaints. Definitely coming back there again!

    I have been to SO MANY nail salons in this area. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I called two hours ahead and made my appointment on a Friday night. Waited a couple of minutes (they were very busy). I had in total three people do my nails and I loved all of them. Everyone was super nice. I brought in a photo of what I wanted which to most salons is annoying, and they did their best and I think they did better than my original photo! Did I mention that the staff stayed late just to make sure I was taken care of? Ugh!! Love this place!

    This nail salon is amazing!!!! Everyone is so friendly and sweet. I went on my lunch break and got in and out within an hour. It was very busy but I was seated within 15 minutes for a gel manicure. I did not feel rushed at all and my nails look amazing! I would recommend Bella Diva to any of my co-workers as it is very close to our office.

    There were a lot of people when I came on a Friday afternoon but they took care of everyone pretty quickly without taking away from the quality of the work. Philip did my nails and they came out beautiful! They give a little shoulder rub whole your basis dry. My favorite new nail place! Super friendly!!

    Tried this place for the first time because it was close to my house. So far I am not disappointed. The wait was a bit long but I did choose a busy time to visit. While you wait they have technicians that come to you to remove your gel. The technician I had was very helpful. I couldnt decide if I wanted to add acrylic and she assessed my nails and suggested otherwise. I will be visiting again!

    I have been coming to Bella Diva for a few months now and I wouldnt go anywhere else.From their inviting hellos and friendly environment, you come in feeling like family. After a few months, I feel like they are family now.I needed a new nail tech because mine moved away, so someone recommended Bella Diva to me.I usually like pretty flashy nails, and I wasnt disappointed here! Uyen is their resident nail artist and comes up with some beautiful designs (check their IG!) and makes your ideas come alive but anyone here can do your nails! They do it all, from SNS to acrylic and regular Manis (like my kids like).Pedicures here are the real deal. They are the full package and worth the price. The chairs are always clean and comfortable. They take great care of your feet and your feet feel so refreshed after a visit here.I recently got my eyebrows waxed after trying to let them grow out fuller and finally needed them cleaned up. Linh asked me if I used any facial products such as retinol which could effect the skins sensitivity to wax, as well as what I was allergic to. She was knowledgeable when my daughter asked questions and she was careful to make sure my skin didnt burn.Bella Diva also has a salon here if you needed that service, but I have no experience with that but figured Id mention it in case you wanted a one stop shop.Overall, I highly recommend this business for all your self-care needs.My whole family, including my husband (!) love it here.

    The most reliable salon I’ve ever been to- service, pricing, and nails are always excellent! I’ve had different techs almost every time yet my nails are always perfect.Tried going somewhere else for the convenience of a Sunday manicure but learned my lesson.     I am a self proclaimed pedicure connoisseur, I have been to many other nail shops in Jacksonville and Bella Diva is hands down the best! My pedicures last a good month! I even have to wear closed toed shoes and we all know how that ruins pedicures. The staff is always so sweet and make you feel like family. I have been coming here for over 3 years now. And they all know my name. So if you want great atmosphere and a great service come here!

    Best place ever everyone in there is very friendly excellent staff the owners Philip and his wife, are great people . they do such great work I get my nails done from Philip and I get my designs done by his wife very creative .I would recommend this place to any of my friends or anyone that needs a place to get their nails done .I also get my feet done by this lady named Tran shes awesome too, shes so good sometimes she puts me to sleep definitely recommend Bella diva to anyone that is in need of a little TLC.

    By farrrrrrr the best nail shop Ive ever been to. The take their time with each customer, not rushing through anyone. Every customer feels special. It may be a wait, but they have no problem giving appointments...even the same day. Im visiting from SC & they make me want to come back just for their services. My pedicure was awesome and my eyebrows are fleeked. Friendly staff...and funny. I highly recommend this salon. Oh, and I saw someone say something about race. Im probably the blackest woman to ever walk in there and they treated me JUST like everyone else.

    I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are all super friendly and really do an excellent job. If you ever are unsatisfied in any way they will gladly fix it for you. (This has never happened to me here) I am always greeted and remembered every time. There sometimes is a wait, but that is due to their popularity. I read a comment that they are racist, that is very untrue. They welcome everyone, and work very hard to do a great job on everyone. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff of Bella Diva!

    It was crowded and I was sitting with my feet in the water for about 30 minutes before anyone started doing my feet. But once they got started, it was good. I would like them to introduce themselves and explain that they work as a team because I was not used to that but their work is really good. I was pleased with the service and their customer service was good. I will go back.

    Nice people. It is a very busy salon because its that good! but when its your turn you will leave out with a big smile. They conversate with you and make you feel welcomed but they take their time to make your nails exactly how you want. I travel 30mins just to get my nails done by them. No one else touches my nails.     The nail technicians at the Gate Parkway salon are friendly and do a great job. Alex and Ms Penny are there to greet every patron with a smile. I have been to many salons but this one is by far my favorite. Tu (shes my favorite) does a great job everytime and shes very nice young woman

    This is the only place Ive found besides PVB spa, where the gel polish doesnt start peeling in less than a week. Friendly staff and clean place, but be prepared to spend a good chunk of time here as they are usually busy -- even if you made an appointment. Overall its the only place I continue to go to get my nails done.

    This is the best salon Ive been to. Moving states often I can say locating someone good is hard to do. They do an excellent job, very friendly and are reasonable. They have recently changed their days they are closed to Sundays and Mondays. Unfortunately weekends are the only days I can get anything done.

    Possibly my favorite place in Jacksonville to get my nails done! You never wait, they dont hound you for $$, they do an incredible job and my gel literally NEVER comes off! I used to travel from Jacksonville Beach to see them, now I travel from CR210! Highly suggest!!!

    I wish I could give this place more stars. I have NEVER seen a nail salon so packed but there is a reason for it. I would definitely call to set an appointment too. We didnt and had to wait about forty minutes before my mom and I were assisted. It was well worth the wait though and I will be visiting them again as soon as I need a fill.

    I love this nail place. They always do such an amazing job and if for some reason some thing doesnt turn out they way you thought they are extremely courteous when it comes to fixing fixing it.     I have tried other salons around Jacksonville, FL and none compare to Bella Diva. I always get gel manicure and pedicure. It is a little more expensive than other locations by my finger nails keep the color for well over a month, totally worth it. I would definitely recommend a reservations because they do get very busy and the wait can be horrible.

    Shelia has done my hair for the last year. After searching for a stable hairdresser I found her at my nail salon. She has been in one place for years and I can reach her any time I have a question or concern with my hair. She can cut the a line bob and it falls right into place. She is knowledgeable about her products and knows what works with different types of hair.

    A very friendly family business. Every one is very polite and respectful. Pay very close attention to details. Highly recommend it. They dont serve alcohol which is a good thing, water and soft drinks are served complementary also if you have kids they have some snacks. I have never seen in other salon but they offer coffee.

    Amazing experience! The person who seems to own and run it is so sweet and wants to make sure you have a great experience! They knows guests by name and is constantly looking for ways to make people more comfortable. She’ll literally sit and just chat and ask you about your life if she has time.

    Wow! I walked in & had a pedi with my friend. Half way through they were doing so much (paraffin dip, oils & scrubs) I thought for sure we would be charged for a Spa Pedi. It was only $28! When I sat down for the fans to dry my feet, she used a homedics back massager on my shoulders. It was fantastic! The massage chair was great.I left one star out bc There were some little things that I noticed my friend had done but I didnt, like a base coat of nail polish, I had a tiny bit of polish left on my nail that wasnt taken off & at times I thought the foot massage couldve been better.

    Great pedicure at one of the best prices in town. Definitely make an appointment, because with good service and price goes more people, so plan ahead. We go to JJs Bistro next door, grab a glass of wine for our pedicure, and then go back to JJs for lunch or dinner afterwards
