Today was my 3rd visit. The first 2 times I made an appointment and requested the same tech the 2nd time. Today I walked in and another tech did my acrylic fill, French gel polish. Both 5 stars. I can confidently say that this is a great and consistent salon! I have been here for my last few manicures and pedicures and they do a great job every time. I don’t make appointments with anyone specific so its been a different person each time but I always have a positive experience. My onlyyy request is that I wish they would have customers wash their hands before the service for hygiene. But I’ll keep coming back to this spot!

I need to give this salon a 5 star review. This isnt normal for me! Again and again over the last few years, I keep coming back here. No matter which technician I get, they do a great job and they care how well its done. Hanna re-painted my toes 4 times today before it met her satisfaction. She apologized profusely for how it kept turning out (not her fault, I think the polish was bad). Anyway, great job! They are a tad expensive ($20 for just the toe polish change and $53 for a soak off & solid color dip). But service is always perfect!

Jade did better than my regular guy at home- she was perfect Plus fast - amazed!!!!!I’ll be back for a pedi and wax on Wednesday- and she said I would be out in an hour! With aging parents that need attention I can slip away and get perfect service!!!!

Best Nail Salon in Jacksonville!!! Super friendly staff, very clean and relaxing salon! Excellent customer service and team really goes above and beyond for its clients. My personal nail artist favorite is Emma, I would always ask for her service since her hands are so light whenever she did my nails. I had a crazy experience back in the Philippines where I felt that my toe nails are murdered since it hurts so bad when the nail artist tried to remove the ingrowns. Till then I never let anyone else touch my toe nails. And finally I was able to meet someone who did her job so well, i believe alot of people booked her service so I always make sure that I made reservations before coming. Overall, services and people in Elite Nail Spa is a 5/5 star for me.Till then.

I have been going to Elite nails for about a year now I would say! They have the BEST pedicure hands DOWN. The chair alone is so comfy and best back massage. Like truly elite. I love getting my pedicures with Kathy and anyone who has done my manicures have done a wonderful job too. So glad I found this gem on beach blvd. Make a stop by, you won’t regret it!

Tina did my pedicure & Tim did my fill that was jacked up from posh nail spa in town center 😅 it was literally an hour before close that I walked in and I got AMAZING service. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. I love my nails and I WILL be coming back monthly 👍🏽 and yes I have toe thumbs. And they have never looked better 👌🏽🙌🏽

You know, I’ve been coming to this nail salon for well over a year. And it’s always felt like such a chore. I’ve never really engaged with the techs because It seemed as if they really didn’t want to talk about much and I’m usually so busy with work stuff on my phone I never really thought anything of it. I did notice that while going here that some got refreshing beverages and some didn’t. Didn’t really think to ask why. Well, today in ALL of my visits here, I will say that I met the BEST TECH EVER! She was the VERY FIRST NAIL TECH to EVER offer me anything to drink!! She also was the FIRST to NOT burn my feet with hot water, the FIRST to NOT burn my legs and feet with the wax, and the FIRST to go above and beyond to help find the perfect colors that I had photos of. She was very enjoyable to converse with and extremely sweet! I’d follow her wherever she goes! 🤗 And she did a PHENOMENAL job on my nails and toes!! 10 STARS for “Remi” AKA T!! Thanks girl!! I was so impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Staff is very friendly and the salon is clean & decorated beautifully. They will be offering frozen drinks soon which I’m excited about! Will definitely be returning & bringing my girlfriends.

Had a great experience today ( a Thursday at 1pm) at Elite Nail Spa. I was able to walk in and request pedicures for the two of us and Amy & Jenny treated me and my daughter-in-law with such care and enthusiasm. We were seated immediately and provided a water and adult slushy. The place was bright and clean and the salon chairs were very comfortable. We chose the #1 Happy Feet option and I thought it was reasonably priced at $32. It included a stone massage and paraffin soak.We intend to revisit this location often.

Long story short I ended up breaking 2 of my nails and went back a week later and they once again got me right in and fixed them. I expected to pay @ the end and they didn’t charge me. Told me thank you and that I was good. I of course tipped the technician that fixed my nails. I will definitely continue to go back to this salon!!

I love this new spot! Went there for a pedicure and ended up coming back the next day to get a gel manicure. Its so beautiful inside + super clean. They have a loyalty program + EVERY nail color you can imagine. Its overwhelming in the best way. All of the staff is super sweet and accommodating, especially my guy Ben! They offered me a drink (wine!) and sat me immediately in one of the fanciest massage chairs Ive ever been in (it even massaged my arms!?!) I was struggling to stay awake... to say it was relaxing and enjoyable would be an understatement... I got the Quench Pedicure, which was amazing and so affordable! By the end of my pedicure, I didnt even care how my nails looked but to no surprise, they looked fabulous, too! As soon as I paid for my pedicure, I booked a gel manicure for the next day lol. I HIGHLY recommend this spot + HUGE thanks to Ben for taking such good care of me two days in a row. :)

They’ve always been able to take me within 15 min for a walk in, it’s super clean without smelling too chemically and they’re reasonably priced. Got a regular polish basic mani ($20) pedi ($32) in March. It’s always the place I recommend to people.

A friend of mine posted on Facebook how she came here and she highly recommended. So I decided to give it a shot. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! AMAZING is an understatement. The pedicure chairs alone are one reason to come. I haven’t been in a chair like this anywhere. It massages your arms, yes your arms. The service was amazing! The staff amazing! I would definitely recommend to anyone! Kathy and Ben were great! Definitely give this place a shot!

This is hands down my favorite nail salon! It’s clean which is a major plus. The pedicures are great. They take their time and make sure they’re doing the best job possible. I’ve loved every manicure I’ve gotten also. All of the staff is kind and I’ve been coming so much they remember me now! My only complaint is that the eyebrow wax isn’t my favorite. I am a repeat customer for mani/pedis and I will be for as long as possible! Best nail salon in the area!

Hi all,I am currently writing this review as I am getting a pedicure at their nail spa, and I have to say this place is absolutely amazing! I don’t regret coming here to try a pedicure and I certainly recommend it to all. I chose to get their normal pedicure and to my surprise they had my favorite thing. Hot rocks! They combined this with a heated bag that was full of minerals, that are rubbed into the skin. After that they painted my toe nails and I am impressed with their work for sure. The most prestigious nail spa in Jax. Kevin is the absolute best, he is meticulous, has an amazing personality and does a phenomenal job every time. The spa is beautiful and all of the equipment is high end tech, Ive never seen their chairs in any other spa. And they are CLEAN. I love the vibe and will be a forever customer. The prices are perfect, you would think they would be much more expensive given the spa atmosphere. They also have an alcoholic slushie machine which is a nice touch! :-p Cant wait to go back.

Elite Nail Spa is AMAZING!! The nail technicians are SO talented and professional! They are also so friendly and do a great job! The Nail Spa is brand new, so clean and is gorgeous with amazing new massage chairs. The chairs have a touch screen and also massage your arms and hands.The base pedicure includes a stone massage and Paraffin wax that is individually wrapped for each person. They give the best massages during pedicures and manicures. The staff is very professional and they are creative in helping you pick your color or design. They offer you complimentary mimosas and they have a pina colada machine coming soon.You will truly have a relaxing experience and I cannot say enough about how great Elite Nail Spa is! You will not regret getting your nails done here!

This is a great nail spa. Clean and very polite staff. I have been using them from an old location and was so excited when they opened the new location. Chairs recline back and the tools are sanitized and packaged and pre-sealed. Bonus they have margaritas and piña colada‘s if you’re doing a girls night of relaxing.
