Since I’ve lived here for a year, I have constantly been coming here. The service I receive is always wonderful. I always have great conversations and feel so welcome by each employee. This time around, I had Allen do my nails and she did amazing as we chatted it up. I have the inspo picture with the pink “aura” look and I really wanted a red base. Allen nailed the look for what I was imagining. Can’t wait to come back again as always.

My first experience here and I must Rio has absolutely gained a new customer. It’s been years since I could find someone to shape my nails exactly how I love them and he did just that. He was professional, proficient and polite. The owner and the other staff were friendly and professional as well. A very clean and calm, while I wasn’t able to get a pedicure this time but I will be back.

I was having a ruff day and found myself sitting in the parking lot in front of zen, Lotus, nail & spa and decided to treat myself. I was very lucky and got immediately seen. To top it off Mr. Da did an excellent job! He was gentle and very detailed oriented! I decided on regular polish for my toes and dipped nails for my fingers. ( at one point I did comment on the thickness of my dipped nails and he very softy/ kindly explained to me how later he would re shape them and they would be thinner- he did amazing! For 5 years I was stationed in California and did not receive half the care and attention from LA salons that he gave me.I chose to not get any nail extensions so the length and shape seen in the pictures is my natural nail length and shape. I also tried to show from the side how little dip bulk there is and how well the nail is shaped + no under the nail residue/ excess hardened polish. Highly recommend Mr. Da!

Ive been trying out new nail places trying to find my new nail salon cause its not convenient for me to drive 45 mins to get my nails done. Well this afternoon after work i decided to stop here and I am SO HAPPY I did. Allen was so nice and did an amazing job! I couldnt be more happier.

There were a lot of techs ready to assist me immediately upon entering. They can service a lot of people at one time. Lowest pedicure service starts at $33. There is a lot of parking, but the parking lot is pretty full. They do have the large massage chairs.They do not have a dryer for your nails or feet.The service is done by a timer. I get that they need to keep up with their time.

Overall, the set I got was good! Im happy with them. The set was $57 plus a $10 tip. Attached I have a plethora of photos. I got Luna for my walk-in. Below is an extensive reviewTo start off, great customer service! Friendly, sociable, and inclusive. She was great!The shape is nice, and the painting is good (minus a bit of clear polish spillage and a bit of color that got onto my cuticle that she wiped off with her nail). Id say that the tips, faced head-on, and the underneaths of the nails were a bit rough leaving. I cleaned it up a little myself--the underneath, that is--but there was quite a bit of flecks of dremmeled, glued-on tips. They were easy to scrape off, though. Good length, good shape.My nail beds are a bit sensitive, so at some points she was a little too rough for me, personally. I wish she had held onto my nail bed to dull the sensation a bit.When glued on the stones, she left quite a bit of polish/glue, whichever it is, around the stones. I wish it was a little more subtle, but it isnt the end of the world.These small mess ups land us at a 4/5 star rating, but Id do 4.5 if possible. Good customer service, fun tech, pretty good set with some careless errors. Ill consider this place for the future for sure!

I had an appointment with Andy today and it was the best manicure I have ever had. He was quick, gentle, and skilled - he shaped my nails to perfection and now I can’t stop looking at my hands! The salon was also beautiful inside, and everyone was friendly. Looking forward to my next appointment :)

It always gives me great pleasure to share my wifes and myself experience at a professional service. Here we have a nail salon that is extremely experienced and very well trained. My wife and myself are advanced in years and I us a walker. The staff and owners made our experience extremely comfortable and satisfying. Altogether bravo! Job well done.

This nail spa is absolutely my favorite!!! They are always so polite and very helpful! They have a rewards program as well which helps to save a little when you earn points. I highly recommend this salon and the wonderful staff! I would highly recommend Andy also he is the nail artist I see and he has amazing attention to detail! I simply bring in pictures or ideas and he goes with it! His ideas are always fabulous when Im unsure of what I want! All the techs are great! This is definitely somewhere I recommend often so if you are looking or on the fence definitely go!

I’ve been to Zen Lotus twice now and I’ve had two great experiences! The first time, I got a gel fill-in with a design and the second, I had my acrylics removed and received a gel manicure/pedicure.All the staff are so kind and they do great work! I especially enjoyed my mani/pedi from Sung today. She was so sweet and was a pleasure to speak with. I would highly recommend this place!Update- I had the pleasure of getting a full set done by Rio. He was definitely confident in what he was doing and did a wonderful job! I appreciated that he was quick, however you could tell he took his time in getting the design that I desired. I plan on returning before I leave town to get my nails done by him again!

This was my first time at this salon, and andy was my technician. he did such a great job, hes very polite and listens to what you want. his work is really clean and im confident these nails are going to last me a while. the five stars im rating is really just for him, the salon itself was nice and well-kept but a lady, im assuming a manager, kept rushing him to be done. it happened 3 times. he did my nails in a timely manner, 35-40 minutes. so im not sure what the rushing was about. andy was so great thought!

They are very pretty, clean and neat around the edges. My pedi was great also and no complaints. This is my second visit i will be back to try other services as well.

This nail spa was recommended by an employee at the hotel were staying at. The front desk was super friendly and efficient, getting us set up with a nail technician right away. The atmosphere is amazing and inviting, making us feel relaxed as soon as we walked in. The staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pedicure I received was exceptional, and the foot massage was wonderfully relaxing. I opted for simple French tip nails because I prefer a classic look, and the nail technician took excellent care of me, paying attention to every detail. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality nail services.

I love this salon! My mom and i have come a few times for pedicures and it’s always been great service. Today I did a full set acrylic manicure at the salon for the first time and unfortunately it did not come out exactly how I wanted. I called the salon after I left and let them know and Mina and Andy redid my whole set for no charge and I love my nails now. My mother and sister also did manicures and theirs turned out beautiful. They really care about their customer satisfaction!

I love my nail shop ! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years now! Great customer service, great hospitality , Ms Le is like family! I never had an issue. Fast service as well. Steve did a excellent job on my toes he was polite and professional I also got a full gel set by Vincent he did a great job and he is very patient and is very precise and you can tell he cares about his craft! My friend and I came 2 days ago and the drive is about an hour from St Johns County to baymeadows. Everyone is very talented and nice. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and sat down. Both of us were happy with our pedicures. They did amazing and this is not just the first time we go in. I stopped in to get a pedicure as a last minute treat on my way home. They were able to get me in right away without an appointment. Tran did my pedicure and was amazing! She took her time; went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, offering water, making sure the temperature of everything (water, towels, even the store AC) was to my liking. The store is beautiful, clean, and professional. I’ve been to a lot of salons, but never have I seen one like this. I love the way they present the polish color choices, the set up of the chairs and tables, and the added protection they’ve installed since COVID-19. I felt safe, comfortable, and very welcomed. I will definitely be back!

I first visited Zen Lotus shortly after they opened, and have kept going back because of their consistent quality of service and professionalism. The interior of the salon is beautiful, and is kept clean and tidy. I have always been happy with the services I have received.Last night I went in about an hour before closing, hoping for a SNS polish change and a pedicure, but understood that there was probably only time for one or the other. After having my nails beautifully done by one associate (whose name I did not catch), I was prepared to pay and come back another evening for the pedicure. However, Cindi insisted she was happy to stay late to make sure I got the pedicure I wanted. And she delivered! Not only did she give me a wonderful and relaxing pedicure, she painlessly removed an ingrown nail that I didnt even know I had. Thank you!

I have mixed reviews about this salon. I went here with my mom to get our nails done and it was our first visit to this location. The lady who did our pedicures was super friendly and did a fantastic job. She was very thorough and we loved her service. The lady who did our manicures though was not friendly and actually slightly rude to my mom and the work she performed was subpar to what I could do at home. She rushed through both of our manicures, leaving our skin still dry and did a poor job at removing cuticles. Polish was rushed as well, my moms basic polish did not cover her whole nails and there was polish left on her skin on multiple fingers that was not cleaned up. I received gel polish of a very light color and only two coats were applied leaving it uneven and almost patchy. The manicurist did however do a fantastic job on my eyebrows when I got them waxed. When it came time to pay, the girl who rung us up was not someone who worked on either of our nails. She proceeded to count which nail techs worked on us and then asked how much I wanted to leave as a tip, and I left a decent tip for the service we received (over 20%). She makes it a point to recount the nail techs and do the math of how much they’d receive, and gave me a dirty look when we finished paying and left. Not sure how I feel about this place and the way their employees behave, so whether I return is left to be seen.

Where do I start ! This is the best nail salon I’ve been to thus far since I moved to Jacksonville 3 years ago. Cindy did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. She had great conversation and she was very funny. Cindy had an emergency and recommended Mina to do my gel full set and all I can say is those two are a dynamic duo.
