My mom has been going to Anna for years, so when it came time to get my nails done for my wedding, it wasnt even a question!She made a vision come to life and went above and beyond with making sure I was comfortable and happy through every step.Kim jumped in for my pedicure and was equal parts excited and supportive during the process, and Im so grateful for the both of them!This nail spa is incredible - everyone in Jacksonville should absolutely check it out!

I love my nails! I always have a great experience at Royal Essence at Tapestry Park. I had a gel pedicure and a hybrid gel manicure. Anna was so sweet and took the time to teach me about the hybrid gel as I’m trying to keep my nails strong. I used to do the dip powder but found that the strong file used to take them off has really made my nails brittle. The salon was very clean, and the staff was so welcoming. I already booked my next appointment and have recommended it to several friends already.

I had such an AMAZING time at Royal Essence! This was the very first time I went to a different nail salon from my usual, but honestly, this place will DEFINITELY be my new favorite. The lady I had, Angie, was very, very sweet. They greeted me at the door and the atmosphere was so bright and clean! Angie automatically offered refreshments and respected that I am a quiet person. I showed her a reference photo and even though she saw it once for maybe 10 seconds, she brought those nails to LIFE! She frequently asked if everything looked good at every step and she was very receptive. The nails came out so pretty and honestly, this was the best experience Ive ever had while getting treated for my birthday coming up. She was so gentle, never accidentally grinding my cuticles, never rushing. Shes genuinely so, so talented. I highly recommend this place and Angie! Im so thankful for this 5 star experience, and I will definitely be coming back. (Sorry for the bad photos, its the best I could get!)

Nice spot in Tapestry Park. They take reservations, which is great for larger parties. They do have a separate area for pedicures for your group. With most salons moving toward all gel, there wasn’t a wall of OPI to choose from but they offer a good selection of books to look for a color. They ladies were very nice and helpful.

Highly recommended!! My husband and I have been coming here for years to get our pedicures and we enjoy every visit. Nga is my husband’s favorite tech and she always takes care of him. She does an awesome work on his feet. I usually get a different nail tech every time we go but each of them are great and do an awesome job!!

I’m so glad I found a perfect nail salon. My nails have not ever lasted this long. I was recommended to try the gel x since I like my nail to look very natural and I have tried gel x prior but at a different salon however, the person that did it at another salon didnt apply it correctly thats why popped off after 4 days this is my second time trying it and I have to say they lasted way longer than my acrylic nails. Everyone is super friendly also.

I Recieved a nail fill from Kelly today and she was by far the best nail tech here. She was very meticulous with nails. The shape was perfect and she paid close attention to cuticles and underneath cleaning of nails. She was very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend her!

I hope your husband covered ur plant. ***I called at was told i had a 2pm appt. When i got there i waited almost 40mins and was told by the nail tech that he was not told i was added to the books and he was not told. None of my nails look the same. Uneven and misshaped. For the amount i paid to have them done i should not have nails that look this bad. I have been getting my nails done since i was 16 and im 40. I was given a $10 gift card since i spent over a certain amount. I will be gifting this card to someone else as i will NEVER go back there unless they fix my nails for free. I know many people in the medical field and females that ask me all the time where i get my nails done. I will not be referring anyone to this place.For the amount of money i spent at this place i could have gotten my nails and feet done somewhere else.

I moved about 35 minutes away 5 years ago. Being the lazy person I am, I didn’t want to drive that ‘far’ I am so glad that my husband bought me a gift certificate to my favorite salon. I’ve been coming back here since December and each experience is exactly the same. STELLAR! It is so worth my time to come back here and get exactly what I expect. Comfortable, working pedicure chairs. Technicians who are so kind and GREAT at what they do!! Trust me, you will not be disappointed. The entire salon is clean, and doesn’t reek from fumes. Which is a huge plus. Breathing in noxious fumes has always been a huge turnoff.

Myself, a family friend and family members decided to go get a pedicure after my meeting.Everywhere we tried to go to was either closed or closing soon. We even went to one place that said they close at 730pm and we arrived at 650pm to be told they were closing in 10 minutes.We arrived at Royal Essence Nail at 733pm, their sign says they closed at 8pm. I walked in and asked if we could get a pedicure and they took all of us and did a phenomenal job. Everyone was extremely satisfied.We will be coming back the next time were in Jacksonville.

This is the friendliest and best nail salon I have been to! Family friendly staff and very personable nail technicians. I enjoyed an hour long pedicure with Annie. She did the reflexology pedicure and used a cool pressure point device and now my feet feel like they can run a marathon! She painted perfectly as well! Highly reccomend!! Very impressed with this nail salon! The staff were incredibly friendly. My manicurist spent a lot of time manicuring my toenails after a poor pedicure experience elsewhere. I had 2 ingrown toenails she was able to fix, they feel so much better! The massage, scrub, wax & towels were amazing. My toenails look amazing. The establishment was exceptionally clean and about 7 staff members were cleaning every corner of the salon for the entire hour we were there. I am so glad we’ve found a new nail salon after a couples poor experiences at our previous one.

I have been a customer since Town Center, and like other customers, refuse to go anywhere else, so I followed them to River City, and now to Tapestry Park. The service is always excellent, the people are super friendly and helpful, and the prices are very competitive for the area. During their remodel, I had to get my pedicures somewhere else, and I was definitely reminded why I love these guys so much. The last place I went to, my toe polish lasted for a week. I am pretty picky, and Ive never been disappointed. Exceptional service gets my attention, but continuous exceptional work and service gets my loyalty.

This is hands down the best salon in Jacksonville! Ive been a customer for about 5 years because of the service and quality. I will only get gel manicures done at Royal Essence because everywhere else chips and/or starts to peel after a week.Also, Emily is awesome! She is one of the hardest working people I know, and her dedication and loyalty to her customers is obvious. I just love her!But, dont take my word for it, come check out Royal Essence in Tapestry Park yourself (not Town Center, new ownership).

Excellent customer service! I had to wait for a bit, but they were very apologetic and accommodating while I waited. I got a pedicure and it was very thorough and felt pretty good. I had my first ever gel manicure here about a year ago. I went to two different salons after, as I was new to manicures in general, and I wanted to get a feel for how the procedures and methods differed between technicians. I found myself right back at Royal Essence. My manicures have lasted up to 2 and half weeks (maybe longer, but definitively 2.5), whereas the other two places were chipping within a week.I feel its imperative to state that I am a manager at a coffee shop and I put my nails under a great deal of daily stress as a result. I get compliments often on the quality and duration of my manicures.Im finally writing this review because since I first decided to start getting regular manicures, Ive wanted to find a technician that I wanted to see each time. Ive had 5 different technicians here, and while I loved certain aspects of each of their styles in manicure, and interaction, I hadnt settled on the all around, perfect-for-me technician.I had an appointment with Shawn today for the first time, and Im excited to say, Ive found my technician! Every aspect of the perfect manicure to me, personally, was achieved in todays manicure! I am admittedly a bit of a perfectionist, so to be unable to see anything less than perfect on my nails, in a HUGE deal for me! The only thing I can say is the color that I picked didnt come out as dark as i expected, but that is a personal error, and does not in any way take from the experience i had with Shawn today!On a separate note, Im excited to see the new upgrades within the salon! I have specifically thought before about how nice it would be if they had a member rewards program, and to my surprise upon my return to the salon (after a month of letting my nails breathe), Im finally a member of my favorite salon! My day is made!Thanks, Shawn and Royal Essence! Ill see you in 2 weeks! ♡

Incredible spa. I brought my mother as a surprise for her birthday. Her and her friends raved about the salon and the treatments. The pedicures are outstanding with the paraffin wax and the hot stones and the scrubs. Very fair pricing and we could bring our own wine. We will definitely be visiting again.

Royal Essence Spa is clean, so thats a big plus. Everyone is nice and courteous. My technician offered me something to drink and was patient with me as I chose a nail color. He had his work cut out for him as with my move to Jacksonville, my nails and feet were the last thing on my mind. He did a good job cleaning up my cuticles, wasnt talkative, but was informative as I had left my nail polish on too long and it stained my toes so he let me know they needed a breather. I still opted for color as my birthday is coming up so I promised to take it off after that and give them a break. He massaged my legs and feet for much longer than what Im used to getting at this price point, yay! He also wanted to make sure I was happy with his product which I dont get too often at other nail places either. Overall a good experience. Would come here again.

What a relaxing, awesome experience at Royal Essence Spa today! They took excellent care of us and I love my nails!!! The massage chair, hot stones, paraffin wax, Eucalyptus scrub and leg/foot massage was such a relaxing and wonderful experience! This is the place to go! I found Royal Essence online just looking for a great place to get a pedi. I read quite a few reviews and gave it a try. I have ZERO regrets!!! This is my fave place. The atmosphere is a delight, very chill, relaxed and professional. The staff is superb! Everyone is very polite, accommodating and professional. I’ve been 4 times now and I have no complaints. I highly recommend the Tapestry Park location.

Walked in for a pedicure. The pedicure was amazing and I was really impressed, but I experienced long wait times and felt like I was forgotten. I sat in the chair waiting for almost an hour, then afterwards when I went to pay and check out, I stood there waiting for someone to take my money. I saw a couple employees who saw me standing there. It took another kind customer to point out to their nail tech that someone was ready to check out for them to get their attention. I was there for 2 hours for just the simplest pedicure.

After years of repor and being able to pick from familiar faces and sticking to one nail tech, UGH!, but after a bad experience at another place after the shift, because of familiarity, I returned, & to my surprise I was pleased, my visit was pleasant, Customer service and all and a few employees remained. Yes, it was my first time as a new client in an old yet new establishment. Hoping it remains the same ambience, so far Ill recommend.

I just LOVE this salon. Very clean , you cant even smell those harsh fumes. I recommend going here, the pedicures are only 28$!! includes paraffin wax, massage, hot stones and towels. they even massage your back while you dry your toes!! if you go on the weekend they eve have a special guy who does it, hes AMAZING. you get everything here, even one complimentary beverage. did I mention they have wine? this one makes you feel at ease and relaxed so youre definitely no thinking about anything else. I took my bridal party here before my big day and we had a FABULOUS experience! The spa is beautiful. Everything is brand new and CLEAN. Staff is friendly and they did a great job on all of our nails. I loved the special bridal nails that Emily did for me and all of my bridesmaids were super impressed with theirs and the service as well. The prices are also very reasonable and you get a lot for your money in the pedicures. Basic pedi includes hot stones, parafin, etc.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so pleasant. The the service they deliver is not like most other nail salons where the service feels rushed. I’m real picky when it comes to using quality products, especially when the prices are not cheap. I shouldn’t have to spend money on a pedicure and when they use lotion my feet still feels dry when I walk out. But this salon right here......OMG the price is reasonable for the service they provide is beyond my expectations. I can tell they don’t water down their products to make it last while charging the consumers more money. Especially when I see my gel mani and pedi last beyond 2 weeks.I’ve been coming to this salon since 2017 and my go to guy is Kevin. Since coming to this salon I’ve had a couple of people from the salon do my gel mani and pedi when Kevin isn’t in, but I really prefer Kevin. He’s really friendly, patient and kind when he works on his clients. So if I come in and he’s not working that day I’ll just come back another day to get my service done by him. There’s been times where I waited two months, due to my schedule and catching Kevin on the days he was working, for Kevin to do my gel mani and pedi. Like, I won’t even go to another nail salon. Kevin at Royal essence at tapestry park is my only go to person for gel mani and pedi. Idk what I’ll do if he ever decides to stop doing nails. Until then I can rest assure that Kevin will always deliver great results, even when he doesn’t feel well I can still count on him to deliver great results.
