I have been coming to XO nails, for years now. I started going here back when they were called Lovely Nails, before their rebrand. Throughout my time here I have ALWAYS had the most phenomenal service possible. I have gotten sooo many nail sets, I have lost track. There have also been lots of pedicures and eyebrow waxes. No matter what, they have always gone beyond the bar. The business is family owned and ran, which I absolutely love. Almost everyone on their staff has given me a service of some sort. 10/10 recommend 🩷🩷💅🏻💅🏻 I’ll drop a few pics below. The color pink and I are in love. They have been doing my nails pink for YEARS now.

The young man who did my nails was so nice. No long wait. Soon as I walked in with no appointment I was greeted and attended with ease. I received the exact set that I showed for such a nice price. I love it!

First time coming here I didn’t have and appt they greeted me right at the door with smiles and politeness and took care of me right away. I was at another salon a week and half ago and they didn’t do a good job my lady fixed her mistakes and left my nails looking beautiful I am extremely happy with the results I have been getting my nails done for years and theses are in the top 10 love this place highly recommend. The facility is bright so clean and calming. There prices are fantastic I highly recommend xo nails. 10/10 Thankyou ladies for a wonderful experience

Yesterday I went to XO Nails and Spa for the first time to get acrylic and gel nails done for the holiday and Louis Vuitton #1 (inside joke) did such a phenomenal job on my nails!!!! My plan was to go in and get a French manicure but with glittery tips and he decided to go hombre with them. I chose a mermaid collection number 240 and also asked him to put snowflakes on my ring fingers with rhinestones. He did everything I asked and even more to make my hands look like a winter wonderland for my Christmas party coming up on Wednesday. I will definitely be back next week to get my pedicure and I greatly appreciate the service and the laughs that we had. It was such an enjoyable experience that I much needed for a very long time!!!!

Great place. Clean, bright, comfortable. My wife had her nails done by Louis, a very talented nail tech. He did an awesome job on her nails both shape and color, plus beautiful artwork on the nails. Highly recommend!!

This was my first time coming. The male doing my pedicure was very friendly to everyone who walked in. He did a great and prompt job because I told him I was in a rush. The price was very reasonable so I was sure to tip well. $50 for a pedicure, with overlay on my big toes, and gel polish. They turned out very cute. Will definitely be returning.

This place is a hidden gem. Everytime Im in Jacksonville I have to stop by and get my nails right. I bring pictures of what I want and my nails turn out better than the pictures. Definitely will continue going to this location. I highly recommend them.

Love going here! Always well done and clean! Usually never have an issue! They’ve even done my little girls nails little to no charge! BUTToday I was overcharged by a lot and was super disappointed. With tip it was $105!!!! For a gel mani and pedi! They were quick to make it right which is awesome but damn!

This was my first time here about a week ago. I made an appointment for 930 mani pedi. I came in sat down, they are actually moving to another location in the same plaza that will be bigger. Anyway, i had 2 people working on me at the same time which was great because i didnt spend much time in there like i usually would if i had one person. Thats how it is in the usual apot i go to. They were very nice and on point. I seen some other reviews that were bad and i still wanted to try like i didnt have any issues. The man that did my nails, i showed him the picture of what i wanted and he did what i asked. The shape, everything. All of my nails looks even and same length. The girl that did my feet. Im just so thankful because ive been to a lot of nail salons and theres always an issue with something, but i dont have any complaints about how my nails came out or the service.l at this place and i really appreciate them. Ill be back for sure.
