My husband and I went here because it had a 5-star rating. Let me tell you, those five stars are well deserved! We splurged and got the Honey, I Love You pedicure. It was blissful and so relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The whole salon has a nice, calming vibe. We highly recommend OMG Nails & Spa!

The best nail salon experience that I have ever had. Kim did a phenomenal job on both my pedicure and my manicure. While it was a simple gel color, I’m so happy with how it turned out. The pedicure was so relaxing, and be sure to get the hot rock massage if you go. Some salons have an overwhelming chemical odor, but even on a busy Saturday, that’s not an issue here. Very kind people, best customer service. Eyebrows turned out perfectly, and the brow tech was so nice to me. Gel manicure, hot stone pedicure and eyebrow wax for under $90 not including tip is such a steal. If you’re in Jax, this is the place to go.

If you are seeking out the best nail salon to go to in all of Jacksonville THIS is it! I live in the Orlando area and travel for work. I’ve had quite a few pedicures. Trinity was 5 stars! I had a regular pedicure and she took her time and I added Reflexology and she was the absolute best. Strong hands and very well trained. I then got my fingernails done by Vida and again 5 stars. She listened to what I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted. My hands look fantastic! I did (let’s be friends) dip with a slight sparkle to finish. ThisSalon is Very clean and well run. I will be returning when I am back in town!

Kim gave me a Gel manicure and was excellent! She was gentle, provided choices and asked for frequent feedback to be sure she was doing what I wanted. I was very satisfied and look forward to going back and trying additional services!

If you are looking for anywhere to get the maximum relaxation and most hospitable experience this is the place to go. This family owned business is a hidden gem. My friend and I came in about an hour to close, we asked if they were able to take us and they were very enthusiastic about taking us for our full sets and pedicures. Very sweet and very wonderful staff that they have put together. They stayed open later and worked on our nails with such patience. Best experience. Will definitely be returning.

OMG nails is my favorite place to get a mani-pedi. Its a very clean facility. Staff are always friendly and provide excellent service. My favorite is Summer, a charming lady and very experienced tech. She goes the extra mile and gives my feet and legs an invigorating massage. I suffer from poor circulation in my legs and feet. Summer uses a hot stone to help my circulation. Its better than what I get from my medical massage therapist who is treating my condition. OMG offers a wide variety of products and services. They offer complimentary water or, if you prefer, a glass of wine. They also offer eyelash extensions, facials, and reflexology for legs and feet. This would be great place to treat your gal pals for a birthday or wedding party. They even have a princess chair for your little princess to get a mani-pedi as well. I always find it so relaxing to come here. This is a great place to come for a variety of self-care services. Treat yourself to a most relaxing and pleasurable experience.

I got the Lavender gel pedicure with french tip. My experience overall was amazing. I had Trinity as my tech and she gave me a beautiful pedicure and amazing massage and experience. The staff was super nice and organized. The only think I would say is 15 dollars for gel was a little unexpected.

Update: the owner, Ray, reached out to me and offered to fix my nail! My nails look amazing! They even lasted through my move this weekend!First I’ll start with the positive. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure and I showed up on time and they took me for my pedicure. The service was great and my toes still look amazing.Now for the not so positive, When it was time for my manicure. I had to wait for an associate. Not a huge deal but when she was ready for me. She was not engaged and it seemed like she was rushing my dip. It’s been a week and I’m nails are breaking not just the dip but my natural nails under the dip (which has never happened to me) and the top coat is coming off. I tried a new place since I needed a last minute appointment as I was going on vacation. This place was good but just not great.

My gel manicure is by far the longest lasting manicure I have EVER received with absolutely no lifting or chipping. This was done with minimal filing of my already weak nail beds. In addition to their wonderful and extremely helpful attitude when I walked in with a TERRIBLE manicure from another salon, I am ready to enter into a long term commitment.

She was so amazing and was so detail oriented. Good service, nice staff, clean environment.I never have to wait long, show up on time for my appointments and they were ready for me.My favorite pedicures is the tropical sunshine, Fresh cut oranges massage with the orange scrubs along with hot stones and a sick massage pairs with a hot paraffin wax, in the end they wrap my legs with warm towels. Couldn’t be more relaxing than this. Def give this pedicure a try.

Fatma Bella is the BEST! She takes care of me every other week and does an awesome job EVERY TIME, I look forward to those days!! My husband is now going to her once a month for his pedicure. HE LOVES the attention to detail she provides and walks away completely pleased with the results! What a nice experience. Very relaxing pedicure. Everybody is super friendly. Really enjoyed the pedicure which was the OMG special (I think thats what it was called). What a enjoyable and pleasant experience at OMG. I came in with a problem created by trying to do a quick do it yourself job. What a disaster I created for myself. First I used a nail glue that was not recommended , and I placed the nails to close to my cuticles. Pain radiated thru my fingers on both hands. After discovering this gem of a place on Google I did a walk in and was waited on promptly. I explained what my dilemma was , and to my surprise they resolved my problem very efficiently. I plan on going back to their salon/ spa every month that I come to Jacksonville. Thank you very fervently for a job well done. Thank you again for the professionalism and empathy shown to me at your establishment.
