Anytime I come home from Atlanta and need a fill in, they’re my go to. The only nail place I trust when visiting. I believe their prices are fair and their quality of work is good. Besides my technician always breaking to text, I don’t have much to say. They’re always busy, so coming early or making an appointment is highly recommended.

JoAnn who works there does the best nails at the shop. She actually takes her time and make sure your nails are perfect. I have been to just about every nail technician there and they rush on your nails. The men are very rough (most). JoAnn does a great job and she is the reason this place get a five star instead of a one. SHE IS THE BEST TECHNICIAN!

Good price, Good work. Requested a flower design I saw online. It wasnt spectacular but it was decent. I was grateful the tech listened to me and was willing to try. Pedicure was fine but no massage which is usually my favorite part. Staff were friendly and polite. Good price makes it worthwhile.

I been going here for 3 years and stopped because I PCS. They do really good for the most part except a few times I’ve had to return for my pedi gel polish chipped and nails overlay chipped. Overall I highly recommend. For acrylic, Tina is my fav, she is the only one I go too. Derek and the other guy sits next to Tina is good with natural looking nails. I do prefer the men to do my pedicures because they’re slower and take their time, but women are good too. It is a big salon so it can be busy and a little wait. I call before on weekends. Good customer service, provides beverages, 4.5 stars.

I really love this place. Derek and abbey are the best in my opinion. They really take their time with your nails and feet to make sure it’s what your looking for. Abbey does the pedicure and this lady real knows how to treat your feet. The way she massage my feet with the pedicure deluxe was amazing. I been going to this place for about 2-3 years now.

Clean spa and friendly staff! Nina and Jenny were very friendly. They took their time on mine and my moms pedicure and by the time we left we were so relaxed we could barely finish running our remaining errands. I definitely wasnt expecting such an amazing service. We got the $35 pedicure which I assume is their deluxe. It included the usual clean up (trimming, filing and the foot scrubber) but they also included a leg scrub, hot stone massage AND hot towels. My expectations were exceeded already and then they went in with a leg and foot massage. I would have paid $35 just for the massage. Top it all off with some pretty polish and we were all set. Such an amazing place, I will be back often!

We had a Mommy/Daughter day at the spa. They did oblige us and seated us together. We had 2 ladies very professional. My daughter had a picture of how she wanted her nails....her tech exceeded her expectations on the finish nails. I had Kelly and she was so personable with her care. She painted beautiful flowers on my toes. Now dont everybody try to go and ask for Kelly...I need her to be available for when I go.

The best salon Ive ever been to. I had an issue and it was corrected. Mr. Andy does a phenomenal job on my feet. He understands that i have problems with my feet. Ms.Ruby does a fabulous job on my finger nails. When Im not sure if I like what I picked out, she does it on a fake nail first, to make sure that Im happy. Im absolutely happy with the salon in general.

Almost missed out on this gem! I was in town and needed a full set ASAP. I was told about this place and decided to give it a try. When I walked in there was a lot of people sitting, so I assumed the wait was long and left. A gentleman came after me and informed me those people were finished and waiting on their remaining party to finish. I was told to come back as the wait wouldnt be long. He was right! I was in a chair getting serviced within a few minutes. Im real picky about my nails, but they did a great job! Will definitely return whenever Im in town.

The way a bathroom look says a lot about a place. Some nail salons have the dustiest, grossest baseboards you will see. In my opinion, the cleanliness of the restrooms in nail salons is a reflection of the people working there and how much care they do or do not take in what they do. The details matter. This shop appears to be very clean up front and in the back rooms too. My pedicure was great and I wlll go back.

UPDATED: 1/20/22 I had a much better experience this time. The lady was very nice and professional and even made sure I was constantly being messaged and always asking if I was OK. She did a great job, asked if I wanted jel. I said no and wasnt charged. Also remembered I needed my eyebrows done. So the extra money I wasnt charged went towards her tip! $48 + $10 tip.Awhile ago: I will never go here again. We showed them on the card the pedicure we wanted and they still did the most expensive one and charged me. They also did not ask if I wanted regular polish or jel. They did the jel and charged me. So 2 pedicures and eyebrow was later $121.00. Ive been going here for years. NOT ANY MORE!!! I wouldnt mind but not when they are under handed like that.

This is a wonderful place. I enjoyed my first manicure and pedicure on my birthday. The specialists were very professional and made me feel comfortable. The place was very clean, and all employees were busy attending to customers. The receptionist was nice and greeted us warmly. So, a few months later, I surprised my girlfriend on Valentines Day with gifts, Japanese Dinner, and reservations to this Spa!

Derek did my nails. Beautiful salon and a phenomenal job! I got a full set with white tips, just $27! Derek had to step a way a few times while doing my nails to help some folks that came in... That doesnt bother me, this is their business and while they have more associates than all the salons Ive ever been too, they do quality work so people do return! I was there around 10 AM on a Saturday and it was already pretty busy. I will return if Im ever back in Jax!
