She’s my go to waxer since I moved here eight months ago!

The staff were nice and professional. The establishment seemed pretty clean. They also offer different service packages and products. The only thing that I found awkward for myself was how the wax tech remained in the room as I undressed- doesn’t really make a difference I guess since she’s going to see my lady parts anyway, but I’m just used to going to other places where they will step out and give you a chance to undress and get on the table. I thought it was a little different but it doesn’t take away from the service itself. I’m still satisfied with my results and how fast it was and how personable the wax tech was as well.

My best friend booked us an appt her for her birthday before our vacation. We were excited and nervous at the same time.I had an AMAZING first time experience here with Renee. She provided me with education before proceeding with my wax. She provided me with lots of insight as I was nervous being the first time. She talked to me the entire time as if I had been to her before. I felt very comfortable and would return back to her for services for sure. I was not in any pain afterwards and felt great.I am giving only 4 stars vs 5 stars because I waited in the lobby with no communication that I was being switched from Renee to Claudia (until I asked as 10-15 minutes had gone by and my best friend was already in the back being waxed at our appt time). We were a few minutes late,but we made it in our 9 minute grace period window. However, after I asked I was told that I was being switched to Claudia after my bff finishes up with her because Renees next guest had arrived and was taken back before me. However, Renee finished up with the next guest and then I was taken back.My bff didnt have the same experience as far as education and insight from her wax specialist. She was also in lots of pain. I have recommended Renee (because she was so great with me!) to her in case she wants to give it another try.

First time going to any EWC and I have to say it’s definitely not my last. Daisie was my tech and she was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with she made me feel very comfortable. The wax is different here, I’ve had soft and hard wax with the strip and been to many other places. I usually leave needing to go home and rest due to the was scalding me and feeling like my skin is torn. This time there was no pain during or after. The wax was warm but not hot, very comfortable. This is a different experience. I was very happy. Daisie also helped me pick out some after care products which I love. The girl who worked in the front was extremely helpful as well. I wish I had gotten her name. I will be back for sure

First time getting brazilian wax and my god… it was painful, as expected. i would rate it a 7/10. however if it wasn’t for Renne, my wax technician I felt like it would’ve been a lot worse. she talked me through everything, didn’t leave no room for anticipation and got the job done! she did an amazing job, i am very impressed with how everything looks and my overall experience. pain is inevitable but with the right people to do the service it makes it bearable and definitely worth it!

My experience at this location was exceptional. I have been to many European Wax Centers across the U.S and this location scored 100% across the board from front lobby to wax suite! I came in for brows, was greeted by Haley and Ximena, they both stood up to greet me! We made small talk. Both ladies were gracious, kind and made for great conversation. Haley was training Ximena, who stated how much she LOVES her job. Both ladies explained they love their manager and feel appreciated. They also mentioned they feel lucky their manager values them. My waxer was lovely and cleaned up my brows. She did not talk to me about product however, Haley did recommend wax passes, pre booking and gave me some sample body wash. This is my new favorite EWC! I feel like they genuinely wanted me to have a great experience.

Fantastic experience! I sometimes travel for work, so Ive been to some that were less than stellar, but this location is great. Friendly staff, super prompt, easy to book online and my waxer Treana was wonderful. She was sweet and didnt hurt me at all! Ive already booked my next appointment with her!The only suggestion Id make, is that someone needs to sweep the floors. I used the restroom and hair was all over the floor, as well as in the individual waxing rooms. I had to brush my feet off before putting my shoes back on. Otherwise, a wonderful experience!
