I live in the area and decided to try this Wax Studio for the first time. My appointment was with Ashley. I waited a few minutes after my appointment time but when she came out she was friendly, attentive, and quick with my underarm wax. No complaints.As a former business owner myself, I saw a few negative comments regarding the culture and business practices that seem to hinder the success of black owned establishments here in Jax. I had a good experience .The prices were very fair and the service was very quick and professional. I plan to visit again for other wax services.

I had Ashanti as my tech and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows, lip, inner thigh, and bikini. Im very impressed with how good, clean, and even everything is. My far this is the best my eyebrows have ever looked!It was my first time doing bikini and it wasnt very painful. Ashanti made sure I was comfortable and there was no tension in the air at all. Ill definitely go back for future needs.The studio was gorgeous, clean, and smelled nice. Very professional and a good aesthetic. I enjoyed my time.

I love Waxology! I see Ashley A. Ashley is always on time, caring, kind, and pays great attention to detail. The studio is always clean and it’s SO cute! I have been coming here regularly for a few months, and it is by far the best waxing experience I have ever had. Ashley is super knowledgeable and great at what she does. I usually get a Brazilian, but I even ventured out and let her take care of my brows. They came out fabulously! It is as painless as possible and she makes sure to always do a great job. All of the staff members have made me feel comfortable in the setting for the duration of my service. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially a first time waxer as they talk you through it and don’t rush a thing! I will always be a customer here. 💕

My first and third service were great. However, my second service was with a different lady and she went to thin for my taste despite me stating I only wanted my brows cleaned. It took me about four months to get my brows to grow back. Their prices can’t be beat but you need to go through some trial and error to find the right waxer for you. My preferred waxer for brows is Anissia.
