It’s really hard to find a good wax place here so when my wax lady left to thiland for 3 months I almost cried. This location was recommended to me so I decided to try them out. I booked online for a Brazilian and underarm wax. I booked with charlsie literally everything was perfect from check in to the wax and even the little gift bag at the end. The wax was quick and charlsie was very kind and professional. We had a great conversation and I’m looking forward to my next wax!

I’m so happy I came to visit The Wax lab today! The environment is clean, professional and welcoming! My visit was quick and easy. From calling to make an appointment, to my check in, my actually wax service and all the way to check out! Charlsie was amazing! My previous wax experience was so painful and overall horrible. So I wasn’t really sure what to expect. But Charlsie took good care of me! She was patient, kind, very knowledgeable and down to earth. I also love that the wax lab uses hard wax so it is less painful. Hard wax helps to pull more on the actual hair itself and less irritation on the skin. At check out I set up my next appointment for after work which is a plus since they are open later in the day. I was even gifted a little sample goodie welcome bag at check out so sweet! My skin feels silky smooth. Overall I’m very happy with my visit. 10/10 best place in Jacksonville, FL hands down! Check them out. 💖😊

I am a college student and found this place while I am in the area. I always book with Charlsie, she is the best! She goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with the end result and truly takes care of you. I have been waxing for a while so I am comfortable with the pain but there is hardly any. She is so good about ensuring the comfort that you just get into a conversation and always laughing. The wax is over before you even know it! It is always clean and inviting in the area when I walk in. They have a very nice room for you to go to and even a nice neck pillow. Everything there is catered to the persons comfort even the music on in the background! I highly recommend this place if it is your first time getting a wax or if you are looking for a new place.

I have now had 2 appointments at Waxlab, and both occasions were without question the best waxing services Ive ever received. The facility is like a Swiss clinic in both its style and cleanliness. The owner is on-site and obviously oversees every detail and trains her staff to be just as attentive. Reception and appointment bookings are handled in a hospitality-level manner by a very professional young woman neatly dressed in surgical scrubs. A nice touch. My waxing services have been performed with great professionalism and unusual attention to detail by the owner herself. She clearly has perfected her technique - though I opted out of the free numbing cream which was offered, the hair removal session was the least painful in my experience. While I have no connection or interest in Waxlab, I really cannot say enough how impressed I was by this new studio. When a business is run in a truly exceptional manner I like to take the time to recognize their efforts. While selfishly Id like to keep them a secret so that Ill always be able to get in any time, I understand they need new clients to grow and prosper. Anyone in need of their services should not hesitate to make an appointment. You will not be disappointed!

I went here simply for the hours in the beginning. After my first Brazilian, lip and eye brow treatment I couldnt go anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and professional. Never once did I feel uncomfortable. I live at the beaches but I travel because of the quality treatment and amazing prices. You want to have a smooth experience.....WAXLAB IS THE PLACE TO GO!!

I love Waxlab. Its by far the best waxing facility Ive been to. I love that they take appointments, no more sitting around waiting to be waxed. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a referral program. They also offer some great products, I personally like the exfoliating scrub and the tend skin ingrown hair treatment. I had never been waxed with hard wax until I started going to Waxlab, and let me tell you; Id never go back to soft wax again. If you want good, friendly customer service and great waxing results, definitely give this place a try, you wont be sorry!

Crislyn is amazing. Im not a first time waxer, didnt get the numbing cream even though it was offered but this experience was a whole lot less painful than others Ive had.
