The atmosphere was relaxing, the products used felt luxurious, and Marlene was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my skin’s needs. My first time visited this place and Bia did my waxing. She was super gentle, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely I would recommend her to my friends.I was told by the front desk 20% discount will apply to my bill since I’m a new customer but only my eyebrows wax applied 20% not overall bill which per the sign at the front door offered 20% discount to all customers for eyebrows service. I had 3 area wax services and was charged full price for other 2 areas so really did not receive 20% discount as a new customer for overall bill. That was a bit disappointing.

Excellent professionals! They all treat you very well, Ive been waxing with them for over a year and I started doing laser hair removal and the results are wonderful. They have fairy hands and you can see that they love what they do and that is exceptional. In addition to all aesthetic procedures being very effective and of high quality.

Best Place for Eyebrows!!I was a regular client of K&M in Brookfield - CT, for many years. Marlene fixed my eyebrows which were thin and irregular in shape. I loved her work. Sometimes I had my eyebrows done with Keila or other professionals from their team. They also have always done a fantastic job!!When I moved to Jacksonville a couple of years ago, I struggled to find a clean and professional place like K&M. I couldnt be happier when I saw they were opening a new location here in Jax.Here are some of the pros I found going to K&M:*Outstanding professionals;*SUPER CLEAN and private rooms for every client they are working on;* They NEVER double dip the stick used to get the wax on the wax pan;*They do not rush;*They do my eyebrows accordingly to what I want, keep showing me the progress and asking my opinion during the appointment, avoiding surprises;*They are super friendly, and they are open on Mondays!!I highly recommend K&M in Jacksonville. I am super happy about their new location, and I wish success for their team!
