I was a walk-in to get my nails done. I hadnt had my nails done in over a year but I knew what I wanted. I was assigned to Yen. She had her nails done and I asked if we could do an extra design on my index finger like one of hers. She was very nice and she was happy to do it. It took her about an hour to do the full set with design and was completely pain free. At no point was there even a pinch. Little did Yen or I know, I was getting engaged! When I go back I am booking Yen from now on.

I had Diane for the first time today and she easily gave me the most meticulous and flawless manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, she removed my old set so delicately, I only had one moment of discomfort but she was so mindful and careful not to hurt me. (My nails are so fried anyway from being over-filed at other salons it was hardly her fault)As she began application, my first time with builder gel, she took her time and was so patient and attentive to every finger, ensuring there were no imperfections in the builder gel or the color and chrome powder I chose. She was also very communicative and friendly and even tried multiple colors so I could make my decision with ease.I’m so thoroughly impressed by her service, I really have never experience a manicure like that in my entire life!!!My only advice would is to be more transparent about pricing; had I known it would cost the same for a natural set vs extensions I would have opted for extensions but oh well, still a fantastic manicure!Riley is also very talented with nail art, and I had a lovely experience with her a few months ago. Diane mentioned she liked to do nail art so I look forward to seeing her again!Fantastic work, Diane! Thank you so, so much. 🤍**Also this was a happy accident, I walked in because they’re the only shop I, personally, know of that offers builder gel and Diane was the first person available to take me. I promise my opinion is truly my first impression and unbiased!

Yen did an excellent job! I got a French tip with chrome 🤍🤍One Month later update: I visited Yen again and she did this amazing blues clues design! I’ve gotten at least 5 compliments on a daily basis and questions asking where I go. I truly am in awe of how talented she is. All of it was freehand, no stencil, and no stickers. I showed her a picture of the look I was going for and she did a better job than the inspiration photo.

My pedicure was very relaxing and well done! I got the Speak to my Sole which includes a mud mask and hot towel followed by hot stone massage, and I came out feeling great. The polish itself came out neat and the shape was exactly what I wanted. He also followed my preferences when I expressed them with no problem. All in all a great experience and affordable cost, I’ll be back.

Some of the best work Ive experienced! I dont know the name of the woman who did my nails, but I am soo impressed. Her attention to detail both with shaping and with the design were top notch.The nails are holding up extremely well, too. I changed out the brakes on a friends car, and my nails remain completely unscathed. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Omg this has been the best nail salon I have ever been to! We are in town for hour 2 year anniversary and decided to treat ourselves to pedicures I chose the right place. The environment is wonderful! Everyone is so nice it smells so good in here. I highly recommend you request “long” he is so nice ! He talked to me and asked me what I like and if I like this and that. He took his time with my pedicure and omg his massage was out of this world amazing! I highly recommend this place. I wish I could take the whole place back home with me to Tennessee. Overall rating 1000000/10!!!

I love the aesthetic in Polish- The Nail Bar. The decor and colors of Black and Gold were lavish and pleasing to the eye. I received the “Peeling Good” Pedicure which was such a cute name since one of the services included was an Orange Peel/Slice massage. I was offered water and soda prior to services. The Music playing was good and versatile. The hours of operation was great. Especially for me since I’m always looking for a nail salon open past 7.

What a wonderful experience! I’m usually pretty skeptical about trying a new salon because I’ve had so many terrible experiences, but this one is my new spot! My nail tech was amazing, she was so kind and very helpful. She gave me great insight when it came to choosing a color and I love that she added on the chrome detail for me. They are so cute, and I’m obsessed! This was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be returning. She also did them so fast and they look amazing! Usually, I’m concerned when it feels like they are rushing, but they came out so nicely! Pricing is pretty good, maybe a little high compared to other salons, but the quality is well worth it. My acrylic full set was $80 with shaping, gel, and chrome detail. Love, love, LOVE, this place! This is the first nail salon I am absolutely excited about booking at again. Thank you, Polish!!!!

This place is annoying, came in with my sisters, around 6 we asked for manis and pedis. Pedis were alright, no actual manicure was done, I askedFor a specific design, asked if they could handle it. They said yeah. First photo what I asked for, second photo what I got. One of these things is not like the other. If you have a specific design in mind DO NOT GO HERE! Plus don’t go 2 and a halfhours before closing, they will rush you.Update: after their reply I decided to give them a chance to rectify it. I am going on a cruise this weekend so I just wanted to forgo the design, and just do black. The nice women, fixed the shape removed the color and added the black with out any complaints or attitude. I am happy they rectified their mistakes

Iv been coming back to this place to find quality service or the one i believe does extra good work. I used to always get gel and finally found that dip nails are the best option. My top favorite nail techs are Eric, & Vera. Although the job is done right, but honestly at times it can get so busy in there that you do not fully relax. This is 7 days with REGULAR NAIL POLISH. I’m stunned. The man urged me to get gel and I declined because I only needed cute nails for the weekend, 2 day tops, I hate spending money on nails because nothing lasts more than 3 days including gel and dip. Everything lifts. But this is just the prettiest and most stable manicure I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over Florida. I’ll be back for dip and I’ll update this post. Awesome salon. Really shocked at the good quality.

I absolutely love this place! Ivy and her sister Yen are the technicians you want to see. I know the other are probably really good too. Ivy was recommended to me by a friend and I have been hooked. Ivy introduced me to sister who will be taking care of me until she returns from her trip. Both of their works are amazing. Ill add the photo if my latest manicure. I get SNS on my natural nail and gel on my toes. I go every 2-3 weeks. The nail bar is nice and very accommodating. Staff is always friendly and they have a hug selection of colors/pigments and a nice drink selection as well! Definitely the place to go. Oh and you can appointments here as well.

Polish hits more than it misses. I’ve been going for several years. I’ve definitely had my fair share of being cut by accident or misshaped nails. I suggest finding a nail tech you like and calling in appointments with that person. I’ve used Alex, Tina, John, & 2 others I like. They don’t rush services usually so you’re in there no less than 45-60 mins per service. I like the beverages. With a little more effort and focus on the customers experience they would be 5 stars. Their gel color choices are now DND which I don’t like. They are pretty accommodating though. It can add up quickly though. I usually spend $150 or more including the 20% tip. They used to offer wifi not sure if they do anymore. I’d recommend them.

This place was awesome! i booked an appointments for myself and two others, and we were driving in from out of state. they had plenty of appointments available, and they were very nice and flexible when we requested to push our appointments back a bit when we hit unexpected traffic. and everyone was so nice! if i lived anywhere close to here i would be back all the time 😭

I moved to Jacksonville in June 2021. I am very picky about my nails. I have been to about 5 other places around the area and one even an hour away to find a good place. I happened into Polish with no appointment about two weeks ago. They took me immediately and did a great job. Very friendly professional and above all did what I asked and not what they wanted. I got a good leg massage & foot massage with my pedicure my gel/acrylic manicure is great. I now came back a second time today and they have not let me down again. This is a great place to get your nails done. I highly recommend them to anyone picky about their nails.

Titi did a great job on my nails! However she didnt understand that I am colorblind and couldnt pick out the colors. She gave me a little bit of a hard time because of the language barrier. GREAT service from the other english-speakers here though. They noticed that I was struggling to explain, and came running over to help me! I was very happy with the end product.
