    I had an amazing experience with Jamie at European Wax Center! She is incredibly professional and gentle, making the whole process so much more comfortable. Jamie takes her time to ensure that no hair is missed, and I really appreciated her attention to detail. She also gave me excellent advice on which products to use to prevent any ingrown hairs or irritation after my Brazilian wax. I left feeling so confident and well taken care of.     Nina was great! I definitely recommend booking with her. I just moved from Maryland to Jacksonville and I was nervous about having to find a new wax girl. I’ve been with my two girls -Zoe and Dee- in the Columbia location in Maryland since 2017. I didn’t want to go through the trial and error I did before in finding my waxing, and I won’t. Nina was perfect. She was friendly, helpful and did a great job with my wax. I will be booking with her again and you definitely should too.

    This was my first experience waxing with this company. The building recently opened. Its clean and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and shared great information. The wax lady made me feel comfortable. Ill visit again for another wax when I build more courage. I tried Brazilian for the first at another location, and it hurt like h***. I built enough courage to try another body part, but the pain level is almost the same, truthfully. I love the result, but the process takes getting used to.

    Tori did an amazing job waxing & tinting my brows. She took her time and explained everything to me. She made sure I understood the process before she started. And she made sure that I was happy with the result before I left. I will be seeing her again in about four weeks and I’m gonna bring my mother.

    Wow! I just started going to European wax Center a month ago and I’m so happy I found them. Victoria does my waxes and she is amazing at it. They have great products as well to slow the process down for hair growth and Victoria is extremely educated on them and I can’t help but buy something every time I go. They do promotions as well, so if you’re looking to buy a package this will be your place. All the girls that work here are very sweet and educated on what they’re doing.     I visited today to get a discount code for the members at my gym but also got to try the service. I was greeted in the lobby with a smile a felt comfortable entering. Once I got set up they took me right back. We got to a small room with a table, I was told to disrobe 😳. My heart started beating and I was a lot nervous but I made it this far. I sat down and got into a butterfly position. At this time we got some conversation going and it became more relaxing. Once the waxing started I wasn’t nervous. The first strip was a bit of a shock but it wasn’t all that bad. Places I thought were going to be bad not at all. It was very professional and I let happy after a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions. Staff was great and made it super normal. I’ll be happy to go back again

    Pricing is within an average range. The only thing I wouldn’t give them 5 stars is do the inconsistency of their marketing in store. They want to sell you on a monthly plan, but they don’t have an actual pamphlet with the pricing for each or packages. Even a if it was a digital option that shows the pricing and breakdowns.The service is friendly and the employees are attentive.Love the team
