    I am so excited to leave this review. Ive been going to Lilly for over four years and I trusted her with all my nails and feet decisions her pedicures are to die for. Getting ready to celebrate the holidays and she got a little creative on me.nails so happy is extremely clean never had any concerns. The people are pleasant and work around your schedule highly recommend.

    Always a great experience friendly staff and clean salon! Todd, Anna, Van, Sue and Amanda are my favorite! They always take great care of my nails and eyebrows! Never have to wait even if you don’t have an appointment. Walking in after a long day of work is great and relaxing .

    Wonderful, beautiful nails!! I’ve going here for almost 2 years. Today I had my Christmas nails and Cindy did such an excellent job job! Cindy is professional and so sweet and very kind and efficient! The hand and arm massage following my nails was awesome! So relaxing! I’m revived and I’m headed out with beautiful sparkling nails!!     First time here today with my girl and had a great experience. My technician was very thorough and detailed with her work. They are extremely nice and served me a coca-cola which was nice too. It was a nice pedicure, manicure and 30-minute massage after working outside for a living and moving this past week!

    The most wonderful place. I tried 5 different places before I found this exact spot, and I have been coming here for over 4 years now.     Best nail salon in Jax. Lily has been doing my nails for years and she is the most amazing nail tech ever. Unlike other places where I have had my nails burned, this has NEVER happend with her. She is always very careful and does a fabulous job EVERY SINGLE TIME. Love her and cannot say enough wonderful things about her. 🥰Lilys mother does my pedicures and it is like heaven every single time. She takes her time and gives the best massages. 🥰The salon as a whole is also wonderful. Everyone there is so nice and is like family. I will never get my nails done anywhere else. ♥️

    The atmosphere at Nails So Happy is friendly and inviting. The entire salon is clean and and nicely decorated. There are hundreds of nail colors to choose from whether you like powder, gel or regular polish. The nail technicians are knowledgeable and highly skilled in manicures, full sets, fillins, pedicures, nail art, massages, brow and lip wax and more. Beverages are complementary (water, soda and wine). Im completely relaxed and rejuvenated after every service. Give Nails So Happy a try you wont be disappointed. This was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. 10 stars !!!!A month agoI just moved here two weeks ago, and was very nervous about trying to find a nail salon that would meet my expectations. I stopped in here, and I have to say I’m giving them a 10 star. The staff was extremely friendly, and Lily was able to give me the best set of nails I’ve ever had in all my 17 years of getting nails done. That speaks volumes. Lily is amazing, highly recommend!!!     I cannot say enough about this place. I never make appointments and I always just walk in and take whoever they have available. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes and I have had the pleasure of having Sue,Lily, Todd,Van, and two other sweet amazing nail technicians do my nails and I have never had a complaint.     Ive been going to this nails shop ever since I was about 3 or 4 (Im 16 now), and know a few of the staff. I love being welcomed in every time with their big smiles, glad to see me again. I love the lady that sits in the very front left table (right behind the payment counter) that does my manicures (I get acrylics because my nails are super short). She respects my introverted-ness, but still does a little bit of catching up, hoping Im doing well. She remembers most of our appointments together and practically knows my preferences now, its amazing. Shes just the absolute sweetest, so talented, and just a pleasure to be around. I also love the lady who sometimes wears glasses who does pedicures. She often takes care of me and smiles as she tells how she remembers how small I was when she did my nails years ago. Shes so nice and gentle, constantly making sure that Im perfectly comfortable. Oh, and the way they do my eyebrows is absolutely perfect in my perspective. Anyway, this place is amazing. I personally love this place and how homey it feels. UPDATE: Im now almost 19 and I still love this place! Ive decided to come back and update with pictures to hopefully bring them some more business! Even the new people they have are always so polite and gentle, making sure that Im always comfortable and that I feel welcome. I havent been able to come and get my nails done too often recently, but I still love this place and how perfect everything is every time I do come back, even if the visits are months apart. Truly the warmest people there! I always come in as a walk-in and I never have to wait long. No matter who I get to do my services, I always leave satisfied with a smile on my face! Thanks to everyone who works there and always treats me well!

    Updated to say a few years later I am still a client! Always consistent quality service! I used to live five minutes away but have since moved about 35 minutes away and it is worth the drive! Love this place!I have been getting my nails done here for about three months and I am so pleased that I have finally found my go-to nail salon. I have gotten both gel and SNS manicures; it has all been beautiful work. Staff is very receptive to my manicure requests, I have never been disappointed by any service Ive received, and feel confident that I am in good hands (pun intended). Highly reccomend!

    I love this nail salon so much. They also take their time and give a pedicure and manicure that is well worth it. I use to live in Batram but recently moved 30 minutes away and I will continue to make the drive to this nail salon. If you ever need them to fix or change anything they are so open to any feed back (which we all know can be a little awkward) but everyone here wants their customers to be happy.     WOW! I am so impressed! I mistakenly left $140 cash for a $70 ticket. (I meant to leave $100) I had not even realized my mistake yet when Sue with Nails So Happy proactively reached out to me by phone to ensure I was aware of the amount of cash I left. Modern massage chairs and sealed, sanitized nail tools. JC, the lady that did my pedicure was professional and thorough. This may be the best pedicure I have ever had.Dont listen to the bad reviews, most people only post when there is a problem, not when they have had a positive experience.     What a great experience I had!!! I always read the reviews, but I have been here before and fortunately never had a negative experience. They open at 9:00 a.m., but doors were open at 8:50 a.m. and were taking clients. This time, however, I went with a full set, pedicure, and eye brow wax. All three services were spot on and they I could not have had a better job. I brought in a picture from Pinterest and my nails are an identical version. Very thin and natural looking and I received a compliment from another client while they were being done. The staff was very friendly and inviting and the prices were good. I booked another appointment right there and cant wait to pick another spring color! Anyone that was disappointed in their experience, please give them one more shot, I think you will be glad you did. Both myself and another client made our appoints for the same time and plan to get coffee and get our nails done!

    Ownership changed recently and I always have very good experiences there since then. As with many walk in nail salons you will sometimes experience a long wait, but I make appointments so I dont have this problem. I also use the same nail tech, Mickie, whenever I go.     ANH has been doing my waxing for at least a year now and she is the best!     It was a really rainy day today but decided to come in for a pedicure anyway. To my surprise, the salon had no other customers; different than my previous experiences where the salon was packed. Every worker was busy deep cleaning the salon. From the time I had sat down to the time I left, they had raised every pedicure chair, swept, and mopped underneath each one of them. I could tell that the salon was clean anyways, but to see it first hand, was a different story. There’s nothing like going into place and knowing that their workers take the time to meet sure their salon is sanitary!
