Francis is amazing! Not so long ago I got my eyelashes done here and it was a great choice. It was my first time getting my lashes done, I got a natural set and my lashes came out long and pretty I absolutely loved them. I will always go here to get my lashes done, there affordable and the quality is amazing. She educated me on how to take care of them and the atmosphere is beautiful and calming. I’m happy I came across Nubellaglam!

Nice intimate studio. Today, I was lucky to get a same day appointment and I appreciate the ladies finding a spot in the schedule. Ashley was very professional and worked quickly. Refill done in about an hour and fifteen minutes.

I just started getting my lashes done recently and was recommended by a few friends and family members to see Francis at Nubella Glam. I first went in December and it was the most amazing experience. Francis is super professional, sweet, educated, and does a phenomenal job on lashes. I had my lashes for two weeks and barely any fall out. She is now stuck with me as a client.

Francis is amazing! She makes sure that Im comfortable with everything and goes above and beyond with ensuring that I am happy and satisfied with my lashes. She cares about her clients beyond than just business. My lash shampoo spilled out and I had asked her if I can pay for a new one and she gave it to me for free and offered to ship it overnight so I can have it as soon as possible. She also made sure that if any of my lashes fell off by any chance that she would do a touch up for free. That is what you call, customer service! She is amazing and I will not be going anywhere else.

I feel like it’s been enough time that I can write a review. At first when I viewed my first set of lashes I was extremely nervous about their length. Not to mention my eyes didn’t handle the glue very well. They were very red for the next 2 days after the procedure. But now I’m absolutely hooked. They look beautiful and I can wake up and not put on a stitch of makeup. My boyfriend loves my lashes as well.I have already recommended this salon to 3 of my girlfriends!

My lashes looked pretty and my technician was fast. Area could have been a little cleaner (I touched old glue). Also I booked a special online for $100 but once I arrived I was informed that has expired and the real price is $120. Accidents happen but this felt misleading as she mentioned the deal had expired weeks prior. Also I parked in the front only to be told to move my car (no sign to avoid confusion).

I LOVE NUBELLA! I have been a client with Francis for a few months now, I’ve had my lashes for 2-3 months and never plan on seeing anyone else for my lash services. Francis always make my lashes look pretty and natural, just how I like. Nubella is extremely affordable compared to some salons I have been to in the past and I couldn’t be happier with how personable she is to her clients!

I have been to 2 other places in Jax for lashes and they would always disappoint. She doesn’t rush to get you out of there like other places and she was the only one that explained the different lengths of lashes and types. And when I looked at my freshly done lashes I was IN LOVE. She makes sure they look AMAZING before you leave. I could not have asked for a better service for my lashes!

Francis is so sweet and she knows her stuff! I went to another lash studio prior to going to see her and when I left there, I didn’t get what I asked for and when I woke up the next morning, I had five or six on my face and continued to lose them in that amount, daily. I knew something wasn’t right, so I did my research and went to Francis. She was honest about what I would need to for the look I was going for from the start and educated me thoroughly. My lashes are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I get complimented on them all the time. They have been holding up awesome, too. I have found my new lash home and will continue to return to her.

Nubellaglam has been the best eyelash extension I’ve gotten! She removed my old lashes and showed me how much they were sticking together because the last lady I went to used too much glue! I had my lashes removed at 730am she was able to schedule me for a new set of lashes by 6pm! My lashes feel so natural and they don’t irritable my eyes like my old, horrible extensions did.

The lash experience has been wonderful! This is my first time with lash extensions. Francis explained evwryrhing step by step. I did the classic and when I went in for a fill, she added fullness to them as I requested. I am super thrilled to have her doing my eyes!! Very comfortable and clean. I purchase my wife a gift card for Christmas . She has been coming home extremely happy after every appointment with her lash tech. My wife had a horrible experience with another lash salon I purchase a gift card for . The place left her without no lashes my wife was extremely mad at me. I spoke with Francis she educated me on the steps of getting my wife natural lashes to grow back. She charge nothing for each consult and when she did the lashes my wife was overly happy. Most salons I have visit here locally will run on time not giving you the proper fill in, not here the staff takes their time and are not here to rush anybody out their salon. Nubellaglam is the number 1 lash extension in the city of jacksonville north florida. I didnt understand at first why women and especially my girlfriend love to get their lashes done until I met the owner of nubellaglam and explained to me the difference between classic, hybrid, and volume individual lashes. My girlfriend gets her fill ins and the lashes last a good lengthy amount of time so it dont cost me much out of pocket. My girlfriend will be getting facials as well starting this week.Thank you Nubellaglam
