Jess is it PERIOD!! Anyone that says differently is LYING! My first appointment was the beginning of February when I arrived she walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. We chatted like two old friends. When I left she gave me everything I needed to heal and explained the healing process and that everyone is different. She let me know I could call her for any questions or concerns. At my 4 week mark my brows look amazing 😻 but I wanted to go to my touch up to make sure all was well. In addition, her after care for the eyebrows is less disruptive to your daily routine compared to others I have researched. I would highly recommend Jess from start to finish! In addition, she also provided advice for my teen daughter regarding acne breakouts. I was very apprehensive about micro blading, but as I’ve gotten older my eyebrows started thinning and developed bare spots. I spent months researching and looking at before/after photos before I finally got the courage to book an appointment with Jess. She mapped out the shape of my brows based on my facial structure and we discussed the color. I opted for no numbing cream, the pain was tolerable but well worth the results. I’m absolutely in love with my eyebrows. I gotten lots of compliments. I highly recommend Jess at Luxx!

Jess’s work is amazing. After getting my brows done, I can honestly say I’ve never felt more confident without wearing makeup. I’ve always been self conscious about my eyebrows, I’d spend forever trying to make them look good. But Jess was able to make them perfect. I used to go to another girl in Orlando and my eyebrows never stayed and they scabbed over very badly. I am 8 weeks out from Jess doing micro shading on my eyebrows. Jess did an amazing job on my eyebrows. She is extremely professional, talented, and friendly. She gave me the option of pre-medicating my brows 15 minutes prior to the procedure or during it. I opted to do it during the procedure. She consistently asked if I was okay and my option on how the outline of my brow looked before the final micro-shading. Additionally, the shop is clean and Chic. Jess, has products available for purchase. She gives you a mini kit along with instructions to care for your eyebrows and stress the importance of returning within a certain timeframe to insure you get the perfect look for your brows if you choose too. I am looking forward to my second appointment.

Jess did an absolute amazing job on my brows!! I’ve had microblading as well as tattoo years ago, before coming to her. After several bad experiences I almost gave up on getting the service done. The previous artist messed me up so bad I had two eyebrows on each side!!! NOT KIDDING😑. Luckily, I knew how to do brows myself and I was able to hide it somehow. However, this meant spending 30minutes each morning on just doing my brows before starting each day at 7am. Not to mention not being able to jump in the pool in the summer time because they would just wash away🙄 I am amazed that she was able to make them look so good considering all the flaws that the previous artist had left. I don’t even have to outline them with concealer anymore because the previous tattoo is so well hidden!! If you’re looking for an artist, I would not hesitate with this girl.👌

The first thing you need to know about Jess is she is a perfectionist. She works meticulously to make sure the templates are laid down in a deliberate and mathematical way for your face. She goes through colors to make sure they match just right, and then she goes to work to give you the brows you look like you were born with. I couldn’t leave the house without spending 2 hours doing my make up because I’m a child of the 90s and I plucked and ripped out my eyebrow hair with wax, never being told that *sometimes* it never grows back, and I had to spend 30 minutes drawing them on. Now, I can moisturize my face and leave the house for short errands and not feel self conscious. Microblading by Jess has definitely increased my self esteem! I had thin and very patchy eyebrows. I tried using a brow pencil to fill in the gaps, but I was never able to get a natural look and the shape was never right. I have been wanting to get my brows microbladed for years and finally decided to book with Jess after seeing her incredible attention to detail and color on Instagram. As a blonde, I’ve noticed some artists struggle a bit with getting the proper color down for blonde brows, but Jess EXCELS at this. The color she used on me matches my own brow color so closely you cannot even discern a difference between her strokes and my hair. In meeting her and viewing her work you can tell she is so dedicated and skilled in her craft. The mapping she does to get the correct brow shape is next level. I did not feel a thing when she was microblading, and her aftercare process is so intuitive and spares you from some of the horrific “recovery” stories. Other than being slightly darker for a few days while healing, my brows continued to look PERFECT during the healing stages. I am just so blown away by Jess’s work and how much it has impacted my every day. These brows she gave me give me life in every way. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are on the fence, like I was, trust that Jess is the artist for you. She is truly a master.

Not only is she the most talented microblader in Jax (and she has an award to prove it!), but shes so down to earth, kind funny and caring.
