    I felt lucky to walk in and get immediate service from ‘Shay’ - may have her name wrong, but my stylist was very attentive and checked closely to give me the cut I wanted, and help guide my choices as welll, she begging the pro. She also recommended I remove my big sweater, knowing it would catch hair. Glad she did. It was a very nice store, and really pleasant experience.

    I was nervous about cutting my hair because, the last time I had a major haircut, I did not love it. Krystina took the time to answer questions I had and erred on the side of caution once she started cutting. She made me feel comfortable and not like I was a pain. I love the haircut and remembered gow much I love getting my hair cut!

    Monica was BRILLIANT again. I have definitely become a return customer. I always call ahead, but am usually in & out in about 45mins. Everyone is polite, and they listen to your instructions on your cut. My wife was thrilled with the look the first time I visited & now calls to verify Monica is working before sending me.

    Bernard, the barber/stylist at Supercuts in Rivercity is absolutely amazing!!! My gray hairs were coming in faster than I could handle. After a thorough hair consultation we decided that a blonde tapered hair cut would suit me best. On a daily basis I receive compliments on my new look! I highly recommend Bernard.

    Had a wonderful experience yesterday with this company, I was unsure exactly what I wanted but had a little bit of an idea. The hairdresser was very personable and I enjoyed the conversation we had. She helped me “modify” in a sense what I wanted to help fit my face shape and styled it beautifully. Communication was amazing and she stopped regularly to ask if I liked the way things were going. My curls lasted through a whole 8 hour shift and through being slept in. A wonderful experience in general and for sure will be returning in the future.

    Was able to walk right in and get my haircut. All the staff were nice and polite. I explained what I wanted to the lady cutting my hair and it shocked her a little so she double checked with me to make sure she heard me right and to make sure it was what I wanted. I appreciate her doing that and not just doing whatever, even though she understood what I wanted. It is nice to have the stylist/barber double check just to make sure.

    I went to Supercuts to get a color as I am away from home for a few months, my husband had gone for the same reason a few days before. I am speaking for both of us when I say we had an excellent experience. We both had a color from a delightful hair stylist named Paige. She did a truly wonderful job! The color match was perfect, she took great care in evening out the color throughout our hair, she did it quickly and respectfully. I highly recommend Paige at Supercuts in the river city marketplace in Jacksonville. I cannot say enough about what a great job she did. Thank you Paige!! We will be back!

    I had Jennifer cut my hair and she did amazing. Its the best cut Ive had in a long time. She asked me about the texture and length throughout the cut to make sure it was how I wanted it.     Ive tried many hair places in JAX. I keep coming back to this store because the ladies are so friendly and do a great job! Franci is awesome! Shes great at my very tricky haircut, and always takes her time to do it right! Thankful for this shop, and their workers! Highly recommend!

    Can be busy at times and have some long waits. Not a fault of this location, just a fault of SuperCuts for not taking reservations. Ive found that the staff that has worked here the longest are also the friendliest, which is not to say that the newer stylists are not unfriendly. Ive gone to this location for several years now for good reason.

    I love this Supercuts soooooo much. I always ask for Leka, because she is amazing!! Never disappointed when she cuts my hair and she is always SO FAST! I cant recommend this place, and Leka in particular, enough. They are all really nice and helpful. They also have waxing services for brows and are very good at that as well.
