I loved the music playing as soon as I walked in. It felt like a safe space for women. The aromas circling the building was soothing, fresh, and clean. I was really happy with the fact they were able to get me in last minute and I was helped on arrival. Laura was absolutely amazing! Conversation was amazing and the service was painful! I will definitely be setting up a routine with her! I’m so impressed and pleased with my results. I will for sure be visiting again. Thank you Laura and Go to Brazils! I’ve been waxing for years but this was my first time at this location. The rooms are clean but pretty small. I was waxed by Katherine and she did amazing! Very knowledgeable and quick. I was long overdue for a Brazilian and was not looking forward to the pain (if you know you know). Katherine made it very close to no pain. I will definitely be back.

Latrell is fantastic! She did my brow shaping and sideburns. Not only did it come out wonderfully but she has what must be the gentlest touch. Of course waxing is going to have a sting associated but she made this the most pain free wax I’ve ever had. The wax was the perfect temperature for the service, and everything ran smoothly.

After trying a few technicians after moving to JAX I have settled on Ms Kelly! I wouldnt say that waxing is painless but I dont worry about that with Kelly she makes the whole thing as comfortable as possible. I even saw her throughout my pregnancy and even after having a C-section. She always made sure to accommodate my situations and adjust so that I was at ease and comfortable. I was even able to bring baby in the carrier when absolutely necessary. She truly cares about her customers having moved her schedule around to fit me and had even stayed after her shift for an appointment. Thank you Kelly youre awesome

This is my second time getting a wax.I had an impromptu appointment with Sarah, and let’s just say I am not sure if I want to keep my membership.I would have given less stars but I really did have a great first experience.8/23 :The first time I came I had Faith she was amazing walked me through everything and was very sweet. I ended up purchasing the membership and cleaning kit.9/12: But fast forward to Sarah I went in and she was very curt. She asked me how I used the cleaning system and when I told her she said “no you’re doing it wrong” but I was doing what the bottle said to do. She was very knowledgeable in what she was saying about ingrown hairs and exfoliating. However, her tone and her frankness was unsettling.She proceeds to wax me and was very rough. She asked me to hold my own skin taunt and ripped wax from me she didn’t even ask me how the temperature of the wax was-very hot like to the point it burned me.We spoke about other hair removal methods and I explained my doctor had given me a referral for laser and she proceeded to tell me I couldn’t handle laser because I could barely handle being waxed right now. This was the most painful experience and I still have hairsHonestly I am happy that I am moving from the area and can cancel my membership because this just turned me off of waxing. Sarah did mention purchasing a membership elsewhere but if the next person is as rough as Sarah I will never go again.
