What an amazing ,relaxing and well done pedicure I just had by Peter at Key West Nail Salon. He was able to take us just 30 minutes after calling. As a tourist wanting something to relax and enjoy and day with the ladies we lucked out on this spot. I was visiting a local and she as well said best pedicure she has had in the 5 years she has lived here. Dont second guess yourself just come in and relax. There were also many people getting nails done at the same time so that seems to be good too. Last note dont forget about Scooby the shop dog. Omg hes so cuteWe did the top pedicure offered which included things like a paraffin dip and extra massage

I was visiting Key west for the first time for a wedding and I wasn’t able you get a pedicure before hand so I looked up a nail shop near me. I found Key west nail lounge, called and asked if they had availability. They were able to get me in right away. Peter was amazing!!! He was attentive, communicative and nice. The shop was so clean and everyone was so friendly! If I ever visit key west again, I will definitely be back. Amazing services!!!!

This place is easy to miss in a plaza with a less popular grocery store. This is a no frills place but they give awesome pedicures! My guy Peter was thorough, friendly, and very much attention to detail. This is my second visit and I plan on coming back anytime I am in town. I felt well taken care of!

Peter, Thu, and Maria were amazing!Thu gave me a pedicure, and it was the quite literally the best one ever! She was quick but did a great job! She took care and pride in her work!We walked in the door and were immediately sat down! The salon was extremely clean, and the ambiance was relaxing! They offered us drinks while we were there, and truly made us feel comfortable!Next time we are back in the Keys we are coming back to see them all!

If you’re looking for a nail salon that knows what they’re doing, give them a call and ask for Thu!!I’m convinced that this shop is the only one in Key West that knows how to do nails!!!! I spend winters here in Key West, and prior to finding Key West Nail Lounge, I went to 2 other salons. The other 2 were horrible. My dip manicures from both the other shops started chipping at 1 week. Key West Nail Lounge really pay attention to detail, and my nails lasted 5 WEEKS! Thu did my nails, and she does an excellent job!! They also have a large selection of dip colors. I’ve found my new nail salon!!

Update! Still my go to nail salon! Peter gives me tips to help grow out my nails so that I no longer have to get acrylics. He is the best! And awesome pricing too! Even though I choose not to get the popular nail designs, he always has great suggestions on different types of glitter he knows Ill like. He is friendly, personable and excellent at his craft!

If I can give them 10 stars, I would. I came in to get my nails done but then I wanted to do pedi but wasn’t sure if I would have enough time since I had to be out of here by a certain time. I let them know my situation and got both mani and pedi. They were both fast and the quality of their work was superb. I needed to be out by 610 and they made sure that happened… I felt bad but it showed their skills. If only I lived here, this would be my go to spot. They were amazing!! I was taken care of. Highly highly recommend.

What a wonderful place! The atmosphere, music but mostly the service. Went with three others for pedicures and we all had a great time. We opted for the second best pedicure service and it was worth every penny. Unfortunately, about an hour later, I messed up one of my toes. I went in the next day and they quickly fixed it free of charge. This is definitely my new nail spot!

As a visitor, I was actually pleased with my mani & pedi from here. That is the most important take away.You can see in the picture that the bowl she brought for me to soak my hands in had 2 significant chips. I did not realize it until I rubbed on it and felt the sharp edge.Additionally, the technician was going to use a dremel to remove my regular nail polish. I stopped her and asked that she simply use nail polish remover. Once another employee helped with the communication, she had no problem just using remover.

The ONLY nail salon my wife will use in Key West. Phenomenal and quick service. She broke a nail near the quick area and needed immediate assistance. The new owner, Peter, took her aside personally and not only remedied the bad nail, but redid and polished all the nails back to perfection, so no more issues with breakage would arise. Bottom line - extremely professional nail salon and a very, very happy wife.

We dropped in for pedicures and a nail fill. We were greeted immediately and whisked back to pedicure chairs. We received a nice relaxing service there. Then Peter, the new owner, proceeded to fix the train wreck my nails were from the previous fill at a different salon He shaped them beautifully and the polish is perfection!! We will return!

I went to the nail lounge for a mani pedi on Wednesday and wasnt overjoyed with my pedicure so I left without getting my mani but went back the very next day and without mentioning my dislike of the pedicure received exceptional service. I told them I liked my manicure so much better than my toes and they took it upon themselves to offer to fix my toes for me. I was ecstatic. I love the way both my toes and fingers look after this visit and will go here everytime I want my nails done going forward. Beyond pleased! Thankyou Nail Lounge.

Great experience. I received a deluxe pedi and gel manicure from Peter at Key West Nail Lounge about two weeks ago. Friendly and clean atmosphere, comfortable pedi chairs, quality products, a beautiful foot massage... all the things!! Both my mani and pedi have held up nicely. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first visit to Nail Lounge. Their space is large, clean and inviting. The music was good but not blaring loud and the technicians make conversation with their clients. They also had water, drink pouches and snacks at out.T did a fabulous job on my nail fill. My nails were so bad from a visit to another salon that I couldnt stand them. T took the time to thin them (they were horribly thick), shape them and get all the lumps out. I left loving my nails.While I found the price to be very reasonable, I didnt have any idea what it would cost until I got to the register. If I were to give one suggestion it would be a menu board with all services and the price for each. However, the lack of a display wasnt enough of an issue that I couldnt still leave 5 stars.I tried two other local nail salons and found them to be over priced, in consistent in pricing, substandard in the service provided and the atmosphere dull. The exact opposite of what I found at Nail Lounge.Ive found my new go to for all of my Nail services!!

I came in for a last minute pedicure and full set of acrylic dip nails hours before my elopement. The pedicure was great but Eric, who did my acrylic dip nails, was phenomenal. He is a true perfectionist and for someone who hadnt had fake nails for many many years, he exceeded any and all expectations. They have the best prices in Key West and the quality is that of a 5 star salon. Thank you Eric - you are awesome!

The Nail Lounge by far is the best nail salon I have been to. Very professional staff. Everyone speaks english so there is no confusion about what you want done. Its a new facility with ventilation at every station so no smell of fumes. Very clean and well decorated. They were super busy so I had two different people do my manicure which was great because I was able to test out multiple staff in one session and they were outstanding. I have never had a better manicure in my life. I own a day spa and we dont offer nail services so I will be referring all of my clients to The Nail Lounge. Dont book anywhere else. You wont regret it!

Clean, sanitary and friendly environment. The employees were all friendly, professional and ensured their customers were happy and having a relaxing time. I had fun being able to chit chat during my time there with friendly and humorous staff. This was certainly one of my favorite visits to a nail salon. I would recommend this salon and will be going back often.
