I was just a walk-in tourist off the street. I was treated as if I were a long-time customer. The service was fabulous. My nails look so fantastic! I’m just wondering how I’m going to get from Oklahoma to Key West every month because I want to come back!!

Im pretty easy to please when it comes to things...so the place was not bad. The nail tech Yen was who did my nails. She was nice and polite. I asked for a number 11 and so she came back with 11...but my color was orange and the color she got was purple. I just kind of took it as the universe wanting me to have purple nails. She was so sweet that she ended up finding my orange and correcting the mistake even though I had already told her purple was fine. I would go back again.

I cant believe Ive been seeing Tracy for over a year now and havent given this place 5 stars lol. Everyone is so kind, funny, and professional. If theres anything you want done they can do it. They offer wine, beer, and yummy cucumber water! Anyway, Tracy is my fav. Id recommend any of the ladies tho.

These ladies are so professional. The impeccable care they showed for my skin and nails before adding enhancements was second to none. I could NOT have gotten this kind of service back home in Texas. Please give this salon your business if you are in Key West!!

Omg! I am just visiting from Maryland but I got the best manicure ever!! The employees are super friendly. I was asked multiple times if I wanted a drink. When my friends came to get me, they even got some local recommendations of where to eat. They then spent the test of the day telling me how great my nails looked!

Wei (hope I spelled that right) was great as well as the rest of the team. Im a local and came here a few times recently with friends. They are very careful with social distancing, masks, checking temperatures and making us look wonderful, of course. The massage chairs are a plus ; ) Looking forward to going again!

My wife and I came from RI on vacation and wanted pedicures. We stumbled upon this place while walking around and came back the next morning for appts. They were fantastic to say the least. Pedicures were fantastic and the staff was the best we’ve experienced. They gave us so much good information on local spots and can’t miss places for our week in the keys. This is the only spot to go.

Came here with my 2 daughters the first day we arrived in Key West. They fit us all in with no reservation, so that was wonderful! Some of the products seemed “low end” like the lotions. The decor could be a bit more glamorous for more of a spa-like experience.

On vacation and wanted to get my nails done. Came in on a busy day and was fit into their schedule. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Lots of great drink options but Im pregnant so stuck to water. My nail tech did a great job and we had a great time talking about Thailand ☺️ I got a gel Mani and Pedi, paid a little more than I normally would at home but the experience made it worth it.

Ive been a couple of times now and this spot is just a gem. The staff is friendly, they are safe and do a great job. They have parking behind the shop which is for the duval mall square. Its convenient so you dont have to pay. While I know they are a bit more expensive than others, its worth it. They have great quality and Ill be returning again.

LOVE this place! They squeezed me in on New Years Eve for a Pedi. I have a herniated disc in my back, and the nail techs were SO NICE! They adapted the pedi so I didnt have to lift my legs. One nail tech offered me some advice on my back and the other gave me a pillow. Highly recommend!!

Love it here! I come at least once a month for a manicure/pedicure. The staff is professional and caring. You receive a complimentary drink with your mani/pedi which is great. It is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend the Nail Bar and Lounge!

I really love this place. The staff is great, I enjoy people watching in square, you sometimes can get a walk-in appointment, but if you make an appointment, they are on schedule. Its a calming place and my go-to for a great pedicure and a lazy Saturday/Sunday afternoon. Take it from a local -- its worth it.

Went in for manicure and powder for my nails ms.faum was amazing, she was very firm but gentle just right, was offered a drink but I dont drink alcohol so she brought me some cucumber water, nails turned out perfect such a great job, also I dont like dremel tools and she did it all with file =) =)

Hands down, best nail salon Ive been to. Staff are so friendly, did a very nice leg and foot massage and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I think its great how they have a little bar inside so you can relax while getting your mani and pedi. I wish we had more of these up north. Also, for the quality and beauty of this place, the prices are cheaper than any other local place in key west. Do go here if your looking for a relaxing and quality mani/pedi!

After two Lacrosse games a thousand sport photos and a nightmare parking in Key West the amazingly lucky Jones girls found their way here in the pursuit of coffee... what a find. The Wyclif Brut made the $200 plus bull more palatable...they do a fantastic job and the clientelle are all singular. Our nails look sooooooo fab.
