This review is for Derlis and Lliana.I had an amazing experience with Derlis! I felt welcome from the moment I walked into the nail salon. Derlis is super friendly, kind, and talented. I would give her a 10/10, if that was a rating option on here. She applied a new acrylic set on my nails with a design.Derlis cleaned the bathroom right before I walked in and I cannot express how impressed I was. This may seem silly but, so many places (salons/restaurants/bars etc.) do not keep their bathrooms clean. Extra points for that!My husband received a pedicure from another nail tech, Lliana. He also had a wonderful experience. His nail polish was applied expertly. In the past, its been too thick or all over the skin.

Iliana was simply amazing. She was welcoming and very detail oriented. I came in here with a mess of overgrowth from a previous mani dip and gel pedi and she turned it all the way around. They have coffee, water, wine and soda. I had coffee there. Thank you so much!!!

I recently visited Paola Nails and had the most wonderful experience ! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a calming atmosphere. The salon is beautifully decorated and clean.I had the pleasure of having Claudia as my nail technician, and she truly exceeded all my expectations! Her attention to detail is impeccable; she took her time to ensure that each nail was perfect. Claudia was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. She listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions that showcased her expertise.If youre looking for a talented nail tech, Claudia is definitely the one to see! Highly recommend Paola Nails for anyone wanting top-notch service and beautiful nails!

LOVED getting my nails done here. The attention to detail is unmatched. I did not know this at the time, but my boyfriend was proposing so to have such beautiful nails during this special moment was definitely satisfying. If you are in Key West, this is your spot!

Got exactly what I asked for. This girl can do just about ANYTHING. Her skills are legitimate. She( does nails and lashes)and her mom( does toes) and boyfriend( also does nails) made me feel like part of the family. Very cozy and inviting. Next time Im getting an even more intricate design now that I know what she can do!!! New favorite place!!! Thanks guys 🧡🧡🧡

Love this place. I had a wedding in Key West. My nails appointment for my wedding was cancelled. I had to look for a new salon and Paola Nails & Lashes did not disappoint. They did a great job! The service and coffee! ☕ 😁My nails were gorgeous. Will be back when I am in town.

I dropped in and they fit me in right away. They have great selection for colours and the massage chairs are awesome. Everyone working there is very sweet. The pricing is the best in town and so was my pedicure. Gracias 🙂

I cannot speak about any other nail tech there, but Iliana did a GREAT job on a mani/pedi service! She was a perfectionist - took her time and listened to what I asked for!! Atmosphere is nothing special but it was clean and prices were very reasonable!

Excellent service, in every job that Paola does, nails, eyelashes, I am delighted. Their services are recommended to all my friends and acquaintances. I had never before found someone who could make my eyelashes as beautiful as the ones she does, of course without forgetting my nails, my dip. The best in everything she does. Her mother gives me the best pedicure, since she puts my feet in warm water for a while and I like that. Thank you Paola.
