I’ve recently had multiple procedures to address a few concerns I have. I am beyond grateful to have found myself in this wonderful facility. I had the lipo360/Colombian butt lift and I have almost no bruising and little to no pain. Dr. Mercado is an amazingly talented physician using nothing but the latest technology along side his highly trained expertise. His passion for his work radiates through his warm bedside manner. I had the best experience at Eterna!! I received a Microneedling with PRP treatment about a week ago and my skin is GLOWING!! I can’t remember the last time it looked this good. I’ve done a few Microneedling treatments at other med spas previously, but I’ve never had as great of results as I did after going to Eterna. My skin is visibly more even and smooth. The entire process was easy; the staff was very professional and explained each step as we went through the treatment process. Very knowledgable. Had several procedures very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Mercado is an exceptional cosmetic body sculptor. If that is what you’re interested in, he understands a woman’s body and how it should be shaped his staff from the front desk Zuliema and Juan very very informative. You feel like you’re walking into a practice where you already know who they are they’re your friends. The assistant Allyson attention to detail is exceptional, you don’t feel intimidated. The postoperative massage therapy recommended amazing constantly asking questions. How do I feel? Where are my areas of concern following up, have those issues been resolved Paola exceptional surgical assistant. I have no complaints from the beginning till right now and continuing with postoperative therapy, I also signed up for shock therapy on my feet for plantar fasciitis. I booked an appointment for a micro needling with PRP treatment. From the very beginning, I felt very confident that I was in very good hands. Paola drew my blood, and I couldnt even feel the needle! First I would like to say that this facility is EXTREMELY clean and the staff is VERY professional, helpful and friendly. Juan was the main person that assisted me in the office with my treatments. He is AMAZING and will always greet you with a smile. His personality is very caring and he listens to your needs and concerns.The treatments that I received were the EMSELLA chair to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. OMG! When I tell you that I noticed a difference after my first treatment, trust and believe what I am saying. I did a total of six treatments. 30 mins each twice per week. Each 30 minute treatment is the equivalent of 12,000 kegels. WOW!! Being that the EMSELLA CHAIR helps strengthen the pelvic muscles, that alone helps with incontinence issues and also strengthening those muscles will improve the vagina area for women and even for men who may have ED. Now we all know that we want to keep that intimacy level on POINT especially if we are older. LMBO 😅 I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this type of treatment first over any medications or surgeries. My urologist wanted me to take medication. I got the prescription and didnt take it bc I knew there was something better and more natural. I always do my research and came across this chair several years ago HOWEVER I didnt try it. Finally I did at Eterna and it was the best decision ever!! So if you are starting to have some issues, PLS CALL JUAN or anyone at the office so they can get you started. You will not regret it!! BEST DECISION EVER!

Phenomenal doctor with outstanding staff!! From the moment I did my virtual appt , I was highly impressed with Dr Mercado and knew I had found the right one. He took his time , explained everything in detailed and made sure I understood everything. After my virtual appt Zuleima and I kept in touch via email, she answered other questions and provided me with whatever information I needed. Once I I had my pre-op appt, everyone at the office was amazing, very friendly, and helpful. Dr Mercado, again reviewed everything with me making me feel at ease. The Day of the procedure I felt safe!! Four days later I had my post-op and had my first massage with Marcela; she is simply amazing! She explained everything that she was doing, and most importantly she is mindful of the discomfort. After my first session I felt like a new person. Today 13 days after my procedure, I am very thankful and glad I found Dr Mercado. I was able to return to work after a week. I am seeing great results and I feel and look amazing!! My experience has been tremendous! I have to start by saying how pleasant and kind the staff is. Dr. Mercado is definitely one of the most honest cosmetic physicians. He asked what really bothered me since I’m pretty thin and fit, but there’s stubborn fat that does not dissolve with just working out. I pointed out the area that bothered me the most and agreed that’s all I needed. I had my liposcuplture (awake) procedure done a month ago. I’ve already seen results and I’ve been told by others how good it all looks. I must add that I had no bruising at all and swelling has been very minimal compared to what I hear traditional lipo can cause. I’m very happy, can’t wait to see my final results! As a Physician with more than 40 years of experience it was difficult for me to trust a college until I met this natural talented physician ( Dr Mercado)He did several procedures on my face such as Sculptra, Platelet-Rich Plasma that provide me with the look I was looking… I didn’t want to undergo a traditional face lift due to possible risks and complications and “ unnatural results” plus risk of anesthesia.Dr Mercado added recently the EM FACE technology that gave me a very natural FACE LIFT with no pain, and no general anesthesia with only 4 treatments that lasted only 30 minutes,,, amazing results !!Then he performed the EMSCULPT NEO to tighten my abdominal muscles and burn some fat ( I go the gym at least twice a week). Dr. Carlos Mercado was referred to me by another highly respected doctor in 2011. At the time, I was having a very difficult time with menopause, serious joint pain, lack of energy and severe sleep problems. What can I say about Dr Mercado! He has performed both of my lipo surgeries in Orlando. I really thought about going to Miami but was referred to Dr. Mercado. He first did my lipo on flanks and stomach area. I just booked another surgery 6 months after my first. He now did my legs and thighs and did an excellent job! HIs bedside manner is incredible and he truly cares for his patients. Unlike other surgeons, he wants to see you in just a few days, make sure you are ok. It doesnt end there - he follows ALL of his patients for months after the surgery to make sure you are doing well physically and happy with your progress. He has called me personally, NO not the nurse, the doctor himself when I have had minor issues. The front desk, the staff and the doctor all come highly recommended from myself and my family. Im SO glad I decided not to fly out to Dominican Republic or drive to Miami but to know right here in Lake Mary (Orlando) you are getting this quality physician is just AMAZING!! He doesnt even have to promote himself on REAL SELF because he is just that good, the man is busy by just word of mouth. Take my advice, make an appointment!

Very professional office. The staff is very welcoming & comforting during your procedures. I had stem cell on my back & knee & within hour of procedure I have full range of motion in my knee. They helped me find a place to get my MRI done for super cheap because I don’t have medical insurance. Both Dr Mercado and Dr. Villanueva are extremely friendly and thorough in their evaluations. They wrote me a script for extensive blood work to rule out any autoimmune diseases. When it came time for my procedure they did a sonogram and were able to find two tears (one in my left shoulder and the other in my left knee) and even though they informed me that the PRP treatment i received usually takes about 6 weeks to heal I already feel improvement in my left knee! I would recommend to anyone who is living through pain and doesn’t want to be on prescription drugs for the rest of their life to give them a shot!

Dr. Carlos Mercardo - The best Doctor I have ever been to in my life.I always said for a doctor I would rather have someone technically competent than nice. Dr. Mercado is both. He is what a true doctor should be, he really uses his God given talents to try to help.The proof?Before the procedure I have trouble walking. I was in so much pain I could not focus on my work. I would work on my back for 12 hours a day with my computer on my chest. It was very sad.I went to Dr. Mercado for stem cells.I received adipose-derived adult stem procedure (ethical stem cells supported by the Vatican).The effect is I feel like new person. My wife said it is like I have a new husband. I saw Dr. Mercado for chronic lack of shoulder mobility. I previously had two surgeries for labrum tears, and despite the procedures still the inability to move any posterior direction. I originally came in wanting stem cells like I hear many athletes do, but after Dr. Mercado did a through examination (including my entire medical history!), he recommended PRP injections. I was surprised to hear this, but decided to go ahead with it anyway. The injections were precise using ultrasound, and he really aimed to target the whole shoulder. The next day I was sore, and after a month still felt just average. However, now I am at my 6th month follow up, and my arm is bionic! I am so pleased with how it turned out that I might even have to boost all my joints! Not only that, but I appreciate how the Doctor follows up with my case, and sincerely cares. I went to Dr Mercado on a leap of faith and a Groupon for the PRP. I had never heard of him and no one I know had heard of him, or of the procedure he was going to perform. After I was put in the exam room to wait for the Doc, I became apprehehensive and almost left. If it wasnt for the warm welcome from the staff, I might have taken a run for it. So in comes Dr Mercado to welcome me. The blind part of the faith flew out the window, only leaving faith. I was at ease immediately. He relieved all my apprehension by thoroughly explaining the procedure and how it would work for ME.The procure was of minimal discomfort, no pain. He had such a gentle hand. I had a little expected swelling after but NO bruising. I thought Id be in hiding for days but I was able to go out that same evening. Im amazed at the results, and the conclusion is that I will be a permanent client and I will tell all my family and friends about Dr Mercado. I know this is the beginning of a lasting relationship.

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer over 4 years ago and had a total thyroidectomy as a result. Before having my thyroid removed I had no real health issues and was on no medications other than the occasional Advil for headaches. After my thyroidectomy my overall health changed dramatically. I was given the gift of having been able to have Dr. Mercato make adjustments to my aging face. I had sustained a major pectoralis tear in August of 2013, that required major surgery resulting in over 200 fiber wires to attach muscles and tendons and a metal button to anchor everything back to the bone. I am a competitive bodybuilder so an injury like this is usually the end of competitive bodybuilding. The surgeon who performed the procedure did a good job and tried to repair as much of it as was possible, however the prognosis was that I would not be able to train heavy or normal again.This was something that I was not ready to accept. I started doing my own research into additional treatments or therapys that could help aide in the recovery of the muscles and tendons that could not be repaired. Additionally the area in which was torn had a very visible defect in the upper corner of the chest which was not astetically pleasing, especially to a bodybuilder.I contacted several stem cell therapists around the country and the world, all with the same result sorry we cannot help you As a last ditch effort I found another stem cell therapist in Orlando, FL and decided to contact one last Dr. to see if they would be willing to at least try to help me.
