    I am a new resident of Lake Mary and the entire staff at Knight Dermatology Institute made me feel like family. Everyone was extremely welcoming and professional.     Dr Iacobellis was awesome! He was friendly, courteous and funny. He thoroughly explained everything to me and I was in and out quickly. Diane, his assistant was also great. Winnie at the front desk was also very nice and pleasant. The entire facility was immaculate, spotless and comforting. I highly recommend it if youā€™re in need of a good dermatology facility.

    My husband has seen Arianna at the Lake Mary office twice and we were more than please. She is very knowledgable and answers any questions we have. She does not rush in and out the room. She is very caring and was in a great spirit both times. I couldnt ask for better care from her, and I am very appreciative of Ariannas kindness and knowledge. The front desk staff and the medical assistant are friendly as well.

    Dr. Arianna is so amazing. She is very attentive and also explains in details your treatment and your prescription. I have been to four other dermatologist and they could not figure out what I needed. Dr. Arianna took the time to listen to my concerns and her treatment plan was so successful. I am so happy that I found a doctor. If I can give her more than five stars, I would. The whole team at night dermatology is amazing, super professional, and makes me feel really comfortable .     I am still under the care of Dr Ariana. She is so thorough and has me in every few months to make sure I do not have any more melanoma. I cannot stress enough how important it is to find a great Dr., & she is so amazing! I am so grateful to this practice & Dr Ariana! On my first visit she found melanoma and luckily had it biopsied & all removed. I go back every 3 months and she is so careful & takes time to check for more melanoma spots. She has me in now and forever, I feel like she really cares!!!

    Getting old is never easy, frankly it sucks! As I got older I began getting skin issues. I went to Knight Dermatology. They listen to my concerns & they immediately addressed them. Dr. Francis Iacobellis began me on a skin treatment while the staff biopsied my skin issue to confirm his findings. Well several months later all my skin symptoms have disappeared & I couldnā€™t be happier. I continue to go to Knight Dematology for all my skin concerns. Getting old isnā€™t easy, but having someone knowledgeable & caring to address ā€œold people problemsā€ as my kids tell me is great!

    Wow! When moving it is very hard to establish new doctors. Knight dermatology was able to take me quickly and I was very impressed at how nice, clean, and big the office was. The best part of all, the staff from the front desk to PAs were all SO friendly! Full body derm scans can be a bit awkward but they made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Knight Dermatology knowledgeable and professional.

    My wife and I are seen here. Let me tell you, this place is awesome. Every step of the process was great.1. The receptionists are very nice. They helped both of us and were knowledgeable and friendly.2. The nurse was Rose and she is great as always! Friendly, thorough and competent in her job. Plus we both remember her from her last position at a weight loss clinic. So that was very cool.3. The nurse practitioner we saw is Kristen D. was, you guessed it, very good! She knows her stuff and was very nice. We are certainly staying with her and will see everyone next year!

    I have only had positive experiences with Knight Dermatology and their team (I go to their Lake Mary location because it has Friday appointments). Dr. Iacobellis and his assistant are very warm and professional. The women at the front desk are always friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to scheduling future appointments (they will take the time to give you an appointment card if you ask). I also love that if an appointment is at a certain time that you will be brought back into the exam room on time. The practice is always clean as well.

    I visited the Lake Mary office. The staff was nice and Dr. I was great. It was my first time visiting and there was little wait time to be seen.     Nice clean office environment. The clinical staff are great! This is the place to go if you need a dermatologist! They are very responsive to messages left and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I had a great annual cancer screening and will return back in a year for another annual screening. Continue to keep up the great professionalism with patients! Highly recommended dermatology office! The only thing that I would point out is to have the lady at the front desk better educated about when to charge a co-pay. For my 2024 annual cancer screening she was trying to charge me a $30 copay for the visit which is considered preventative care. I told her that this office had to refund me the $30 co-pay I paid last year in 2023 because my insurance EOB said there is no co-pay for preventative care services, then she said the office does not bill visits as preventative care, and that I actually owe a $40 co-pay. I told her based off the information I received from my insurance I am not paying a co-pay for an annual cancer screening, and if there is a problem, the office can contact me. Guess what..... the EOB for my visit came back from my insurance and it states zero co-pay from the member. So, in reality, the office does bill annual screenings as preventative care. Please make sure the front desk personnel is properly educated so that other patients who are not in the know dont have to pay-out-of-pocket for a visit that their insurance covers as preventative care.

    My first visit to Knight Dermatology was an all around excellent experience. From making the appointment to seeing my medical professional, everything went smoothly. All office staff were very friendly and accommodating. The wait time was minimal; I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and wasnt left waiting once I was called back. I opted to see a PA and she was extremely thorough and professional as well as friendly. She explained things throughout the exam and asked if I had any questions. I transferred from another Derm practice due to a change in my insurance, which I wasnt happy about but now Im glad I did! I would highly recommend this practice based on my first visit.

    Iā€™m a fair-skinned woman with a lot of moles. During a full-body skin check, Kristen found a little mole on the back of my knee and sent it in for biopsy. It turned out to be melanoma. She referred me to a surgeon, and he removed it all. Without a skin check, I wouldnā€™t have known I had melanoma until it was possibly too late.Highly recommend Kristen and Knight Dermatology. Everyone is professional, friendly, and thorough.

    I called late on Tuesday afternoon and they were able to see me first thing Wednesday morning. The receptionist was very friendlyā€” she smiled and made eye contact. You didnā€™t feel like you were bothering her (which is how many front desk staff often make patients feel). Dr Arianna and the young lady who was assisting Dr. Arianna were excellent! They both showed genuine care and kindness. They were empathetic and knowledgeable. The visit was quick and efficient, but not at the cost of feeling like just a number. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

    I was in the need of a dermatologist and not have to wait weeks to see one they call me back the same day that I had left a message book me appointment actually the next day from a cancellation which is okay with me got there 10 minutes earlier from my appointment was greeted by some very nice people nice atmosphere clean nice facility within 5 minutes I was back in the room five more minutes the doctor came in assess the situation and him and his assistant proceeded to take care of my concerns and afterwards the doctor actually sat down and we had a conversation about everything and everyday things hard to find doctors or facility like that nowadays thum upšŸ‘ highly recommend them going back next month for my follow up thanks

    This is the dermatology office Iā€™ve been looking for! The staff at Knight Dermatology were very friendly, and made me feel at ease during my visit. Kristin Diel, PA-C gave me a head to toe exam, and explained what she was seeing and what was needed . Growing up in the sun, I have a lot of ā€œspotsā€ and I felt like she carefully checked them all. She was very efficient and was able to take care of some concerns during the visit. The office was clean and quiet. I will certainly bring my family and refer my friends. What a great dermatology office!

I wasnā€™t sure what to expect being assigned a PA, and was surprised when she was able to freeze some spots off my face, and take a couple of biopsies. In the past, I always had to have a doctor for those procedures. There was almost no wait time, and I was probably only there for about a half hour. What took the longest was filling out new patient paperwork.

    I was shocked by how friendly and cheerful every single employee was. The front desk staff smiled huge, and talking to them was like talking to best friends. The nurse who came in to my room first was a sweetheart, seeming happy to help. The doctor was sweet too. She happily answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel dumb for needing to ask. Usually, a medical location either has kind reception staff, nurses or doctors, never all three. Aside from her vast knowledge, she makes me feel heard, I dont feel rushed, and I feel like she values MY time.
