    Cannot say enough good things about Restore and the entire team there. My son has been faced with multiple sports injuries as well as just needing general recovery after hard practices and games.     The staff here is phenomenal, the location is clean and relaxing. They offer a variety of services for an affordable rate. I got an IV infusion today, Courtney was my nurse, she was amazing, explained everything to me, got my IV in painlessly, and took great care of me during. I feel much better after, and will be back for different services. Also want to mention Daneen and Kristeen for the tour, and getting me set up. The entire staff was just so friendly and caring. Can’t wait to go back. :)

    Everybody there is amazing! But I have to make a shout out to Rachel who convince me to do the Cryotherapy that made me feel amazing afterwards!!!     Happy 4th Anniversary!!The hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions have been a game changer in my long distance swim events and stroke recovery. The cryo, compression and IV Fluids have cut my overall recovery time in half! The staff is amazing and always so friendly!!! 😍

    I usually dont leave reviews but I have to say this place is amazing! I went in and tried the cryoskin facial. While I was there I decided to try the while body red light therapy. They are super nice people there and explained all the different things they do. I would highly recommend stopping in and checking them out.

    I have been a memeber at Restore in Lake Mary for about 4 months and wish I found it sooner. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly pleasant (good job on the staffing).I do cryotherapy and red light therapy at least 3 times a week and feel I have found the fountain of youth. My day is always better after a visit! Do yourself a favor and check out this place.

    The staff at Lake Mary Restore Hyper Wellness really make you feel welcome when you walk through their doors, remembering your name and even details like which settings you use for whole body cryo, etc. I come in for whole body cryo and red light therapy several times a week and have had my constant migraines disappear for the first time in my life. I also feel like my skin looks better and back pain I have from some slipped discs has been much more tolerable. I recently also had a facial done by Kristeen and it was such a a great experience! You absolutely have to come and experience a wellness day with these amazing people!

    My experience was amazing. Just walked in to get some information and everyone was very welcoming. Got a tour of the facility and took advantage of the offer of $27 cryotherapy. The manager picked my song Your so cold as ice, fitting because it was BRRRR!! The staff talked me through my first session and it was great, it helped with my anxiety. They give you a robe, socks and slipper and mittens. Thank you to your team, I will be back to try my first IV drip. If you live in Lake Mary, I definitely recommend this place.

    I had an excellent treatment and experienced wonderful customer service today from the whole team at this location. Tammy was my aesthetician and she was fantastic and very thorough in explaining the different treatments I could get. I did not once feel pressured to get a membership package, in fact I was the one who even brought it up. They run a tight ship there and everyone makes you feel very welcome. It is outstandingly clean, comfortable, and I look forward to going back.

    I have been attending this location for about 5 years or so (maybe longer) and this place has worked wonders for my overall health. The facility is clean, the staff including the owners are professional, welcoming and kind. They just make you feel like family. I have visited other locations when I travel but I tell you one thing, so far this is the only location that checks everything on my list. Sometimes you may go to a place where staff isn’t friendly or welcoming but everything else is cool or location isn’t as clean but staff is friendly. There are other examples but I think you get my drift. I come here for IVs, vitamin shots, oxygen therapy, red light, and cryotherapy.

    So proud of myself with the gym and a little bit of treatment. I am happy with the results! Cryo Slimming and Infrared Sauna @restore_lakemary they are amazing and the results are real!     Great people. Great place. Great prices.After an extensive surgery, I found this gem while looking for a hyperbaric oxygen chamber to help in my healing process. I messaged them on social media and had an immediate answer. I came in same day to start treatments, and truly appreciated that even though they ended up having to stay late for it, they made sure not to cut corners, skip important paperwork or the proper medical evaluation before starting my treatment. I signed up for the membership and found the pricing and rules to be very fair.

    As a first time guest the staff was over the top friendly and made sure I was feeling good and confident about going into an enclosed -200 below closet size area. They fully explained the process and goals to achieve. I would only have 2 items1 would be better price to come in each week for the Full Body Cryo2 a chair in the changing rooms.Overall though was and has been a great experienceMonths into the Cryonow that I have gone for many months they did change the prices and made it reasonable priced so I can do a Weekly Cryo which is great. The staff have been super nice, informative, and overall a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to anyone with or without ailments to come here.

    Excelent service! The staff is really nice and they take a good amount of time to give you a tour and explain all of their services, being respect of your time, of course. I try Cryotherapy and the Infrared Sauna, I am not a fan of the saunas but this one is definitely not a regular sauna, I enjoyed it! Cryotherapy was a good experience and will definitely do it again.

    It’s important for your body to fully recover after strenuous exercise. Cryotherapy is my go to treatment. I also utilize the other services to help flush lactic acid and restore health so I’m ready for my next training session. I run 5 days a week, strength train, and do yoga. It’s important for me to get in several times a week. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful.

    The IV drip worked wonders for my daughter’s dehydration. She also did compression on her legs and said it helped a lot.
