Dr Burke has helped clear up my psoriasis when no other doctor has been able to in the past twenty years that I’ve been trying…she really treats her patience like family. She was even concerned and disappointed with herself when she realized I had one little spot left, and she insisted that we keep going with the treatment until every single spot was gone, which is absolutely amazing to me because no one has ever cared or took the time to actually help me. All the other doctors I seen wanted me to take their brand of ointment or treatment, but she actually took the time to give me a medication that worked. I highly highly recommend her she’s very intelligent and very caring.

Lara the beautiful lady at the front was very kind and helpful at the check in. They answer the phone almost immediately and made it easy to set up a first time appointment. Diana at the check out was also very sweet and made it very easy to set up my next appointment. Dr. Berke is amazing, she removed neurofebra that I had on my leg and she did a great job . Definitely recommend this place .

First of all, when you walk into the office you are greeted with so much love from the receptionist, Lara, the beautiful Argentinian. If you have any problems with anything related to schedule or medication, She will help you out most definitely.The Dermatologist, Dr. Alam L Berke, is also just as wonderful, if not even more of an amazing doctor. No complaints at all shes always there to help.

Excellent experience. Office staff was pleasant, and most importantly it looked like they did an excellent job keeping the office clean. The office manager Jennifer was very helpful in scheduling my appointment which was very short notice, and I was able to get in the same day. Very impressed with the level of service and most importantly with the level of attention we received from Dr.Berke. I will most definitely recommend Dr.berke and this office to all of my friends!

Dr. Berke, Jennifer, and Lily are phenomenal!They are very caring and really work with me by accommodating my needs as a patient. Jennifer and Lily are very kind and professional. I’m giving Dr. A. Berke’s office 5 stars because she’s earned them. From the first time I visited Dr. A. Berke office her compassion and knowledge stood out and won me over. She takes the time to listen, she cares and her results are incredible. Absolutely Amazing!!!!Dr. Berke is extremely knowledgeable, I verified her certificates and credentials online before coming and she is DEFINITELY everything she claims to be.She pointed out concerns that I over looked and provided fast and effective treatments. Her office staff will even call you to check in, just to ensure everything is going well.I’ve been to many dermatologist before in the past but none can even come close. Dr. Berke is phenomenal she is absolutely the best dermatologist. I’ve been struggling with acne for the past 3 years and I’ve been to 2 previous dermatologist and I had no results. Dr. Berke is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and most of all honest. She gives you the right treatments to help your issues . I was also experiencing hair loss and she has helped me to get my hair back. Her lovely ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful as well. Overall I am extremely satisfied.

Super professional and very kind hearted. I had nematodes(roundworms) for 3 weeks, I thought I had a poison ivy reaction but it was taking too long for it to go away. I stopped by Dr. Berke office. She looked and gave me a prescription. She told me: by tonight youll notice the difference after taking the medication. She was spot on and very empathetic. By the next day my skin was good as new. Dr. Burke is the best, most of the time it’s difficult to treat African Americans skin. My daughter (15) face experienced a major break out. There were multiple issues all at once. Went to see Dr. Burke and less than three days here face was cleared from the rash, bumps, pealed skin and discoloration. Don’t hesitate to care for your facial or skin needs, Dr. Burke will take care of it.
