I had a consultation with Dr. Robbins in early 2014. Dr. Robbins was empathetic and listened to my health concerns. I was experiencing frequent urination from an enlarged prostate. In September 2014, I had a revolutionary procedure called Green Light laser. This surgery was done as an outpatient and recovery time was minimal and dramatically changed my life! Dr. Robbins continues to provide excellent medical care and I am still enjoying the success of this surgery. My quality of life has been restored! Thank you to Dr. Robbins! Also, his staff is professional and friendly and I appreciate their dedication to this field of medicine.

The Aquabalation procedure was very effective at increasing urine flow and preserving all other functions. Hesitation and weak stream both were eliminated. Dr. Robbins was realistic on what Aquabalation involved and the recovery process. He was able to deliver the results I was hoping for.

I had a green light laser in 2023 by Dr Robbins and this procedure was the solution for my numerous trips to the bathroom especially at night time.Previously I had had a TURP years ago at a well known south Florida hospital-which did not help me at all. I suffered for years and took many medications with additional adverse consequences.I’m thankful to Dr Robbins for his expertise. His care and successful procedure helped me with my condition. I am no longer dependent on medications and have a much better quality of life.

Yesterday was 7 years since Dr Robbins found my husbands bladder cancer. He went through numerous surgeries and immunotherapy and is now cancer free!I have worked in the medical field for over 50 years and know that he received the absolute BEST care from Dr Robbins and his staff. I have been a healthcare professional for a total of 45 yrs and 35 yrs of which as an anesthesia provider. I retired Feb 2022 but intended to continue and keep myself busy volunteering for medical relief work thru UNHCR and Team Rubicon which I have been engaged doing since the late 80s.Unfortunately, Oct 2022, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I realized that my only option is to be proactive, positive, and optimistic about my condition.I Googled the best urology providers in Miami and decided to choose Dr. David Robbins, who I knew nothing of, initially due to positive reviews and his convenient location to my residence. Then I did my due diligence to check out his professional background and inquired to several friends and colleagues who might knew or have worked with him. Everyone seemed to have high regards and respect for Dr. Robbins, and for me, that was enough to relieve my apprehension and doubts.I was offered three options on how to proceed with my treatment, and decided to have robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy.Dr. Robbins addressed all my inquiries confidently and professionally. Compassionate and understanding. Excellent bedside manners. Explained things clearly and objectively as to what to expect in the course of Rx. No BS nor sugar coating. Hes a straight shooter in my opinion.After over four decades of me providing care to patients, and now to find myself on the receiving end of it, somewhat felt weird and uneasy, and I know that I have to completely trust him.Dr. Robbins was very reassuring and allayed all my concerns before and after surgery. My surgery and recovery was uneventful. The initial three-month post-op visit and follow up PSA test were excellent and favorable.No words to express my gratitude to you except that Im forever grateful and sincerely appreciative of you taking care of me. A few months ago I began my research to get a vasectomy. I filled out forms to be contacted by three different clinics. Urological Consultants of Florida was the only office that got back to me. It was easy to make an appointment. I met with doctor Robbins who explained the procedure with me. I filled out the paper work and set a date. When the date arrived for the procedure I was promptly seen. The procedure itself, which had me a little worried, was quick and painless. Compared to a dentist visit this was faster and more comfortable. My wife took my kids to pick up fast food while I underwent the procedure. They just pulled out of the drive through when I called to say pick me up. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

My experience with Dr Robbins,On September 29 I had a penile implant due to Diabetes type 2. Dr Robbins name highly recommended from a friend. I did my research on him. Read all past reviews and talked to a few gentlemen that had the procedure done under his care.The day of my procedure Dr Robbins was there at my bedside. Review the actual procedure and answer any questions. Everything went well with no complications. A man of his skill and talent helped me feel like a man again.Today October 21,2020 I went to see him for a check up. Reviewed my chart . Instructed me on using the AMS 700 device. He showed great patience. He has excellent bedside manners. Follows up with his patients. I highly recommend Dr Robbins as a top notch urologist and as a medical professional.WJW...
