I have been coming to Aviva for 6 months for Candela full body laser hair removal with Valeriya and it has always been a great experience. I was going somewhere else for laser before and you really just can’t beat the price for full body laser at Aviva. Visiting Vita Body Club was an outstanding experience. From phone calls to front desk, the new management actually values customer service. Sofi at the front desk was easy to talk to, well-mannered, and super knowledgeable about all treatments they offer. I decided to get a facial with Valerie which made my whole day. It was the best facial I’ve received, & they even included a jelly mask which left my skin glowing!! Going back to try their Morpheus 8 tomorrow!!

I had an amazing experience here the other day.I was gifted a gift card with a money value on it and Victoria gave me a few suggestions on how to use it so I get the most of it.I started with a deep tissue massage that changed my life, he also stretched me so well, I cannot wait to go back.Then Carolina gave a customised facial and it was also beyond my expectations.Everything started on time, the atmosphere was very calming and I did feel very relaxed after.Will definitely be back

Recently moved to Miami and was looking for a place in the neighbourhood for facial and massages, as I spend majority of my time under the sun.Gave Vita Body Club a shot after having a helpful conversation with the manager Victoria. She suggested a 30 min hydrating facial, I don’t remember the name, and a deep tissue massage with Rudolfo. Both were fantastic.I need to look presentable at all times and they always politely suggest something new to try - nose/ears wax, some laser to remove my sun spots, and even cupping. Cupping is my new favorite.I’m a fan.

I have tried multiple services at Vita and have enjoyed them all! I’ve had hydrafacials from both Maria and Carolina, who were equally gentle and experienced in their craft. I’ve had 6 sessions of Venus body contouring on the back of my legs/butt and plan to do another 6 on the front of my legs for optimal results. Lastly, and my personal favorite, I’ve had laser hair removal treatments on my bikini and under arms from Carolina which were life changing! Vita is clean, calming and welcoming; no complaints from me :)

“I visited this spa with my wife for her birthday, we both had massage and facial package. I had deep tissue massage which was the best deep tissue in my life! My wife had hot stone which she loved too. Also we had facials: my first time ever men’s facial was very cool, they used some very interesting black clay mask that dries on your face . My wife had Royal facial and said it was the best experience she’s ever had at the spa.So very much recommending!

My friend and I got a massage and organic facial for her birthday treat! I have been to many spas around Miami but this was by far, the best massage I have ever had. The male masseuse had such strong hands and he has so diligent to work out all of my knots all over my body! He really knew what he was doing and he was very professional. The female facialist was excellent. My face felt great and I was so relaxed.Everything smelled great and the spa was very clean and tranquil. Very organized and precise. If only I could afford to do it more often.

I have been going to Emena for about a year. They have really great technicians and are conveniently located in the Midtown design district area. I have seen Carla who is a pleasure each time I do my hair. She can manage all hair types, including more coarse ethnic hair. I do my nails with Marie who is excellent and very professional. She will help to maintain your nails in good condition and provide advice if you have any nail issues. Other things I enjoy are online scheduling and the fact that everyone is always timely. I would have given them 5 stars except that the prices are quite high, even for a high end salon.

I just wanted to take a short moment to write a quick review for eména spa. I would like to thank the staff at eména spa for the amazing experience I had during my short visit. The entire staff was extremely professional and polite especially Ken at the front desk.Prior to my visit to the spa I did a lot of research online. The spa seemed amazing from all the reviews I had read and from the press I saw on their website. When I called to make an appointment I spoke with Christina who I believe is the owner. She was super informative and very helpful in planning out my visit. I have always wanted to receive laser hair removal and had an opportunity to do so at eména and save 30 %. I decided to purchase a 6 pack which was the offered package to remove the unwanted hair from my chest. Christina explained to me that eména uses a very a high quality laser which is very effective. She told me that I can expect to be done with the unwanted chest hair with the 6 sessions.The experience was much different that I expected. The soothing atmosphere and relaxing rooms accompanied by soft music allowed me to zone out. I had my whole chest done during my first session and it was awesome! I was so worried that it was going to be a very uncomfortable process as I have heard before by numerous people. This was defiantly not the case. I am totally looking forward to completing the package so I dont have to shave my chest anymore. I strongly recommend anyone thinking about getting laser hair removal done to try eména spa. The quality and professionalism of the spa and services were A+ Although I have just started the process here at the spa I already know that it is going to work amazing!

My husband and I have been going to Emena for about 2 years and we have tried almost everything they have to offer - hair cuts, facial, massage, microderm, manicure, pedicure, and Ive purchased many of the items they sell. I love their services and am never disappointed. I especially love Carla who cuts my hair on a regular basis. She knows exactly how to work with curly hair and cuts a great style that you can enjoy for weeks after the haircut. Carla is also very friendly and does her best to make you feel beautiful. I was also a member on their pick-2 package and found it to be a great deal for anyone who wants to regularly get spa services. It was also fun to feel like a regular with such a welcoming and accommodating staff.

I am not sure which was the best part of my experience, the service that was provided by Carla Rivero or the amazing staff who welcomed me with warm greetings. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, making sure you feel as if you are at home. I have been used to the chaotic scenery of salons and this place by far has been the best experience. Since it is not your typical salon you are treated as if you are a part of a family and not just a customer. I have yet to try the many services provided, seeing how I am a new member of the family and my first visit was hair services, but I do plan on it!

From the second Ken answers the phone to the months following my services, Ive been pleased with the entire experience. Nails, hair, laser, facials, etc it is a one stop shop that has never let me down. Christina the owner treats you like a friend: honest, supportive, and encouraging. When Ive been skeptical about a service the staff educate me and give me the entire run down, making sure I feel good about it. Christina treats her employees very well and it shows through their happiness and positive energy in the building. Nobody is there to sell you on anything and your happiness measures your value. The level of trust theyve earned from me is priceless.Prepare to feel and look amazing....you deserve it!

Earlier this month, I visited Emena spa for an organic facial treatment. As someone in the medical field, I pay special attention to the way patients/clients are treated and the staff here is second to none. They were incredibly patient, kind and informative since I usually ask a ton of questions. The spa itself was gorgeous and clean, and scheduling was accommodating and flexible. The owner, Kristina went out of her way to make sure my experience was perfect. They even allowed me to fit in a consultation for my friend at the last minute. As for the results of the procedure, I could not be happier and and I will definitely be back.

I have been looking for a spa that I can go to for several different services. I am a single mother who works extremely hard and when I save up the money to actually treat myself, I want a place where I walk in and see smiling faces. The service was very pleasant and I enjoyed my overall experience. The first time I went I had a spa facial and it was a very relaxing time. On my second visit I received Botox and was overjoyed with the results! I will absolutely go back and recommend this spa to all of my friends!

Another great haircut from Carla. Theyre kind of hard to find, but worth the search. Their prices are in line with what people in Miami are accustomed to paying for a nice haircut. I really enjoy the level of service at emena spa. Ken is a fantastic business manager who makes you feel so welcome and at peace the moment you walk through the door. He also does a good job of appropriately upselling by thinking of your needs. For example, the first time I made an appointment it was for my boyfriend for his birthday. Ken followed up with me over text to confirm the appointment, and to ask if I was interested in getting an appointment as well. As it turned out, I was! It was a tasteful and insightful way to get me signed up, and I had a lovely time.Including this time, I have been to emena twice, and both therapists I worked with, for a facial and a full body massage, were very professional and good (I am blanking on names, but Alejandra was my massage therapist). I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Few weeks back I visited for the first time. I had made an appointment with Lindsey Steiner.At first I was nervous because Id been seeing my barber for around 8 years and was comfortable with his work. In the spirit of trying new things, I thought Id go for it.The process was very comfortable from the shampoo to the final styling. Lindsey was sweet and an enjoyable conversation. The appointment went by faster than expected.Change can be difficult, especially at first. Initially, I wasnt sure about my hair being a different style than before, but now I couldnt see it any other way. I am really happy with Linseys work and look forward to my next visit.

This place is a hidden gem!! When I was new to Miami I came here with a Groupon, and kept coming for the service. I wont get my hair done anywhere else in Miami! The staff is all super friendly, and its in a convenient location with tons of parking spaces on the street. Sign up for their emails for their specials - they have great deals! Deanna is amazing with haircuts and color, and Carla is great also. They introduced me to Biotop products, which have done wonders on my hair. Id recommend this salon to anyone!

Im not typically one to write reviews, but I have to share this gem of a spa with the rest of the world. Ive been frequenting emena spa since May of this year and Ive had a super great experience every time! The spa itself is absolutely gorgeous and has a very inviting, eco-luxury, modern atmosphere; and, the staff are all very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Every time Ive been in, Ive received excellent service! Every employee there seems to be a true expert in their trade and I couldnt imagine going to anyone else for ANYthing spa!! For instance, Myrnelle does my hair and is-- by far-- the BEST person Ive ever had work on my hair! This is saying a LOT as Ive lived in several different cities and had 9 different people work on my hair throughout my hairs history. I will never let anyone else touch my hair after discovering her! If you want lots of great hair tips in addition to gorgeous HEALTHY hair (even bleached!), look no further. She also does makeup and eyebrow threading! The facials are top of the line, the Moroccan Mani/Pedi is to die for, and the massages are second to none. Also, although it seems minor, Im a green tea addict and they always offer beverages (and wine!) during my visit; I get a green tea every time Im getting pampered, or wine if Ive had a stressful day! Finally, the membership programs are the best thing since sliced bread, and theres one for every girls budget :) I truly love this place and I know you will, too!!

I have been going to Emena Spa for the last couple of years and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of service. The owner Christina and the scheduler Ken are the best- very friendly and always accommodating. Its great to walk into a place like Emena and always feel welcomed with big hellos. Costumer loyalty is clearly a priority to their team, which is a mark of a long lasting quality establishment. Ive gotten treatments done here of the years with multiple members of their team (e.g. massages, manicures, haircuts, facials, etc.) and everyone that Ive interacted with is kind and professional. I want to try the reflex pedicure soon, heard its amazing! I highly recommend Emena Spa!

Great deal for mani/pedi with Groupon. Loved the spa! Went on a Sunday and it was not crowded...very relaxing. My only suggestion would be to separate the mani/pedi section from the hair salon section. My experience would have been much less relaxing if I had to hear hair dryers or smell hair products while getting my spa treatment.

Amazing Essential Mani/Pedi’s with Marie Dieudonne. I absolutely love Marie. I started going to Emena about a year ago and my nails have never looked better. People often think I have gel on my nails but really it’s just a testament to the great job she does and high quality products. While Emena carries several different lines of polishes I am partial to Smith & Cult for their high shine and long wear. I often come in feeling stressed and leave Marie’s chair feeling relaxed with my nails on Fleek :0) Recently signed up for the Mani/Pedi club to take advantage of the member benefits. Great, friendly staff makes feel right at home during my appointments.

I LOVE emena spa. Myrnelle and Carla have both cut and styled my short hair and I am always very happy. Mirzza gives the best microdermabrasion treatment and Mindys organic facial is divine. You must try the Reflexology Pedicure with Rick aka the FootMaster as it is the most remarkable one of a kind experience. I have also had a Massage with Marcy which was amazing. As you can tell I am a frequent visitor and I have tried most of the services that emena spa has to offer. I love the Moroccan Oil and Eminence Organics products and the spa is always running huge specials. Plus there is a very unique spa membership program which I will probably sign up for as a Christmas present to myself.

Ive been going to Emena for years, even though its quite a drive from where I live and work. They are delightful to work with, helpful and have great specials! The quality of the services is always excellent, which is part of why I keep coming back. They also have a membership program that is great if you get regular services (it doesnt work for me because of the geography factor. ) If you dont do anything else, get the reflexology pedicure with Ricky; I gave it to my husband for an anniversary gift one year and he loved it!
