I definitely think switching to Careaga was a good move for Dr. William. In my research of reviews on him, the previous surgery center seemed to be the biggest downside. From talking on the phone to walking into the lobby my first impressions were good. The entrance definitely feels upscale. I like that not only is the facility exceptionally clean, but its also very stylish. I was met in a timely manner for all of my appointments. Dr. William was a joy to talk to. He was very professional while still being personable and put me at ease. His staff were very sweet. The ones that have had a bbl were very forthcoming about it and didnt mind my asking/complimenting. I had my bbl first thing in the morning and was met on time. The anesthesiologist, Frankie, was really kind and knowledgeable. My surgery went well with beautiful results so far (Im 3 weeks post op). Im happy with the items I purchased and Dr. William was kind enough to see me at my post appointment since I would be traveling back home. The only critique, and I use the word loosely, is sometimes I would call the front desk with question but the lady didnt have the best english. I didnt want to offend her because she was really sweet, but I would usually end up giving up and just saying I would call back. I just think it would be nice to have someone to transfer to if the language barrier is presenting a problem. All in all, Im a very happy customer.

2 month update: It’s now been almost 2 months since my bbl surgery with Dr. William. My result has only gotten better everyday. This surgery has transformed me from the outside in. I feel like my younger self again. I’m not distracted by my concerns about my body anymore. The result is even better than I imagined. I don’t look augmented or operated on at all and that was my biggest concern going into it. My body has a natural shape and proportionate bubble.I researched for years and after looking through everyone I still felt that Dr. William was the most competent and skilled Doctor.I wanted him to remove all fat and he delivered, my entire torso is as lean as lean gets. I’m 5’2 120lbs. I also had lipo on arms and my arms are smooth and lean. I feel restored. I was extremely insecure about the extra fat on my arms before and I was worried not enough would be removed but he gets it all!Everyone who has massaged me since has taken down his name because everyone is impressed. He is THE man.I don’t know what to attribute my easy after care to, maybe it’s his skill or my pain tolerance or just my body but the post op healing was very tolerable for me as well.The surgery center is next door to the office and both are upscale. The staff are good communicators, thoughtful and accommodating. I highly recommend the experience I’ve had for every woman.Dr. William Dr. William and Frankie took great care of me in surgery. My results are truly amazing. Dr. William is an artistic surgeon whom has perfected his craft. He will give you a beautiful and natural shape. He listened to me, and removed all of the stubborn fat on my arms and waist beyond my expectations. I could not be happier with the surgery. I should also mention Yudith is lovely and amazing at massages, book with her, you will leave feeling great!

Kelya (MA) she was absolutely amazing. She have a beautiful spirit. You dont get to see that everyday. She made me feel comfortable. Very professional and reassuring. Thank you 🤍🤗My coordinator Geisy didnt complete her job. Stop responding to my emails and didnt submit my blood work. I have to be calling to find out if they got it which they didnt. Very unprofessional.Dr Williams! I stalked that man page gathering every information I could. I was also looking into Dr Cannon cause his work is also amazing. I choose Dr Williams in the end. He was an educator on the subject and he spoke about key areas. I know all my key areas because of his videos. That was my main reason for choosing him. I had done a previous surgery and my hip pop out based of his key areas.I was so excited to meet him I wanted to hug him but kept my composure and shook his hand. We spoke about my previous surgery. Where I went and he said what he wouldnt have done. Day of my surgery I met him. He marked me up we spoke briefly and he left. The anistelogist came, took me to the operating room and I never saw Dr. Williams again until two days later after a massage session. My hips were still the same and when I spoke with him about it his remarks was he would have to fill it from my leg up so why didnt he? I have watched him posted videos about filling from leg up but he left mine like it was. Then he go on to say thats the best Im gonna get. Then him and his assistant left saying someone is gonna come help me get dress. No one came.l I opened the door and they were 3 people standing there just chatting away. They said they were gonna get someone to help me get dress but no one came. I did what I could and left. I did spoke to his assistant afterwards.I cant say Dr. Williams did my surgery and I cant say he didnt but who ever did focus more on my lipo cause that was amazingly done...my waist is snatched. On the other hand My hips which was my main reason for choosing Dr Williams are still the same. I am highly disappointed on that and him comments.

I had scheduled surgery with another practice. I traveled from North Carolina to have a surgery. Upon checking in Monday, I started to get a bit suspicious. I got so uncomfortable with the lackOf consistency that I left the practice.I did a Google search, and I found Dr. Careaga. I went in for a consult with my suitcase in hand not knowing what my next move would be. This practice in comparison to the other was like Night and Day - or vice versa rather. The staff were so friendly, patient, helpful, and busy. These folks were just sitting around, holding up the counter. The place was clean anyway, but there were people constantly cleaning. The atmosphere was great!When I saw the doctor, I got a very honest opinion. Some of the work that I was going to have done wasn’t necessary, and he gave me some advice that I needed to hear. I was still going to get something done, and they quickly gave me a quote. At the very least, this doctor saved me from some unnecessary surgeries and expenses. However, without getting into too much detail, I think he saved me from much worse.Unfortunately, they didn’t have anything right away, so I had to come back home to North Carolina.Dr. Careaga: I want you to know how much I appreciate you. I think you are a truly an ethical, honest guy, and it appears you have a great team of folks working with you. Thank you much!

I’m from out of town and had a tummy tuck 10 & breast reduction w/ lift by doctor William on 3/12/24. He’s an amazing surgeon, kind person, and really cool to get to know in person. His team is also super great and friendly, from his patient consultant to his anesthesiologist! I never felt rushed or pressured by anyone. I’m very happy with my results thus far and the process to book was smooth from start to finish. They are very busy but still manage to communicate with you as much as they can via phone call/ text/ email. All the staff is very kind and bilingual, and the facility itself is really nice and well maintained. After comparing experiences with other facilities, I know this is where I would return for future services. Thank you!

I have been coming to Careaga plastic surgery Since 2018 when I had my breast augmentation done with Dr. Careaga himself. Ever since that day years later, I continue to come to the office, having facials and treatments done with Rheana the PA. The last surgery was in 2020 when I had a full facelift and upper blephoraplasy with Dr. Paul Durand. I can only say great things about the office and the staff. Everyone has always been pleasant and helpful. For me, this is the only office I ever refer. Recommend anybody to.

Hi, my name is Liz. I had my surgery on the 29th of April. Today I will be 4 days post OP and I feel amazing. Dr. Careaga did an amazing job my waist is snatched and belly looks super flat, even though it is still swollen. My only concern is my left drain which was a bit clogged. However, my vitals are perfect and I feel great. The recovery has been smooth and I can’t wait to see my final results. Let me say that 5 stars does not do justice to Dr. Careaga, he undoubtedly deserves 100 stars. I made a breast reduction and lipo in 8 areas of the abdomen and I am very happy with the results. I never thought that my breast would look so perfect and so uplifted, and I have a mermaid waist. I recommend Dr. Careaga until the end, very professional, very good person and seeing the client satisfied is his priority. The staff is excellent and Yudith the massage girl is the best!. I just did my tummy tuck with Dr. Careaga and I am impressed with his work. I had a major diastasis (muscular separation) that required repair. He was very cautious about my lab results and required clearances before proceeding to do surgery. He was very informative and attentive to my needs and any questions I had. His office is beautiful and the staff are friendly and professional. Unlike other doctor’s offices where you are left waiting for hours, they have always been very punctual with appointments. I’m currently still being seen for post op massages by Yudith who is absolutely fantastic with her lymphatic massages. It’s only been 2 weeks and I already look amazing and feel great. Highly recommend Dr. Careaga if you are looking for an above excellent surgeon.

I will forever be grateful choosing Dr Careaga as my plastic surgeon. He has been amazing I have people who have gone to do their surgeries at other locations and not once have they seen their surgeons after their surgeries. I have the pleasure to have seen my surgeon four times after my surgery. I’ve even called twice as an emergency after hours and on the weekend and he return my call within 10 minutes on both occasions. Every time I send a text message to his medical staff or his front desk staff they reply within the same day. His staff is very courteous and respectful and treat you with kindness every time you walk into his office. Of course I will highly recommend Dr Careaga and his staff for anyone who is interested in getting any type of plastic surgery done. I’m also rating them what they deserve, they have gone above and beyond exceeding my expectations.

She was there every step and question of the way. She made my decisions to select this facility an easy one. My surgeon Dr Paul Durand literally understood the assignment. I was very adamant and Descriptive over the areas I wanted focus on. Dr Durand gave me his honest medical opinion and did not just tell me what I wanted to hear. His honesty was Truly genuine. On the day of surgery I was greeted kindly by the nurse, everything was explained, clean, music playing… all just a wow experience. I am beyond thankful for every single person who attended me. The front desk, the welcoming nurse, the staff inside the O.R, the anesthesiologist Lazaro was amazing!! Recovery nurse, the massages by Yudith of course my doctor. In Oct 2023 I had Explant surgery with Lift/Reduction and Lateral Lipo with Dr. Durand. He was extremely informative, professional and gave me amazing results. My coordinator was Nicole and I can’t thank her enough for always answering emails and calls, she was so professional. Leticia my pre-op nurse was great, outgoing and informative. The OR staff was exceptional, I was very nervous and emotional they made me feel like I was in good hands, and answered so many last minute questions. Never made me feel like I was bothering them! Shout out to the anesthesiologist who was so funny and took his job of making you feel safe to the next level! yudith the post op massage therapist. Wow! Wow! She is probably right next to Durand the reason why I am smooth and have no lumpiness! Never waited more than a few mins at my appointments. Office is immaculate and clean!Thank you to entire staff.

I told him in the consultation what I wanted and he recommended the texture, shape and even the size of the breast implants that I needed to achieve that look. I flew to Miami from RI to have a male bbl after a friend of a friend referred me. His price was a little higher than some however its worth it in the end if you dont want any serious complications and he had excellent reviews. Surgery went well and the recovery/pain was less than expected. I do wish that it was slightly bigger however Dr.Careaga informed me that I didnt have a lot of fat to transfer and did essentially what I wanted which was any available fat transferred to my buttocks. The issue that probably cant be determined exactly immediately post op is how much fat you will retain and what you are left with when all the swelling subsides. I will say its very natural looking. I have already contacted the office about a possible revision in the future to add a llittle more fat providing the price is competitive. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a bbl and know you are in good hands
