    I just had my first hydrofacial. I’d describe it as a medical spa clearing and hydrating facial. It was relatively quick , about 45 minutes. During , the skin felt like a slight tingle, the red light felt warm and shortly after the skin started to feel tightening like a gentle firming mask. I’d prefer to do this every two months with a hydrating boost/customized facial in between since I have combination skin and follow a skin routine at home. Overall , pleased, I tried to get the best lightning photo in a gloomy day.

    The girls that were at the front desk were amazing. The injector was nice and very respectful.I am just more of a talkative client but over all they were very nice .Just wish they would have evaluated me a little more correctly on the zoom call and given me the right amount of units I needed. The injector said I needed more than they said on the zoom call.But will will see in couple of days what the results are . But very nice everyone in the location

    I went in yesterday for my micro needling and. Had a great experience as this was my first time doing this procedure. Joana explained everything in details before and after treatment. I am really happy. And the holiday coffee was delicious. Thank you all for your care and support.

    Love going to this location. I travel from central Florida each time because the staff is friendly and welcoming. The techs make you feel safe; they answer all your questions and address any concerns you may have. Plus, the refurbishment of the center is beautiful and the coffee bar addition makes a long drive worth it. I will definitely keep coming back.

    Ive been an Ideal Image customer for more than 10 years. There were some areas I decided to laser at that time, while other areas Ive resorted to waxing due to fear of pain. After 10+ years of successful results in the areas I decided to laser with no hair regrowth, I decided to do all the other areas where fear of pain kept me away. The idea of continuing the next 10, 15 or 20 years of monthly waxing appts depressed me in an era where I have very little free time. The idea of having just 8-10 sessions and never again having to worry about hair regrowth was what I need in this later part of my life.The Kendall location is extremely welcoming and comforting, and even took extra time from their morning to resolve a pharmacy mess-up with numbing cream. Jessica was assigned as my technician. Her rapid ability to laser all the sensitive areas did not give me any time to feel or think of the imagined pain I had been fearing all this time. I am in disbelief that waxing resulted in being MORE painful than this blink-of-an-eye laser session. Jessica and the Kendall team are amazing. You wont regret it!

    Excellent service. Very professional. I feel valued and cared for. I met Laurelle who patiently worked with me to find me the best deal and made sure I stayed within my budget. My God, she had beautiful skin! It wasn’t the reason I was there but I had to ask her about her skin care and she graciously shared her tips and products with me. I feel comfortable with her so I plan on adding services to my account and will continue my relationship with ideal image.

    I come in every 8 weeks for my laser treatment. It’s pretty quick, and not as painful as people make it seem. Everyone there is really sweet, from the front desk to the APRN! The APRN who is doing my treatment is great. She’s quick and ensures I feel okay during treatment. So far so good!

    I have been going to Ideal Image for years now, back when they were located in Merrick Park. Now, I am lucky enough for them to have moved 10 minutes from my house. Jessica Iglesias Socarras is by far the best nurse practitioner, she has been my technician for years, I have done all sorts of services with her from my first laser hair removal service, to hydro facials, to Botox and Fillers. Thanks to her, I am always looking and feeling my best. She is very knowledgeable, with years of experience, and she always guides me in the right direction when I ask her for services to help improve my skin. From past experiences, alot of these places can sometimes feel salesy and pushy for you to get different services done, this is not the case here, they are very considerate and deviate you from getting unnecessary services. From the moment you enter you are welcomed by the friendly accommodating staff, the clinic is very clean and newly remodeled. I 1000% recommend visiting Ideal Image for any service you may be considering or needing.

    Today was my first visit of many! The staff is all literally amazing. The front desk team and the nurse practitioners are top notch and have extensive experience in the field. The process was easy, and efficient. As a clinician I valued their professionalism and their attention to detail. They truly respect your time, and made this experience extremely enjoyable! The laser process was perfectly described by the provider, and I knew exactly what to expect she took her time to provide me follow up care instructions, and gave me tons of tips to help me with my skin moving forward. The Botox was amazing, the provider took her time assessed me and, and had a great and steady hand we were done and it felt like she had not ever even pinched me!     Great hair laser removal experience, the receptionist Sebastian was very efficient and pleasant.     Ive been more than happy with the girls who attended me in this Kendal location. This is my first time ever getting laser hair removal and my experience went smooth.     This location is AMAZING. The providers here are professional and thorough. Ideal Image can be pricey but its totally worth it. I have had treatments elsewhere in an attempt to save money but the result just wasnt the same. You wont regret investing in laser treatment here.

    I was always scared of any kind of filler or Botox just because you never know and I’ve heard and seen some horror stories. However, I decided that I wanted some filler on my lips as they weren’t very symmetrical lol so I came in and saw Ms. Kelsey D. She was phenomenal!     I first started my treatment at this location (had to relocate for school). I had been looking around for the best price and service to get my armpits done. I am extremely glad I decided to go with Ideal Image for my treatments. Since I received a BuyOneGetOne deal, I decided to also do my bikini. It is a little pricey than other locations but the service is amazing and the office is always clean. I have had three different people service me and they all were extremely nice and caring. Only issue is if you have an emergency and have to reschedule, their books get full quickly so youll have to work around your schedule. I am not surprised because when the level of service you are receiving, they have their books packed. I suggest going to a free consultation and not just look at the price but look at the location, the people, and the environment around the office! The results have been breathtaking. Definitely going to stay with Ideal Image and get another area done down the road!

    Let me say first that the technicians here are fantastic. Very nice, very helpful, answer all my questions every time, just all around great. I went in for laser hair removal, which does not really work. At least not for me. I have fair skin and light brown hair. After all 9 treatments and several extra my hair is still not gone. It’s definitely thinner and softer and lighter, but after spending several grand I expected it to be totally gone. So I’m removing one start because of the sales person who I feel like was not as up front as they should have been with the results.

    I have been going here for awhile now for laser hair removal and I have never had a negative experience. All of the staff members are friendly, attentive and knowledgable. I have gotten laser hair removal in three different areas and I am very satisfied with the results. The sessions are pretty quick which is awesome. It does hurt a bit during the sessions and the skin does get red but that is NORMAL since it is HOT. The redness fades away within minutes after the session. These are things that the consultants explain to you which is fantastic, you know exactly what to expect when you undergo treatments. I would not go anywhere else for laser treatments. They also offer other services that seem pretty cool. On a side note, I love that you can make yourself coffee in the waiting area (:
