I love the staff at Midtown especially Cary! I was really nervous and didn’t know what to expect with my first cool sculpt session and the time and care she took with me was so sweet and informative. I remembered how I felt with her when I did many sessions at the other location and was quickly reminded that I was in great hands! It was pretty great. I loved my sales person, Raluca. In my professional opinion she does what she does because she loves the client interaction not because she has to “sell”. I owned a very successful fashion wholesale business that was solely based on sales and client relationships. I would have definitely had her on my team. She should be commended for her success and her abilities. Each and every employee I came in contact with was great! I heard there is a new COO doing great things!! All in all, 10 out of 10!

Chelsea is the best! She is so helpful and kind and along with the whole staff makes you feel very special and cared for. Maintenance for beauty needs is usually a chore but getting my Botox, filler and most recently a chemical peel at Ideal Image is actually a pleasure and makes you feel pretty which is how it should be. Very grateful to Chelsea and the team in Midtown ❤️

I’ve had a really good experience from beginning until now. The receptionist is the sweetest person ever and knows her stuff!! She’s the one you want to go to for any discounts, deals or promotions!! I’ve had Botox & fillers so far and both ladies have the softest and kindest hands I’ve ever felt while placing needles in your face. I use to go to a place in Kendall but it’s so far with traffic and gas now it’s just a mission plus the hands here are much more kind on my face. Highly recommend!!!

My favorite was seeing all of the junk she got out of my skin and how my skin felt after. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and sweet. I have been coming to Ideal Image for about 2 years, and I am extremely happy and satisfied with my results but above with my laser technician, Yuri. When I first met Yuri I explained to her that I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and I was realistic about my results from the beginning due to my hormonal imbalance. At this point, I only come in for touch-ups, in particular, in my chin area as the hair in that area is thick and stubborn, but other than that I am extremely satisfied with the areas I treated.That said, Yuri, is always pleasant and professional and pays attention to detail during every laser session. The receptionists and the staff in general at Ideal Image are superb as they are pleasant and make you feel welcome the moment you walk into the Midtown location, which is immaculate.I strongly recommend the Ideal Image located at Midtown.

The staff, from the front desk receptionists to the nurses, are incredibly friendly and professional. While Ive had treatments with a few different nurses, Cary stands out for making me feel especially comfortable and at ease. She frequently checks in during the treatment to ensure my comfort and is always easy to talk to. I highly recommend this location and give it a 10/10. A few years ago I was at the top of my physical game as an avid cyclist in New York City. I had no fear and rode to and from work daily, a round trip of 36 miles. I zoomed through Times Square and lower Manhattan like a boss, so I thought nothing of residential streets on Staten Island until I was run over by a rogue Civic. I had 36 broken bones including my skull, jaw, nose left cheek and orbital to name a few. To date I have endured 26 surgeries including cosmetic. The doctors worked a miracle and got my face as close to pre accident as they could. I’m a confident person but your face is your face. I’ve used one person to use fillers and injectables to sort of fill in the cracks for years…fine tuning. A recently relocated from NYC to Miami and needed to find a new artist to shape my face every few months. With reluctance l, a started shopping around and discovered the folk at Ideal Image. The first time I walked into the office I felt the vibe and it was positive, comforting and professional. I needed some Juvederm for balance around my right eye and cheek to match the implants on the left. I am so incredibly pleased with how I look (even swollen and the day of), but that has no comparison to how I felt about the warmth, level of comfort and trust I had for all in the office. I highly recommend. Clinicians who listen and have your best interest in mind without trying to sell unnecessary procedures. They have me as a client forever now. Do not even think about a Groupon discount medical spa for a fraction of the price. Totally spend the cash and DUH, it’s your face!! Thank you thank you thank you Ideal Image! I’m me again! Btw, my biking days are over….and don’t ride in Civics! If only it was FedEx that ran me over! My luck.
