I went in yesterday for a new patient consult for my eczema and met with Dr Jill Waibel and Gabi. I was interested in seeing what laser treatments might help my skin but they ended up starting me on Dupixent, which my mom has been curious for me to try for a while. They were very eager to help me and make sure I got medication to improve my skin. I have seen a lot of doctors in my life, and I appreciated Dr. Waibel’s experience & desire to help. We did wait a while for my appt but it is the holiday season and I had just called that day & was able to get it booked last minute, so overall it was fair. The office is brand new and nice. Hoping my new meds help!

Dr Waibel and her staff are the best!I always feel comfortable with her choice of the best treatments for me and love the results.Doctor Waibel’s newest location in Coconut Grove has all the latest laser equipment. It is beautifully decorated and is well worth the drive from Key Largo.All the best, Helene❤️

Dr. Waibel is the best! Worth the long wait. She saw me as an add-on for the day due to the rashes on my face. I was glad enough to be seen by her before my flight in 2 days.

Miami Dermatology’s new location is breathtaking, very tranquil and tastefully decorated. More importantly, the care that I get starting from Katarina to Dr. Waibel is always excellent. I highly recommend this practice as they have the latest and greatest Anti-aging techniques and products, I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and never disappointed.

Dr. Weibel and Katarina are honestly amazing. I have been going to Dr. Weibel for a few years now with an ongoing keloid issue. Her bedside manner is comforting, informative and very understanding. The new office is amazing! It’s clean, spacious, and has such calm energy to keep your nerves calm.Katarina, her nurse, was my savior during my surgery. I was visibly nervous for the surgery and really do not like to feel any type of pain. She was patient and understanding and ensured that I felt no pain during my procedure. Even the few instances that I would feel some discomfort, Katarina would inform me priorly to mentally prepare me. Furthermore, she ensured that I understood the aftercare steps at home and when I needed to come back for a follow up; she answered all my questions and concerns, even the trivial ones. I honestly had such a wonderful experience with her as my nurse.The only concern was the front desk staff. The lady was somewhat stand offish and did not really acknowledge the clients. She seemed like she did not want to be there. Even when I would speak to her, she would ignore me until she was ready to speak to me. This happened to both during check in and check out. She seemed out of place in comparison with the rest of the staff and how lovely and outgoing they are.Besides that, the medical team are all rockstars. And I highly recommend them.
