The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. My technician answered all my questioned and talked to me through the whole procedure so I felt informed and relaxed. And another technician jumped in to help me check out when her coworker was busy with another client which I thought was very kind and truly top notch professionalism. The office is serene, not crowded and most importantly CLEAN! In fact, I booked a mani/pedi for next week solely because I happened to watch the nail tech cleaning the nail room meticulously and I was thoroughly impressed! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a calm, clean, professional spa experience at a more than fair price!
