Best wax in Miami. I have gone multiple times and got the membership, I get the Brazilian wax and it’s honestly not painful at all especially after the first session. I even recommend it to by boyfriend and brought him in. Also all the staff is super friendly and help you feel comfortable, 100% recommend.

Best experience ever! Bia at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. My laser tech was great too. Gisela is very gentle and took her time. I’m two weeks after my service and I’m already seeing great results. Definitely 💯 recommend!!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to Natura Hair Removal and Skin Care and from the moment I walked in I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff.I did a facial , the aesthetician was very professional and accurate.The products used were natural and good quality. The center was clean, elegant and with a relaxing atmosphere.I felt rejuvenated after the treatment and looking forward to my next visit!I do highly recommend this center!

I’ve been getting waxed for 7 years from different waxing salons. but this is by far the best experience I’ve had when it comes to 1)cleanliness of the salon 2)customer service 3)the thoroughness of the waxing job itself and 4)knowledgeability of staff. I went to Gisela and she made me feel so comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable. Couldn’t be more happy with the experience and the waxing job!

Today I received a variety of wonderful waxing services at Natura from Rafaela and Gigi. First, I got a full Brazilian bikini wax. The use of three types of wax made the experience not only basically painless, but also provided a very smooth finish. The technique of separating the area into separate sections also made the process seamless, not messy, and insanely quick. I was also consistently asked whether the wax was too hot and if I was comfortable. Finishing with the Natura roll-on acids also helped make sure that my skin does not become irritated or infected. Second, I received full legs waxing. This was, once again, done with precision and care. The roll-on wax made it possible to complete large sections at once. My knees were done with special attention to make sure not to bruise my skin. I would like to add, that the direction of hair growth was constantly taken into consideration. If one section had hair growth in various directions, the hair was pulled in different ways.10/10 would recommend!

I was treated so beautifully by Bea and Michelle. Michelle is very knowledgeable as she helped me with some minor ingrowns I had to deal with and this has honestly been one of the least painful Brazilians I’ve had before. The offers and discounts available are amazing and the original pricing isn’t too bad either. Thank you guys for such a fun and sweet experience! I 100% recommend and can’t wait to visit again. Any time I’m back in Miami I’m coming here!

Everyone is super nice and sweet. I’ve been to the coral gables location three times and every time it got easier and easier. My tech name is Michelle, she such a sweetheart. My first time getting a Brazilian wax, I was so nervous and scared to get it done but Michelle talk me through every step. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and excited to get the next one. Man if you can hear the conversation we have it’s so funny. I’m so happy to have meet her, she will be my forever friend. I liked Natura salons both in Kendal and in Coral Gables. The personnel is very tactful and attentive; you feel really comfortable in such a delicate issue. The management agreed that I pay in three installments instead of two and they also offered me a nice package that meets my requirements. I highly recommend Natura.

I was walking by on my way back to my car when the Naturas place got my attention and I told my Mom lets go inside! I was so happy to practice my Portuguese with the owner and felt so welcomed that decided to try their services.The professionalism, cleanliness, and great ambiance is unique!
