Doctor Holmes and his staff was great, loved the sense of humor and kindness he showed me. This was my first time having my breast done and was very nervous since I’m 63 years old and recently lost over 50 pounds which completely deflated my breast decided on having implants put in and couldn’t be more happy with the results, easiest surgery I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Dr. Casey Holmes! I recently had a tummy tuck done and I am so happy. I had diastasis recti after giving birth and Dr. Holmes made everything better. From my very first consult I felt at ease with not only Dr. Holmes, but the whole staff. From being greeted by Courtney, to speaking with Ashley and all the nurses, everyone was so helpful and kind. Over the last 15 years, Ive had numerous Mohs surgeries for skin cancer, all with satisfactory results and with site closures accomplished by the Mohs surgeon himself. However, my most recent Mohs was more drastic than previous ones, and the surgeon had a difficult time visualizing satisfactory closure. At that point he recommended closure by a plastic surgeon and referred me to Dr Casey Holmes at the Aesthetic Surgery Center in Naples. And I couldnt be more pleased. From our first handshake and meeting, Dr Holmes exhibited the care and experience I needed to put me at ease with his skillful work. And skillful it was! With results that were close to miraculous! A major surgical site on my left temple was rendered virtually invisible, thanks to Dr Holmes magic. He treated me with professionalism and confidence, allaying my fears and generating a result that exceeded my every expectation. Id heartily recommend Dr Holmes for any plastic surgery you might require!

Aesthetic Surgery Center is such a wonderful place! From the moment you step in the staff at the front is warm, welcoming and professional. The nursing and medical assistant team is the best! Super knowledgeable and kind.The waiting area is gorgeous and you feel like you’re in a luxury hotel which definitely helps to take the edge off being in a place that is so aesthetically pleasing.Dr. Ross is amazing! He has changed my life and I was born again after he performed a breast reduction and lift surgery on me. I am more active than I’ve been in my life and my neck and back pain improved by 90%.My breasts look amazing and I never thought I would say that because after fertility treatments they had grown out of hand. In addition to being an artist, Dr. Ross is so kind and empathetic you really feel comfortable.Would never think of going anywhere else. They’re the best!

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Ross. He went above and beyond every step of the way. To say he’s a perfection is an understatement. My Great Dane bit my nose and I thought it would never be the same until I met Dr. Ross. It was so devastating that it took over nine months to heal post surgery but it was worth it. Not only did Dr. Ross repair the damage, he even fixed some imperfections I had pre-bite. Their office is beautiful. It’s state of the art and offers so many different services. The staff is resourceful and very friendly. They are the best of the best!!

I went to Ilaria for 3D areola tattoo after my mastectomy. She is amazing! The journey through breast cancer is awful. There are so many ups and downs. The work she did today did more for my confidence and healing than any amount of surgeries or therapy. She is patient and answers every question. She even cried with me when it was done! Her work is exemplary. I cannot recommend her enough!

Both physicians spent a considerable amount of time listening to what outcomes I was trying to achieve as well as fully explaining how they would deliver those outcomes. Both encouraged questions and treated each one as critically important. I cannot say enough about the commitment to excellence as well as the patient experience. I truly feel and believe that my safety and satisfaction was at the center of the experience from the consultation, to the surgery, to the post operative phase. I have achieved my results!

I was referred to Dr. Agarwal by my dermatologist to repair a deep wound on my nose from skin cancer surgery. Not only did Dr Agarwal do a wonderful job with the repair He and the entire staff from nurses to the front desk staff were absolutely amazing. This was a very traumatic event for me and they were kind and understanding and patient. I would highly recommend Aesthetic Surgery Center for all your skin care needs. They are wonderful. And the facial I got with Candis was beyond wonderful. I really cannot say enough about the way I was treated and the results that I got from the surgery.

The office staff at Aesthetic Surgery Center is amazing. But after having facials there, I have to say I would never go to anyone other than Kat for a facial again. She is absolutely THE BEST in town. She is both thorough and knowledgeable. I have gotten facials from many others before, and I always broke out after. I NEVER do with Kat. I look 10 years younger due to following Kats expertise and recommended skincare regimen. If you have not gotten a facial from her yet, I highly recommend giving her a try. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

This was my first time getting lip fillers, and I can not tell you enough how nervous I was inside , and it wasn’t because of any bad reviews in fact the reason I picked this specific center was because of how amazing the reviews were . I was nervous because you know it’s MY FACE ! I had amazing doctor (Dr.Agarwal) who sat me down and explained what I would see. Also his assistant was phenomenal too, she had been great since i was first greeted by her . She made sure I was comforted throughout the whole thing. I went to the Aesthetic Surgery Center for the Trifecta facial and cannot wait to go back! Right when I walked in I was greeted by a lovely front desk girl and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I was introduced to my aesthetician, Brittany. She was very knowledgeable with all the products she was using and was able to answer all my skin questions. Brittany also helped recommend products for me to use in the future. The facial felt amazing!!! I walked out with a nice glow and will definitely be seeing Brittany regularly.

Elective aesthetics are one thing, but I had been a three-time victim of severe basal cell skin cancers on my nose over a ten year period. These had resulted in multiple excisions which had not only left me disfigured, but also compromised in my ability to breathe. Dr. Agarwal took on both issues with absolute mastery and confidence. He explained that the surgery would be multi-faceted and arduous, what positive outcomes I could expect, and also what the limitations might be. I was frightened, but resigned. Just before surgery, gowned and prepped, I remember sitting opposite Dr. Agarwal. He asked if I had any other questions. I shook my head, but took a moment to hold both his hands in mine, and look deeply into his eyes. I said nothing, but it was then that I knew was going to be all right.The surgery was, indeed, a great success, certainly exceeding my expectations, ultimately restoring both my appearance and my breathing. I thank Dr. Agarwal for his surgical expertise, his supreme artistry, his ability to transmit calm and confidence, and for his extreme patience and kindness. But beyond that, I thank this gifted surgeon for the qualities that go far beyond traditional medicine and healing, as the heart and soul he brings to the table are his own.
