Gave Me Confidence!!Since birth I had one ear that severely stuck out and growing up into my adult years I rarely had my ears showing. Ponytails and messy buns werent in my vocabulary. At 52 I finally got the courage to do something about it and contacted Dr. Pena after a great recommendation from a friend. I was nervous and excited after the Otoplasty (ear pinning) consultation but so thankful I decided to have it done. The procedure was a success and beautifully done. The staff and Dr. Pena are amazing. I have so much confidence when wearing my hair up. Thank You!

If you are looking for a plastic surgeon in the Naples, Florida area, I highly recommend Dr. Manuel Pena. After months of online research and several consultations with various surgeons, I had the pleasure to meet with Dr. Pena. His attention to me and my concerns was thoughtful and sincere. He was honest with what he was able do to improve my problem areas and did not push any work he did not think I needed. Any questions or nervousness I had diminished immediately.Dr. Pena performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelids) and a neck lift on December 18, 2023. The day of surgery went so well, it was over in a flash. I had some swelling and minor bruising which lasted for a couple of weeks. Today, I have some very minor swelling and numbness near my ears which is subsiding a little more each day. Tomorrow is my two month follow up. I dont have words to describe how happy I am with the results and my overall experience with Dr. Pena, his staff (Maria, Rosa and another wonderful gal (I cant remember her name :( ) and the office facilities. If I had to pick a word it would be Thrilled.I am happy to walk in in front of a mirror again. Dr. Penas amazing surgical skills have made me look at least 10 years younger. Friends and family say 15. :):)I look forward to my follow up tomorrow and remaining under the care of Dr. Pena for any future procedures I will have done.Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Pena and his team are the best! I went in looking to make some improvements to my neck, jawline and lift of my breasts. I had never had plastic surgery before and appreciated the time and thorough explanations Dr. Pena provided. I had a great experience here. Dr Peña can do his job with eyes closed, has a great experience, very professional and gentle. The recovery process takes time but I was more concern about the procedure and surgery day was like a spa day, super good atmosphere the nurses were amazing, Rosa who also does speak Spanish so kind and helpful, same the rest of the team, they happily did their job without stress and super good results. I don’t even know where to start with the amazing experience I have had so far with Doctor Peña and his staff. Every single person in that office is beyond professional, kind and caring. Being an African American with a history of keloids and scar tissue. I was really worried about selecting the wrong surgeon for my surgery. After reviewing the reviews I went with my gut feelings.
