    I went in for a no cost consultation and was very pleased with Nicks bedside manner and knowledge. He laid out the options for me and made me feel comfortable with what I chose. The facility itself is very clean and welcoming. I will definitely return in the future if/when I need their services.

    This spa is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so knowledgeable and sweet! I immediately felt like a part of the family when I walked in. They treated my mom with IPL for her “wisdom” spots and the treatment was quick and sanitary. Plus, the laser tech made sure my mom was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure! We will definitely be back again next time we are in the area!

    I am so happy you opened this location! The facility is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. I was delighted to have Otto as my injector. I highly recommend the laser lounge for anyone considering injectables.

    Nick was absolutely the best. He explained all of my options and accepted my decision without passing judgement.I was very nervous going into this procedure, and Nick put me totally at ease. He knew exactly how to handle my skin so there really wasnt much discomfort. I will definitely be returning to him again.

    This is a fabulous med spa, inviting, & serene. The Proprietor is awesome And extremely knowledgeable, as is all the staff members. They make you feel welcome and relaxed. The injector is Super gentle!

    I had a wonderful experience at this spa! I had a facial done by one of their amazing estheticians who explained each step of the process to me. All of the staff was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. My skin was glowing for weeks afterwards!

    The North Naples location is beautiful! I had an amazing experience with both Nick the injector and Payton the esthetician. Nick was kind, gentle and professional. He made sure to understand my aesthetic goals & share feedback before getting started. I felt relaxed and confident during the entire process. Payton was awesome too...gentle & relaxing aura which is nice during any type of facial. Thanks Laser Lounge :)

    Yesterday was my first session of laser hair removal and it was such a great experience! For the time you walk into this beautifully modern yet chic spa, you are greeted with a smiling face from the receptionist/ owner, Christy, who is super knowledgeable along with her great staff. Payton is the specialist on laser hair removal and she was such a lovely yet eager, young and vibrant esthetician who made you feel comfortable during your time with her. Christy, who is the owner, is such a well rounded person to do business with, and is helpful with any questions that one might have. Please do not confuse this place for a basic massage/facial parlor, this place is so much more than that, this spa is a luxurious medi-spa that can transform your wants and needs into reality at such a great cost as well. Thank you Christy and her amazing team, keep up the good work !
