She is a small business owner that loves and takes pride in her work. Therefore, she does not push products to benefit her sales. Instead she recommends products that are the BEST fit for each of her clients. I have used so many products over the years, but none compare to the ones she recommended to me. Have had mild rosacea across my cheeks and forehead for a few years. My dermatologist recently prescribed metronidazole, which after a couple weeks of usage the rosacea began to get worse. Every morning my face became extremely dry and scaly. The very expensive moisturizers from Sephora, etc. only inflamed my cheeks more. Erika recommended a Defense and Repair Serum, as well as a Rebalancing Moisture Treatment. Both were very gentle on my skin and generated immediate improvement. Within a few days, my face was clear. Now I use the treatments when needed and continue to have healthy and clear skin across my face and forehead. Thank you Erica!! Youre a miracle worker!

I cannot say enough good things about my first experience at The Skin Room. I had my first facial there 3 weeks ago and my skin is still looking great! The hydrafacial cleaned out my pores and gave me a boost of hydration, but what I learned is it is the quality products that she uses to infuse the skin that took my facial to the next level. She added this amazing kale, spinach, alfalfa, spirulina, moringa leaf, and kiwi mask that not only smelled good enough to eat but was super hydrating. Then she added the red light therapy for extra healing and boosting of collagen. Erica has so many different mask options based on your skin. I think that is what I loved most is that the facial was completely customized to what my skin needs. I am looking forward to going back and highly recommend Erica to anyone considering taking their skin to the next level.

I received a DMK enzyme treatment and my skin was glowing after! The mask became very hard while it was drying on my skin but it wasn’t uncomfortable and i could tell it was working. Words cannot describe how blessed I am to have found Erica. Before she started treating me, I had been to numerous high end dermatologists who were known for their outstanding reputation for my acne among other skin issues. I got no more than a look at my face from all of them and prescriptions which led to skin burns to the point where I almost had to be hospitalized. The first appointment I had with her, she was able to identify in detail(down to the very science) the exact issues with my skin and the proper care/ treatment it would need. I am very active in my training for the fire academy which contains a lot of dirt and sweating in the heat which leads to many breakouts. I never in a million years would have EVER dreamed that one day I would be able to go any day without covering up my acne with makeup, yet I now can walk around confidently without any kind of foundation or concealer on! She is extremely knowledgeable in every detail down to the science of what is going on with your skin and how to fix it, it’s mind blowing! She is also extremely caring about all of her patients and will always answer my texts immediately between appointments to help guide me properly on what to do so I don’t pick and also goes into detail on why I should use what products she has given me and the benefits of each one! She is truly a godsend to me and I wish I could give her 10 stars because she is the best in the business!

I don’t even know where to start because my experience was absolutely WONDERFUL! I had what I like to call “the works”!! I live in Michigan and HAD to try this “thing” that I kept seeing, on her social media, on people’s face. All I know is that my skin was dry and it was very noticeable. She did my face and my neck. She explained everything she was doing and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way! My skin IMMEDIATELY looked so beautiful and soft and refreshed.
