    I call ahead to see when April works a couple of days before I go in. Then day of, I register online or you can do it on phone. Notes are saved in computer how you got haircut & what services you used. Will wash hair if you request it. They give a military discount if you ask.

    Megan is my hair stylist there at Great clips. What I love about Megan is she is very social at least she is with me. And I keep coming back to her because she knows how to cut my curly hair. I am definitely going to recommend Megan and Im definitely going to recommend Great Clips as a whole my mother sees another hair stylist there that cut your hair too thats very good at what she does as well. Thank you so much. Im definitely going to recommend this Great Clips to anyone who lives in Ocala or if you just passed it through and need a buzz

    I am never disappointed with my haircuts at Great Clips when I request Janine. She is pleasant, talented and friendly. I always get compliments on my haircuts. She pulled me out of my box of ho hum styles and switched me up to cuts that are very stylish and daring for a woman of my age! Love that lady!

    The folks at Great Clips are absolutely unreal! I was out dropping my pups at groomers & thought I’d check in online with Great clips & see how soon I could get in since I was already a couple weeks overdue. Checked in to Oakridge & drove straight there….walked right in to be welcomed to a chair by Tiffany. Now my hair is super short so it’s a quick zip but Tiffany was super & I walked out the door within 20 minutes of checking in online! With a super haircut and feeling good because she was so pleasant.

    Had a GREAT HAIRCUT with JANINE TODAY.She cut it EXACTLY as I asked. She is a fabulous stylist.A few weeks ago I visited another well known salon/beauty store and paid $57.00 for a very bad cut. That stylist took 1 1/2 hours to wash and cut my hair. I will never return to that business. I hope Janine will be available at GREAT CLIPS the next time I’m due for a cut. Great Clips has awesome prices and I felt very comfortable with Janine. Thank you for all the information.

    I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION because of its employees. When I come here, I actually look forward to a haircut because I feel as if I am at home. The stylists are fabulous, and especially my all-time favorite, Sue. I have been blessed to have the assistance of Meghan, Cristine, and several other stylists but truth-be-told, Sue is my numero uno. My hair has never looked, felt, or appeared as full as it does after my cut. Sue is a professional who knows precisely what I require, and it is wonderful to relax with her taking charge. I have never received as many compliments from friends and family than I have in the 15+ months I have been coming to this location. I have been to many stylists in my decades on earth, but never have I had such a consistent and wonderful experience as I have had here. These folks are amazing as we regulars discuss among ourselves while awaiting our turn. They are family here and the stylists treat us with courtesy, professionalism, and care! Whats not to love and so, yes, one can fall in love with his stylist and shop! 😊

    My son had not received a haircut in a very long time, so we were very pleased when Janine gave him one of the BEST HAIRCUTS that he ever had! She did an Amazing Job! We also appreciated the online check-in with the Great Clips app, which made it very convenient for us. We would definitely recommend this place. They have a wonderful and professional staff and we are glad that we chose them for our haircutting needs.

    I have yet to find a haircut place where I dont have to trim things up bit after they finish. Great Clips has the same problem. However, I waited half the time they initially quoted and got a veterans discount. My stylist was friendly and chatty.

    I love the convenience of their waitlist online and fast service when I get there. I love Ms. Sue, she does such a wonderful job with my hair. This is my second location I’ve gone to. They seem to maintain the same quality at each location.

    I dont generally go to chain stores to get get a haircut but I was in a rush and it was way overdue. I lucked out on a Friday afternoon and was able to walk in and get a cut with no wait. My stylist was easy going and listened to my requests and was able to execute it close enough to my description to make me happy. I will most likely return here again.

    To be honest, I really wasnt happy when I go my hair cut here a few months ago....but I went back today and hit the jackpot. I got a really nice lady, Janine, who actually listened to what I wanted. Granted I dont get a conventional haircut, but she was so attentive to how I wanted my hair and it came out just perfect, the way I wanted. Thank you Janine,!!! The shop is very clean, and I will definitely go back after today!

    Really like this always quick and very friendly, they do a good job of cutting your hair and I feel comfortable over there close to home and quick check-in is amazing. It’s very easy to get in and out and parking is wonderful. Glad they’re around then they don’t cost a fortune.

    The only place I go to get my hair cut! They are always professional and very pleasant. Additionally, they are the only ones who will charge a reasonable price if you just want to have your bangs cut($7.00) vs charging for a whole hair cut like all the other salons. I highly recommend them!

    Ive been taking my sons to Great Clips for years to get their ears lowered and have had great results. This location is very clean and all of the staff have been kind and friendly. They always make sure your are happy with the look before you leave.

    EXCELLENT service! I was greeted outside by Karen who was personable and professional. She got my information and made sure that COVID19 procedures were followed even before entering the shop👍🏾They have masks available for those that dont have them, as well as hand sanitizer available.I havent had anyone other than myself take care of my hair in over 10 years so I was a little apprehensive. But, Cheryl trimmed my hair perfectly!! She also consulted with me on a hair loss problem that I was having and solutions for it.I HIGHLY recommend this location! Great COVID19 procedures in place, excellent service, a great cut, and all at a VERY reasonable price.

    First time for me personally - and will be my last. Took pictures in of myself to show her what I wanted and came out with a “cut” I would never wear. She didn’t listen; cut it way too short and I felt I was just a number. Never offered to shampoo or style it. It’s cheap - and that’s what you get - a “cheap haircut”.
