Amazing treatment both customer service and hair transformation. You could not ask for a better professional. Extremely comfy chair, both styling one and the washing chair. Beautiful salon and clean every where. I got the Japanese straightening and Erika was the best! It’s so nice to be heard and get way more than you pay for. I’d give her 10 stars out of 5.

Omgoodness where do I start!! First of all I used to have a very short pixie cut shaved on the sides and after several bad attempts with other hair stylist I decided to grow my hair out and stop coloring to embrace my natural color, well fast forward to 2 1/2 years later I was in desperate need for a hair cut I used to have very thick hair but I’m sure with hormones and age my hair grew out a lot thinner than I had remembered, I researched and researched hair salons, I found Erika. To say the least I was very nervous walking in her door for the first time. As soon as she shook my hand and introduced herself I immediately felt relaxed… everything about her from her perfect to her salon is relaxing. She took her time listening to me as I told her I had no idea of what I wanted to do… no pictures of inspiration to show her… she took me under wing and gave me the best haircut I have EVER had in my 53 years!! The products she uses make u feel pampered my hair was so soft and silky no frizz at all… I went home and ordered everything she used so I can achieve her results, well try to :).. I would highly recommend Erika she is all around the very best hair stylist I have EVER come across!! I thank God for leading me to her and her beautiful salon!! Thank you Erika can not wait till my next appointment

Erika is my hairstylist since 2017 and every single time she does magic with my hair. I love the organic dyes, which do not damage my hair after bleaching! This is a huge thing, because I have long hair and love my sun kissed highlights. I find it very convenient to get a hair cut, hair color and hair care products from a professional who knows my hair and preferences too.If you dont like crowdy salons, where quantity matters more than quality, I highly recommend Erikas private studio.I recently got hair and skin care products from Kosmerika line and after using it, I can tell, she put her heart and soul into it.

Today was my first appointment with Miss Erika. From the moment we met, I knew she was the Hairstylist for me. I love her salon, the ambiance is very relaxing, comfortable, clean, and professional. The two white chairs are very welcoming & comfortable. My favorite part was sitting in her massage chair while she washed & conditioned my hair. Her guitar music was another treat. I felt very relaxed & comfortable during my entire appointment. I noticed the paintings on the walls throughout her salon and when she told me she painted them herself, I was very impressed. My services today consisted of wash & condition along with a haircut and style. Miss Erika is very professional, courteous and caring. She took her time, listening to my requests and made sure I was completely satisfied and happy with the results. What makes this Salon very Unique and Special is the fact that Miss Erika uses only Organic products. I wish I would have found her sooner. Miss Erika I appreciate you so much. You have a new client. I look forward to our next appointment. I highly recommend Miss Erika to anyone that wants to use Organic products. Thank you Miss Erika for making me feel so special.

I had my first appointment with Erika yesterday. I have had trouble finding a hairdresser since moving to Florida. I certainly wish I had found her sooner. What a wonderful experience. The salon is so peaceful and relaxing. Erika listened to my ideas about a new style and color. The result is an absolutely amazing color and cut. I couldn’t be happier. Just an incredible experience and result. I will never go anywhere else.

I came for a haircut and protein treatment and it was completely worth it to come here. It’s appointment only and I had a wonderful individualized customer experience. Erika uses wonderful, organic products and I’ll even be ordering a few. She followed exactly what I wanted in terms of a haircut and my hair looks a lot fuller and healthier now. She made me coffee and I was in a massage chair for my hair wash. It felt relaxing and the salon is clean and cute. I will definitely be returning. Erika has wonderful recommendations and she truly cares about clients.

Erika is so friendly and a very talented hair stylist. I came to her salon to do the Japanese hair straightening treatment, which meant Id spend several hours with her throughout the process. The hours went by really quickly and I was very pleased with how my hair turned out. All chemicals were organic so I didnt have to worry about chemical damage. This review a few weeks post treatment and my hair is the same way it was since day 1 of the treatment. I plan to go back for my touch ups every 8 months. Highly recommend!

I feel so lucky to have found Kosmerika especially since my salon declared bankruptcy. Erika is wonderful, I had the Japanese Hair Straightening and color. Erika’s salon is a Spa day, calming and relaxing, it was the most enjoyable experience I’ve had getting my hair done. My hair is amazing! It is perfectly straight, softer than it ever was with Keratin Smoothing, it looks and feels healthy. Erika also matched my color to my hairpieces, she did so well, no one can tell I have a hairpiece on. Erika is sweet and very talented. I highly recommend her to everyone! I will definitely being going back!

My hair will never be the way it used to be now that I’ve found Erika! Her organic hair straightening lasts me a long time until new hair grows in. I’ve gotten it done three times now and I’m happy with each experience! It helps with frizz tremendously! I’ve also gotten my hair colored (also organic) by Erika and she does a great job blending. She’s very detailed and takes her time. Every penny is worth coming here, I highly recommend!

I have always wanted to try balayage, unfortunately most salons would refuse to do it because they say my hair is very dark, fine and might not be able to handle the bleaching process. I was very shocked that Erika was able to bleach my hair and give me the color that I wanted without damaging my hair! I think that is the advantage of using organic products. I am very impressed at how my hair is still super soft after all the bleaching that was done. Great job Erika! I also had permanent hair straightening three months ago with Erika and it is still silky smooth til now.

Erika is fantastic!!! I was blown away with the transformation of my hair. She corrected my hair color that I hadn’t even realized needing fixing until I saw before and after pictures. Such a relaxing atmosphere that you could almost fall asleep. The organic products she uses are amazing. They not only smelled good but my hair felt incredible. Highly recommend you booking with Erika if you wanted that pamper treatment for your hair and scalp.

I am so lucky to have found Erikas salon! I was looking for someone to do the Japanese hair straightening and came across Kosmerika. Ive had this done in the past and it turned out well, but definitely not as well as when Erika did it. The products she uses are superior to anything Ive ever experience before. Not only is my hair exactly how I wanted it, but its also much healthier and softer than its ever been before. One added bonus of the products she uses is that even though my hair dries straight, I can curl it and the curls will stay without falling. When Ive had this treatment done at other salons, curls would fall out within an hour unless I used ridiculous amounts of hairspray. I feel very blessed to have found Erikas salon and would recommend her to everyone. She is so sweet and really wants to make sure you love your hair. 5 Stars and I will be back!

Erika is amazing! In addition to being an experienced and knowledgeable stylist, she works exclusively with a line of products that are totally organic, cruelty- and chemical-free. She is sweet, welcoming, and very nurturing and will have you walking out of her private salon feeling more beautiful than you thought possible. Her natural hair care products also smell wonderful without the harsh, artificial fragrance of a lot of salon products, since they’re all natural. Erika came up with a great plan for my transition to gray by bleaching highlights so that there would be no visible rootlines as my dark brown color grew out. I have gotten many compliments on the strategy . My hair was not damaged by the processing. Erika’s cuts are always great . I’m not one for spending much time styling my hair so a great cut is key.I have also had the keratin temporary straightening which left my hair feeling greatAside from being a great stylist , I really like that Erika and the customer are the only people present. After a tough day it’s very soothing. Erika seems to have a knack for knowing when I prefer quiet to small talk. She also adhered to protocols during covid which was good for both of us.I also really appreciate the convenience of booking online and the text reminders. Even if Erika was only a fair stylist, the convenience of booking and the quietude would probably keep me coming back. The fact that she is really skilled, and listens to the client, as others have mentioned, makes it the perfect experience.

She was great. Took her time to ensure everything was perfect. I brought all the products she recommended because you can tell right away the deference in your hair. I got the Japanese Strightner With highlights and a beautiful cut. If you are looking to have this done go organic and try Erika she is knowledgeable, honest and a great person. I had the infrared treatment and my hair is so much softer and feels healthier. I have naturally wavy/curly hair. This is a beautiful space and Erika is very knowledgeable. I especially love the organic products. I also purchased some of the facial products which smell great and are very moisturizing. I absolutely love the organic product line, the color completely covered my gray new growth and my hair feels healthier than ever. The best haircut I believe I’ve had in many years I left there with a great new style. Erica is very experienced and the atmosphere is very Spa like. I’m glad to have found her. As Great as the overall experience was and the end result, it is a little expensive compared to my last organic salon, I may have to go a little less frequent because of that.
