I have been going to Nefertiti for 7 years now, hair growth journey has come a long way, when I first started going to her my hair was very damaged because my step mom used to put store bought relaxer, however, Nefertiti has shown me how you can still have healthy hair while being relaxed. Not only is Nefertiti a great hairstylist but she is also a great human being shes one of the few stylists that actually care about her clients and works with integrity and character, she will not let you leave her chair until you are satisfied with her work. Her salon makes you feel at home and safe. I recommend people of all ages, ethnicities and genders.

“I dont know where to begin. I had the pleasure of visiting Nefertiti Chantal Artistry Salon for the second time, and I must say, the experience was outstanding again. From the moment I walk in, Im greeted warmly by Nefer. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides me with expert hair advice on how to wear and treat my natural hair without chemicals. What impressed me the most was her transparency and honesty throughout the process. She always keep me informed of what she is doing every step of the way, explaining everything she is going to do in detail and providing fair pricing options. Nefer will go above and beyond. BOOK FIRST & ASK QUESTIONS....AT YOUR APPOINTMENT! TRUST ME! Haha!My first appointment with Nefertiti was INCREDIBLE!She genuinely cared for my hair and that means so much to me. Im new to the area (Ocala) and I have been VERY closed off to the idea of strangers caring for my hair. After a visit last year with a stylist whose services didnt quite meet my needs, Id been in search of someone who I could trust to trim my hair while being gentle with my scalp and strands. Nefertiti had me at our VERY FIRST APPOINTMENT! We talked like wed known each other already and I felt like my sister was doing my hair. Ladies, if you dont already know, a genuine connection with your stylist energetically CHANGES THE GAME during your appointments! I left her salon feeling so happy and truly blessed to have had the exchange with her. She left no detail unsaid regarding her approach to caring for my natural hair and absolutely advised against any of my hair aspirations that could potentially cause harm to my strands. She briefly took a call from a prospective client at the beginning of my appointment (so she answers the phone yall haha). Not only did she properly advise and display care for helping the individual over the phone reach her desired look, but she was very polite with the woman about contacting her at a later time in order to resume her current appointment with me. I did not feel neglected. I was very happy and impressed to hear her providing important hair information, chemical processing advisement, and a gameplan to get to the womans desired style in a healthy manner. At that point, I was like oh yes, shes the one. Shes my stylist.Ladies, lets be real lol sometimes we like to look cute but the styling procedures we undergo in order to achieve a look works AGAINST our ultimate hair health goals. NOT IN NEFERTITIS CHAIR! She did a great job of respecting my decisions for my hair as well as where I am psychologically in my hair journey at this point (which can get emotional for me personally).She recommended steps to get me to where I want to be while making me feel great about where I am already. She was not the least bit forceful, but still exhibited passion about the processes she uses to ensure that her clients maintain healthy hair while also getting their desired look.I left with the basics including a shampoo, condition, blow dry, and trim, but walked out feeling anything BUT. I left her salon gleaming like Id just gotten a 24 inch HD ash blonde lace front wig!! HAHAHA! I say that to say, I felt INCREDIBLE about MY hair. It was lighter, moisturized, clean, rid of some of my nasty ends, and I felt freer energetically from the emotional turmoil I was experiencing from the challenge my 4B/C hair may bring about. The nurturing, the honesty, the vibes, the great conversation, the education, and the genuine love was exactly what I needed to stop feeling down about my hair and begin feeling great about its potential.BOOK WITH NEFETITI ASAP! I have been going to Nefertiti for a year and some change and I LOVE her! It took me four years to find a stylist and I’m happy to have finally landed with her. Nefertiti is very informative, patient, funny, and down to earth! Book her ASAP!
