Mallori did pure magic on my hair!!I went and saw her for a consultation, and we came up with the perfect color concept for my bland hair. She scheduled me for an appointment and did an absolutely AMAZING job!! I am so happy with her suggestions and abilities in cut and color. She took her time, she brought to life exactly what I envisioned, and I feel like a million dollars! Its been a long time since Ive had my hair look this good, and I am so thankful to her!She has a new permanent client!

OK my stories a bit different. Im 58 and I have avoided salons for the last 15 years. Why? Because I always had the same issues, time after time. Either the stylest did not listen and cut my hair too short. Or did not listen and got my color wrong. Or did not listen and fried my hair. Did not listen and killed my neck in the wash bowl. The nightmares went on and on!! Granted my hair is odd and not easy to work with, but when you are telling the people what to expect and what you want, that should not be an issue!!! So finally, doing my own hair I just wanted to treat myself to a proper and new style. So I decided to try and trust again. It was the best thing I ever did for myself! I went to Vinnie and she LISTENED to everything I said. She double checked length and style before she cut at all!! She paid such good attention to my desires and what I said about my hair. So for the first time in many years, I had the perfect, professional, hair day! Thanks to Vinnie I have the exact cut and color I want!!!! Plus it was in a beautiful & tranquil setting, the company was pleasant and to boot it was affordable!!!!This very talented stylist, has more than earned her 5 star rating. I had my hair cut, colored and styled by Jessica B. She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. The salon is so cute and unique. I told Jessica how I wanted my hair done and she took the time to listen and also gave me details of how she was transforming my hair into the beautiful color that I wanted. She is a very talented artist and a beautiful lady inside and out. I highly recommend Jessica B. for all of your hair needs/wants

Jessica has been cutting my hair for years and is my most trusted stylist. In the rare and unfortunate circumstance where I have had other stylists cut my hair, its never as good as when Jessica cuts it, even if I show them a picture from a time when Jessica had cut my hair to use as reference.Having short hair can make haircuts a more frequent chore, but even when my hair is growing out a bit, Jessica always cuts and fades it super smooth and evenly so my cut can last a bit longer until she can cut it again.

I absolutely love Jerri!! I have been coming to her for the last year or so. I never walk out of there in any other mood but happy and relaxed! She is so sweet and very talented if you have any questions for her she is super willing to answer you with no judgment!! I highly recommend trying this place out if you wanting to try your new forever salon!! I love Sugarcoat Beauté Bar! Cant wait to try out more of their services. The atmosphere is super chill and laid back, with a fun chic look! Its a perfect place to start your day on the square!! And theres a free parking garage connected to the salon!!!

OMG Jessica is the best colorist around!!! I have been going to her for over a year now and she knows how to do hair. When i go in for an appt i let her be creative as she is an artist! And the new salon is so funky! It reminds me of the place my mom used to bring me to when i was a kid! ❤️❤️❤️

SugarCoat was AMAZING! Quick response once I made an appointment online, text notification to confirm, and the stylists Ashley and Vinny were both earlier than I was for my appointment and waiting. Quick friendly service and wonderful outcomes on multiple visits. I would 100% highly recommend anyone for this new hotspot downtown. Vinny does men’s styles and beards as well! 👏👏
