I met Nairobi in 2021 when I asked her to cut my hair short (above my shoulders) in a few months my hair was by my waist. Ever since then, she is the only one I trust my hair. Nairobi is excellent at doing highlights while keeping the hair healthy and desired results. The salon atmosphere is great and very welcoming.

I went to Sugar hair salon to get some color on my hair, and I saw the owner, Nairobi, doing some extensions on a lady.The results let me speechless. That lady looked so beautiful when Nairobi finished that next week, I went back and got my micro beaded weft extensions. I have never looked so prettier before. Thanks

This is my second visit with Morelia for low lights, cut/style and blow dry. She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The salon is very clean ,and welcoming .The music is kept at a reasonable volume.I think that offering a customer water and / or a soft drink after being in the salon several hours would be nice.Josephine Santiago

Jimmy was amazing! He speaks fluent English and he made sure I was comfortable! He did a great job with my hair! He listened to me and followed through with doing my hair exactly how I wanted! He also did a great job with my trim as well! Definitely will be back!

I called today for an appointment and they were able to get me in, I havent been to a hair salon in over a year due to having a bad experience somewhere else when I first moved here, I wanted to finally do something to my hair since I have a wedding coming up, Carol took great care of me, I have thinning hair up front and she gave me a nice trimm, blow dryed and styled my hair so good that it made my hair look like never before! My hair looks amazing im very happy and I will definetly come back!

I’m glad that I did not let some of the past negative reviews prevent me from going. I decided to give it a shot and take my daughter for a blow out. I amBEYOND pleased with our experience. They were on time , professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable on ethnic hair ! My daughter and I will definitely be returning! My daughter is so happy with her hair , she can’t stay out of the mirror lol!

Nairobi is a wonderful at her craft. I came in at 5 months postpartum, with a year + of outgrown previously relaxed hair. My hair was a hot mess to say the least!! Not to mention, my hair was falling out and pulling out like crazy because of the postpartum hormones. I finally decided I needed to chop my hair and get rid of all the old damaged relaxed hair. I was scared, since I havent had hair that short since I was a kid. I made an appointment with Nairobi, I showed her what I was thinking, and the rest is history. She did and amazing job. Waaaaay exceeded my expectations! I wont trust anyone else but her with my hair from now on 👍🏼😊❤

They all do a very good job, and Nairobi is the leader in radical changes, Yailexie and Samaria cut, do blowouts, straighteners, rolls, dyes, treatments, etc... I have been with them very well since 2017 and I have no regrets, they are good at what they do. What do they do? First of all I want to thank Nairoby because she is an excellent beautician and I have had every color ever done and I have never left upset. If you are looking for quality, here it is, very professional, very clean, excellent service. As always I tell her if you go to Japan Ill come and I see two or 3 bad comments and if it makes you doubt I recommend that you go to her official Facebook page to see her excellent work, so that you can see that Sometimes there are just people who want to leave bad comments when most of it is out of envy. Sugar Hair Studio is the best salon there is without a doubt, and if you dont like something, talk to Nairoby and she will always help you, an excellent person, attentive and has a lot of detail, you can also see that everything she does is with passion and much love If I could give it many more stars I would give them all.
